Villa Los Encantos est une villa de luxe spectaculaire de 3 chambres à coucher et 3, 5 salles de bain, nichée dans les collines luxuriantes de la région de Conchas. Il offre une vue dégagée sur l'océan à 180 degrés, des chambres de luxe séduisantes, une piscine chauffée très privée et une décoration mexicaine amusante.

La grande terrasse de la piscine est parfaite pour les repas en plein air, pour se divertir ou tout simplement pour se détendre. La piscine à débordement chauffée s'ouvre sur la baie de Banderas de Puerto Vallarta avec un patio jungle attenant doté d'une autre grande terrasse avec plusieurs coins salons.

Le service de ménage et la préparation du petit-déjeuner (nourriture et boissons non comprises) sont assurés tous les jours sauf le dimanche et les jours fériés. Des services de ménage et des cuisiniers / chefs supplémentaires sont disponibles pour préparer d'autres repas (y compris les dimanches et les jours fériés), moyennant des frais supplémentaires.

Les boutiques du centre-ville de Vallarta et deux de ses belles plages: Playa Conchas Chinas, juste en dessous de la villa, et Playa Los Muertos, se trouvent à environ cinq minutes de route / taxi. Wonderful!!
We loved everything about our stay at Los Encantos…from Carmen the housekeepers wonderful personality and breakfast to Justine’s help with groceries and excursions and Chef Umberto’s lovely dinners prepared for our family. Rolf, the owner, stopped by to say hello which was a nice touch to the experience. We hope to come back in the near future!!! Thank you all for such a lovely experience!

Absolutely Amazing!
Wow - 5 stars all the way! This property/ home is absolutely stunning and our experience from start to finish was better than we could have ever experienced. My boyfriend and I had the place to ourselves for one week to celebrate my 50th birthday - and actually we just got home yesterday. Yes, you might think this property is perhaps a bit big for two people - but we splurged - explored all the rooms :) and had it not been for our pre- booked excursions planned to explore PV - we might have never left the house :). From the moment we booked - everything was made easy. Check in was a breeze, communication and support flawless, meals, shopping, and dedicated staff we connected with - all on point - and btw - Carmen (our daily onsite daily hostess, morning chef, and caretaker - is one hell of a good cook! As for the location and views - you won't want to leave. Seriously... And believe me - we had a few days and nights where we didn't. :) Safe, secure, quiet, comfortable, clean, accommodating, easy in and out and to get about, romantic, accessible, and we found it had everything and more that we could possibly need. So, yes - 5 stars ! If you are considering a luxury rental - say yes to this one. We are glad we did and will return in the future. I share my (and on behalf of my boyfriend and I - "our") special thanks for accepting us into your home and for the wonderful experience we both had over the past week - and highly recommend this to anyone considering. :)

Fabulous getaway
We loved our stay at villa los encantos- i will say, this property should lead with a description of how incredible Carmen is and the view from the pool. I will say that the furniture and layout isn’t exactly baby friendly, but our little guy loved the pool. Close to town, easily accessible by Uber, and the concierge service was really helpful booking activities and doing some grocery shopping ahead of time for us. Word to the wise- customs in PVR are a nightmare right now. I wish the concierge service was more aware of this because we felt rushed once we finally go to transportation and then felt like he was rushing to leave the house for the day because the airport had us running super late. But the property itself is incredible and we love love love Carmen.

Spectacular acation
This villa is gorgeous! The view is amazing! The villa itself is very spacious, very clean and comfortable. Every morning Carmen is there to greet you with a wonderful breakfast. She cleans the villa daily. She is a gem, as is Alberto, the concierge. We had a most wonderful vacation stay. Hopefully we will go back!

how luck were we!!
We can't believe we stayed in such a fabulous villa in PV. we walked to the beach and then to town. the place was so charming, comfortable and relaxing. But the best was having Carmen make our breakfast and kept the home clean. We loved her!

Great place, a little worn out with several lights out of order and windows that no longer close, but all that is compensated for by having an amazing housekeeper Carmen and a professional property manager. One remark is that we expected a detached home when we read the word "villa" while this is in reality an apartment above another apartment hanging off a cliff but with an amazing garden. The internet sucks - our cell phones had better internet than the WiFi.

Amazing stay
There were 5 of us staying, celebrating my 50th birthday. The condo is just as the pictures look. Breathtaking sunsets and beautiful rooms. Alberto was so helpful arranging our groceries, chef and massages. He also checked in via text to make sure we had everything we needed. Carmen was a gem, cooked us breakfast every morning and made an afternoon snack and even margaritas a couple days. She was so friendly and and helpful throughout our stay. We cannot wait to return!

We loved our stay at Villa Los Encantos! This beautiful condo overlooks the ocean high on the cliffs of Conchas Chinas. The views are breathtaking and the condo has a very upscale yet authentic feel. The large patio was ideal for hanging out and watching the sunset every night. The services of the property manager and concierge were impeccable, and of course we fell in love with Carmen the housekeeper. She is so kind and hardworking, and she gave extra special care to our youngest son. Her breakfast was so amazing we never bothered to go out for breakfast! We also had a private chef, and the rate was very reasonable. Would definitely stay here again and hope you do too!

Amazing Spring Break 2023
We had the most amazing time at Villa Los Encantos. From the minute we booked our stay, I received an email to help us with all our needs including transportation to/from the airport, grocery shopping, meal plans, and even a private chef or excursions if we so desired. The pictures do not do the house justice. It is so beautiful and has the most interesting art. There are three beautiful bedrooms with huge en-suite bathrooms, the showers are humongous! Ms. Carmen made us the most amazing breakfasts every morning and kept the villa so tidy. My boys wanted her to come home with us so they could have her banana pancakes everyday! The views from the bedrooms and the veranda are amazing, we saw whales jumping every morning and the sunsets are truly magical. We would end every night stargazing. We could easily get to town for shopping or dinners using a taxi or Uber. The pool was the perfect size and temperature for day or night swims. The area is very private and quiet, you feel like you are in your own little piece of paradise. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

Paradise!
This rental was a dream come true! Every morning I woke up to the magical view and felt such gratitude for this experience. Carmen is an absolute delight and made us an incredible spread for breakfast every morning. She is so warm and welcoming and I was kicking myself for not brushing up on my Spanish so I could spend more time speaking with her. We spent our days by the beautiful pool, and then often took a $5 Uber to some of the amazing restaurants and nightlife nearby. I appreciate the thoughtfulness put into this rental as you can tell they take great care into making sure their guests feel comfortable. As someone that typically brings my own pillow, I was especially impressed with how comfortable the mattress, pillows, and linens are. We were so excited to see whales almost every day. Highly recommend devoting one day to take a trip to sayulita. We plan to return to this villa (and this villa only) in the future! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Beautiful Getaway in PV Hills
This place is a dream to get away from regular life. The infinity pool, the incredible housekeeper Carmen, the views of the Banderas Bay are exactly as described. The two callouts for those reading: 1. Master Bathroom Shower only gives scalding or freezing water. 2. The place really isn't easy walking distance from anywhere. Plan to Uber everywhere ($4-6 per ride) We also used MexiTravels concierge and really enjoyed the homecooked meals. Surprisingly the grocery bill for the week was ~$400 (2 dinners + 5 breakfasts) so have that in mind when you budget things out. Alberto was very, very responsive.

Incredible views, Amazing place!
As soon as you walk through the front door, you’ll be awed be the amazing view of the ocean and hillside. Our first tour through the house was a fun experience for everyone. No one could believe how nearly every room has these giant windows with views. The house is big enough for a large family to enjoy for a week without feeling closed in. Plenty of space for people to get away from eachother whej they want to, and also never feel couped up. The patio and pool were a big hit. We stayed in July, so the humidity and heat took its toll when we were exploring Vallarta. The pool was a definitely nice to come home to and cool off. Carmen is an excellent cook! Everyday she prepares fresh fruit and a different breakfast. The family loved her. I’d suggest asking her to make a grocery list of the things ingredients she’d like to have, and you’ll get really good, authentic Mexican breakfasts everyday. Staying here was easy. It was our first VRBO, so we didn’t know what to expect. Transportation to and from the airport was easy and all handled through Alberto, the villas concierge. He also did a great job managing grocery runs and giving us tips on where to go etc. a really gracious host. The house was very clean! A very important aspect to anyones stay. Carmen cleans everything, everyday, and will even do your laundry. I couldn’t believe how easy she makes everything. Staying here was so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. Will never go back those after this experience. Drive to town is an easy 13-15 minutes. Ubers we’re running $7-$10. However we found a good taxi guy and just tipped the heck out of him so he drove us around all day and week. Pictures on VRBO are nice for this place but honestly do not do it justice. You’ll see what I mean the moment you open the front door and walk out onto the patio
