Situé dans le complexe de V177 luxerious avec sur le toit d'une piscine à débordement chauffée solaire avec un système d'eau salée de nettoyage et comme une vue sur l'océan étonnant. A côté de la piscine, vous trouverez le jacuzzi chauffé. Il y a un espace barbecue avec un barbecue entièrement équipée pour vous d'utiliser, un centre de remise en forme, des chaises longues, salon de télévision et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. Les clients ont l'avantage de la sécurité sur place et l'ascenseur à chaque étage.

L'appartement est situé au 5ème étage avec une vue directe sur la plage et l'océan. La chambre a un lit king size et d'une télévision LED avec SMART ROKU TV. système. Bien sûr, les draps sont fournis. Le salon est élégant et dispose d'un accès direct à la terrasse de l'appartement recouvert d'une table de 6 sièges. Dans le salon il y a LED TV SMART avec ROKU installé aussi.

Stayed end of Oct. It was hot, so we spent more time in condo than we usually would. Nightly sunset rooftop pool was great! Fabulous clean condo, beautiful ocean view, every thing we needed for our first trip to PV!

we stayed here Sept 13 - 21. The condo building is located literally steps from beachfront restaurants and beach clubs. The rooftop pool and view are phenomenal at night. The condo and building are clean and well maintained. The host Andrea was extremely helpful.

My wife and I have stayed at the Romantic Zone on several occasions and this lovely condo was certainly our favorite place to stay … excellent in every respect… Great King Bed… Wonderful view of bay.. One block to La Palapa (quality beach front dining) .. lovely infinity pool on roof with ample chairs… very easy check in and friendly front desk .. well managed indeed…Already looking forward to our next stay here.

Very Pleased
As others have mentioned the unit is ideally located on the south end of zona romantica. Walk to everything. We used the patio with great ocean views and a cool breeze frequently. Nice sunsets from the pool area as the patio gets afternoon sun and you can find nice shade up top. We didn’t cook at all as there are plenty of restaurants.

Ideal location for us
This was our second stay in this condo. The building (V-177) is ideally situated for everything we like to do in Puerto Vallarta; the building staff are always friendly and helpful. The condo itself is beautifully maintained, with wonderful sunset bay views everyday. We hope to stay here again.

Everything and more !!
This property exceeded our expectations. Check in was a breeze. The unit was even available before scheduled time. It was spotless and well stocked with everything and anything you may need. The view was beautiful. Comfortable seating on the balcony made for a great spot for reading and relaxing. The pool area was clean with gorgeous views. People we met in the building were very friendly and helpful with tips on restaurants. The property manager was terrific and extremely helpful. I had a few questions at the start and they responded immediately. I would highly recommend this condo it is a little gem and we will be returning for sure. I can see why it is booked well in advance. I have no cons whatsoever Our stay was excellent!!

Overall it was a very enjoyable stay. Location is the absolute best. Great Views. V177 building staff are wonderful. Just a couple of concerns: Livingroom Furniture pictured is not what is there, current furniture is by far less elegant. PVRPV Management did not meet us at check-in. This was frustrating and made check-in more difficult. Thank you.

The property was extremely well maintained, both inside and out. It was one block from the beech with a great view. A short walk (1/2 block) to convenience stores, one open 24 hours a day. Very near restaurants and bars with an amazing choice of options. Internet was excellent. The only negative was the rooftop pool closed for repairs the last four days we were there, but the owner gave us a rebate on part of our stay.

Beautiful Property Perfect Location
This was the first time we did not stay at a resort and we absolutely loved this property. The building is safe, secure, and gorgeous. The rooftop pool, jacuzzi, and lounge areas are stunning - we loved the bright colors and the fridge where we could store our beverages! It is only one block from the beach and the unit itself was amazing. You can hear and see the surf when sitting on the balcony. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept us cool! We would definitely stay here again!

Nice Apartment near the beach
The property was specifically selected for location, near the beach, balcony with view and the rooftop pool where we expected to spend afternoons. Upon arrival we were informed that the pool was under maintenance and would be available the next day. The pool was NEVER available throughout our entire visit. The manager did provide a small refund when asked but the issue I have is the roof top and pool maintenance had been scheduled for WEEKS and we were never informed or provided the opportunity to move to a different building. There are lots of alternatives. To make matters worse on the second day the single elevator goes out of service with the promise to return to service next day. It never returned to service requiring a five story walk up every time we went out. Just beware that this renter is not very honest in reflecting the condition of the property when it might cause you not to book. Same on him and on VBRO for allowing these business practices.

Perfect Stay.
This stay exceeded my expectations . It was close to everything, very secure, quiete, clean, and incredible air conditioning. Coming back to this room and sleeping was incredible as they have air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. If I came back I would definitely stay here again. Beach is 100 steps away. Groceries, pharmacies, restaurants are just steps away.

The View
I loved the condo and especially the view!. Everything was in walking distance and people I met while eating out were nice. My only draw back was my experience with the concierge when I got there. He was rude to me from the moment he arrived at 3pm until he left, most likely because I cancelled his ride to and from the condo for $990 pesos (I spent $500 round trip btw). He asked me 5 times if I was going to be there Alone and I kept saying yes, after the first couple times I started to get uncomfortable being a woman alone in another country. Also, they were not done cleaning it after 3pm and they left me with the rest of the laundry to finish up in the washer and dryer. I also had to clean the old coffee out of the coffee maker and finish folding and drying the towels, so I could use them. Luckily, other than that I did not have to deal with him anymore and the rest of my trip was nice and relaxing.

Spent so much time on the balcony!
We stayed here for 6 days and it was absolutely perfect! The location could not be better, a block away from the start of the boardwalk and from a restaurant that will set up resort style beach seating for you and serve you all day! We spent so much time on the balcony during the day and at night, watching the sunset and looking at the stars. The bed was super comfortable, the shower was absolutely epic, and the kitchen was perfect for what we needed. We also used the rooftop pool and gym everyday, what an awesome perk! Definitely going to recommend this place to everyone we know! Thank you!

Good value in Zona Romantica
You're getting an awesome deal here! There's just so much more space in this condo than you would ever get in a hotel suite for less than half the cost. Everything in this apartment is new and very clean. The host responds quickly to any problems and there's excellent security for the building as well. I really enjoyed having morning coffee while looking out on the peaceful bay and also enjoyed watching the lightning show put on by mother nature after dark. The building as a whole is very quiet and I slept very well. Let's not forget about the rooftop pool. It is EXACTLY as advertised. It's an Infinity pool that offers a sweeping view of the bay with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. I'm a little embarrassed to say that I enjoyed the pool more than the beach 🏖 itself.
