Vacances dans un endroit exceptionnel
Nous avons séjourné dans le condo de Neal du 23 mars au 6 avril avec nos 3 filles et 2 petits-enfants. Le condo de Neal est spacieux et très bien situé car tous les services requis sont accessibles à pied. La température est très agréable avec du soleil à tous les jours. La propreté du condo et de l'aménagement extérieur est impeccable. Sur la propriété, nous avions plusieurs endroits pour profiter du soleil dont autour de la piscine et une autre zone où nous avions la vue sur la mer et entendions le bruit des vagues. À la fin de l'après-midi, la terrasse du condo est formidable pour prendre l'apéro au soleil. Nous nous sentions en totale sécurité partout où nous sommes allés. La collaboration de Neal, de son équipe et du personnel du complexe a été extra et constante. Nous avons grandement apprécié la permission de Neal de quitter le condo plus tard que prévu. Gorgeous unit in a fabulous complex
Molino de Agua is one of finest condo complexes in PV, and sits right on the Malecon. Walk everywhere. Warm pool in January was a nice surprise with exceptional poolside service.

Beautiful location and grounds
My two grown children, their partners, and one child stayed 10 days. Very nicely appointed kitchen, large bedrooms, and beautiful decks. Easy walking to most places we wanted to go. Pool was nice and the staff very friendly. Very quiet also which we liked. The stove and oven stopped working, but it was fixed by the next day. Our only suggestion is to have more seating in the living room—there weren’t enough chairs for 6 people, and the living room furniture was not the most comfortable. Neal was easy to communicate with and had great follow up. I would definitely recommend this condo and would stay there again!

Molina de Agua is the best
We have stayed at Molina de Agua before and it is by far the best place to stay in the area. This was the easiest check in and out process we have had yet. Security and on site staff are the best. (I should mention the majority of my family and some friends went and we occupied many rooms on the property) Our room this time was rather plain. No TV's in any rooms, not decorated to host, wall mounts instead of central a/c. It was very very plain, but the owner was very kind as well as responsive and the manager was phenomenal so it wasn't a bust either, just wanting to be fair to potential occupants. MY family specifically would just prefer certain amenities so i would prefer a different unit next time. Our family members, plus prior units I have stayed in were set up much better and you could just tell the owners really invested more into their units.

FANTASTIC VACATION AND STAY!
Neal’s condo at Molino de Agua was beautiful! It was spacious, immaculate and fully equipped with all the necessities you would need for a vacation in paradise. It is the best pool in the Romantic Zone and walking distance to everything in town and on the beach. The grounds are beautifully manicured and secure with 24 hour security. I would look no further than this condo should you be lucky enough to find it available.

Malino de Aqua New Years 2024
Neil’s place was exactly as described. Check in was fine. The condo was 108 second floor - absolutely fantastic. Stunning open concept. My wife & I & oldest daughter & her husband & my youngest adult daughter thoroughly enjoyed the condo. Condo location phenomenal. This wasn’t our 1st time to PV but condo & location were best by far. Condo has everything - easily accommodates 3 couples (or families). Lots of room - great views. We bbq’d streak & shrimp for new years & sipped Prosecco provided by Neil on the huge deck. Ate most breakfasts & lunches in suite but walked to many different restaurants for supper & to markets & events along the Malecón. Book it - it is great! Great stay in central PVR
My wife and I along with our adult daughter and a friend recently spent a week at Neal's condo. The location is the best that you can have if you want to be in town. It is directly on the malecon and next to the river. There are many restaurants and bars a short walk from the condo, yet the location is very quiet at night. The unit itself is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The building has a very nice infinity pool with a pool side/swim up bar and grill

Neal’s place was absolutely amazing! From the moment we got there we were greeted by Carlos who made sure everything in the condo was good to go. It was 5 adults and the condo was very spacious for all of us. Amazing balcony to enjoy coffee at in the morning. The pool and pool staff was AMAZING! Also easily walkable from tons of good restaurants and bars. I highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!!

A candid review
The unit was immaculate. The grounds were well kept and manicured. The pool was clear, clean and warm.(87F) Our stay was August 13-19, 2023, and though warm and humid as expected most of the shops and restaurants were open and very few tourists. The service at the restaurants and bars was excellent and all staff, whether at the property or outside the property, were genuinely friendly and pleasant. Our host was very helpful and responsive and the property management company was conscientiousness. The location was incredible, on the beach and easy walking distance to a myriad of restaurants. The food was spectacular and pricing from cabs to breakfast, lunch and dinner was reasonable. Drinks at the pool were a bit on the high side.

perfect condo in the perfect spot
This spacious condo is in the heart of all that PV has to offer. Surrounded by fabulous restaurants, ocean boardwalk, lovely markets, and art galleries. Amazing pool and grounds, with swim-up bar selling cocktails and Mexican fare. Staff and host attentive to every need. If this place is available, reserve it quickly before it's gone!!!

The purpose of our trip was to introduce our grandchildren to the Mexico we love and have visited for the past 25 years. Knowing PV well, we carefully chose Molina de Agua location for its size, beautiful accommodations, pool, beautiful grounds and proximity to all we wanted to share with them. It couldn't have been more perfect and we succeeded in giving them an introduction to Mexico and a memory for a lifetime with their grandparents.

Welcoming and accommodating
We have stayed in many condos in PV and this is the best with a fantastic location. Our adult kids and two grandsons were with us and Mario arranged a crib and toddler bed for the boys. He and Neal are very responsive and Mario did everything he could to make our visit enjoyable. We hope to stay here again and enjoy the beautiful pool and scenery.

Great location!
Molino de Agua is in a perfection location for exploring both the Zona Romantica and Centro area. The grounds are beautiful and so well manicured. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The only complaints we have are that the A/C in two of the bedrooms stopped working and the swim up bar was shut down. Apparently the concessionaire was recently released and the new one has not started yet. We were looking forward to being able to just swim up to the bar and order a tropical drink to enjoy at the pool. The A/C issue was eventually fixed and they did bring a portable unit in when I complained that it was too warm to sleep comfortably. Overall, it was great and we will definitely return!
