So at times, expect the noise of children in the streets, Mexican music, and even roosters. But do try and savor/enjoy our unique culture here in Punta De Mita.

The building has fiber optic 5G internet installed with speeds over 300MBPS. WIFI signals are very strong throughout with extenders on each floor, including the palapa -- where you can work or zoom while taking in the views of the Bay of Banderas. Our PH Azteca Montana Suite has a direct internet connection and the smart TV has cable channels.
