Il s'agit d'une villa de 6 chambres de style moderne récemment rénovée située à Casa de Campo sur la magnifique côte sud de la République dominicaine. Son design unique est idéal pour les groupes et les familles qui souhaitent passer du temps ensemble dans un cadre paradisiaque incroyable.

La villa dispose d'une superbe piscine extérieure et d'un jacuzzi chauffé. Elle est située à 5 minutes à pied de la plage.

Trois chambres ont chacune un lit king size et trois chambres ont chacune deux lits queen. Chaque chambre a une salle de bain complète et il y a une salle de bain pour invités juste à côté du couloir principal. Le salon est très spacieux avec quatre canapés parfaits pour se prélasser et lire. Il y a des climatiseurs dans toutes les chambres, ainsi que dans la salle à manger

Votre location comprend un chef qui prépare tous vos repas (petit-déjeuner et déjeuner, nourriture et boissons non comprises), quatre femmes de chambre, un responsable des invités, un chauffeur / majordome et un jardinier. Également inclus deux voiturettes de golf: une voiturette de golf électrique pour quatre personnes, une voiturette de golf mécanique pour quatre personnes et une voiture Porshe Cayenne.

Los Lagos 16 est situé près de la plage de Minitas (5 minutes à pied)
La cour est assez spacieuse et offre une vue sur le parcours de golf (trou 14) et le lac.

Une fois la villa réservée, vous serez mis en contact avec notre conciergerie, qui vous aidera à planifier vos vacances dans son intégralité: transferts aéroport, massages, choix de menus, réservations de départs, réservations d'excursions, yacht ou pêche chartes, réservations de restaurants et bien plus encore. Donc, quand vous arrivez, tout est préparé et vous pouvez simplement vous détendre et profiter de vos vacances.

Best Vacation!
This was such a great vacation for a group of 13. Kids, parents, and grandparents! We were trying to stay longer because we didn’t want to leave. The service and staff was what really made our trip so special! They are the best of the best! The entire complex is really great too! The golf carts, the pools, the beach’s are all amazing! Perfect house for our Spring break with 8 teenagers and 6 adults. Staff was very attentive going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, even helped throw a birthday party for one guest with customized signs. Close enough to walk to the beach but the 3 golf carts made it easy to coordinate with a large group.

This vacation was made very special because of its home conditions and mostly its staff. The home is very comfortable and has three different bedroom areas. For our family it was wonderful. Fantastic villa. I have been renting in Casa de Campo for many years but I have never found a villa that offers all these services at this price. I usually had to pay extra for golf carts, professional chef, car rental and so on, but I had everything included with them. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be back very soon.

Here is a gem!
The staff seals the deal. Yes, there is the proximity to the Minitas Beach area which is super convenient for soaking up sun and ocean playtime, the 3 golf carts give individuals freedom to move about the resort at will, the pool and outdoor eating area encourage refreshing dips but also quiet time for real connection with loved ones, and the bedrooms are quiet and super dark. Unexpected was the professionalism of the staff who offer expert advice and service to ensure that guests enjoy their experience. It all begins with fresh squeezed juices and platters of assorted fruits bursting with flavor, but it is when you ask for whatever they suggest from the local cuisine using fresh fruits, vegetables and fish that the magic happens. We ate at several high end restaurants at the resort, but everyone's favorite meals were the ones prepared at the house. The staff offer smiles and enthusiastic responses to requests and work so hard "in background" to ensure that the house and grounds are super clean and there for you to enjoy. Don't miss watching the sunset at the beach.

We had a great time. House was perfect for the 12 of us. Staff is phenomenal, starting with the manager, who was so helpful in arranging transportation, food and outings. Chef was truly amazing. Breakfast and four dinners were truly gourmet. The rest of the staff and especially Evelyn, took care of all our needs. Pina Coladas at the beautiful pool was a great touch. Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff, food, location, and house were all great. The pool has afternoon shade which was ideal. Great central location to beach, marina, restaurants, and golf courses. There were some issues with the air conditioning that were immediately handled by the owners. Our BEST family vacation ever!
Our family of five young adults gathered to celebrate a BIG birthday for my husband’s birthday! Every single detail of the stay exceeded our expectations. The location of the home was absolutely central & perfect in relation to the entire resort. The staff was incredible- we had all of our culinary and beverage needs customized exactly as I had requested. Every morning was a coffee bar and breakfast selection you would not believe! In the afternoon we were greeted with fresh margaritas/mojitos and delicious appetizers. Our rooms and laundrey were cleaned daily. The gardner kept the grounds immaculate and our pool/veranda area was so inviting. I think our favorite was the 12 person hot-tub sauna that we frequented morning noon and night! The house manager Milagros was so very attentive and responsive and took care of every detail from menus to dinner reservations and a private boat excursion. The staff orchestrated a birthday party for my husband with custom decorations- steak/lobster dinner and the most delicious Oreo cheesecake we have ever tasted! The entire resort offered something for everyone- we felt so safe and were able to navigate in the THREE golf carts provided y the home. We certainly could have booked a smaller villa- but the 5 star reviews of this one drew us in. We will most certainly travel back to Casa de Campo for a seamless vacation that we will fondly treasure for a lifetime.

Fabulous Stay at the Perfect Large Family Villa
This was our third trip to CDC - two families staying in a house together. This was our best villa - by far. The location is excellent. A really quick walk to Minitas and on a quiet private street. The villa's grounds are perfect, with a good sized pool, a large hot tub, grill and tons of patio space. The gardens back onto the golf course and allow for great sunsets from the large comfortable covered porch. The bedrooms are all well sized and very comfortable. The AC worked pefectly, the bathrooms were oversized and in great condition. The villa staff were all extremely friendly and could not have been more helpful. Having a driver on call was really useful. Milagros the house manager was awesome - helping us with all our reservations and local travel needs. The three golf carts were a big plus. We had previously rented from CDC and their gas carts did not compare in terms of quality, size, and convenience.

We stayed for a wedding over the weekend and mainly adults and I brought my baby. The house was very nice. But I feel like staff really made the experience memorable. They cater to you and listen to everything you say. I’m already planning our trip for next year with other family members

The villa was phenomenal! Milagros the proper manager helped set everything up. Yocasta the chef cooked amazing meals. Evelin and the rest of the staff treated us like kings. AC worked nicely in all rooms. Having 3 Golf Cars was key for getting around.
