Modern and wonderful villa close to the beach in Puntacana Resort & Club, housekeeping & CHEF incl.
Unique terrace which is possible to close with removable glasses to admire the sea and golf with the capricious weather in December - March.

Villa consists of 5 suites (5 rooms + 6 bathrooms), family gathering room, gourmet kitchen, lower level terrace for outdoor dining and relaxation, upper level terrace for reading, relaxing or just having a cocktail overlooking the front golf and sea.

The bigger swimming pool of Tortuga Bay (50x17 ft, 15x5 m) with 2 fountains. Sitting areas in the pool with jets to relax the day away. Volleyball net in pool for sports enthusiasts.

As guest of Luxury Sunshine II. Villa you will be located inside Tortuga Bay, a gated private community inside Puntacana Resort & Club, 5 minutes from the airport.
You will have access to Playa Blanca, La Cana/Casa Club ant the Tennis Club, also to the many restaurants of resort (La Yola, La mare, Bamboo....). Enjoy all the resort has to offer!!

Our villa is staffed with a full time very good CHEF and daily housekeeping. We can provide a menu of items routinely requested, but the CHEF is happy to prepare anything under your direction. Sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay.
Within 10 minutes of the villa you will also find many fabulous restaurants and casual bars for a fun night out.

We include 1 roundtrip airport transfer with the rental. If you would lite to have a Golf Car for your travel back and forth the to beach, we have a 6 person car and 4 person car available for the rent.

Use of the villa is limited to registered guest. Unexpected quests/paid companions will not be approved for access.

Property is 2 minutes of walk to the Casa Club (beach, bar, restaurant and swimming pool) and beach Serena.

Un séjour extraordinaire!
La villa est idéalement située, spacieuse et confortable. Tout y est pour des vacances au delà de nos attentes: grandes chambres avec salle de bain privée, salle à manger et salon à aire ouverte donnant sur la magnifique piscine, la plage est à proximité et les parcours de golf sont de renommée internationale. Le personnel est exceptionnel en tout point et ils nous ont fait sentir à la maison dès notre arrivée; Marisol et Kassandra ont pris soin de nous et nos invités, et le Chef Hector nous a cuisiné de délicieux repas. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement et ont été disponibles pour répondre à nos demandes. Un service de première classe sans souci, nous y retournerons c'est certain!es mets délicieux.

This villa is perfect in every way. We could not have asked for anything more as it was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and well cared for. The owners were attentive and immediately took care of requests. The chef and women who maintained the villa also were highly attentive and there to meet our needs. A New Level of Luxury
OMG it was amazing! 11 ladies in search of an extended long weekend of R&R, laughs and friendship and this property was the PERFECT venue. The house was gorgeous and completely functional for our group. Pool was outstanding with lots of privacy and great views of the golf course. Chef Alla was out of this world incredible - we ate 5-star meals three times a day and the support of Marisol and Laura made us feel like royalty. Taking the golf carts to the ocean and around the community was super fun…and imagine being all alone on the most beautiful beach…truly unheard of. The ONLY feedback we had for Leny (the owner) would to put be a ceiling fan over the dining table and that is it! She was terrific to deal with and couldn’t have been more accommodating. THANK YOU for making this such a memorable vacation! We will be back!!!

Amazing girls trip!
We had 8 women on a birthday trip and had an amazing time. The house is beautiful and the staff (chef, 2 house cleaners, and house manager) are wonderful. We felt very pampered. I highly recommend renting a golf cart as we were able to go to the tennis/pickleball courts, clubhouse, and numerous beaches. I also recommend the EcoTour which the house manager can get you discounted tickets for (and you can get to on a golf cart).

Fantastic Family Vacation
Our stay at Luxury Sunshine II in Punta Cana Resort and Club was August 2-8. Our first impressions were, WOW!!! It is a beautiful house and met all our expectations and more. The staff, Anthony (chef) and Marisol and Mari (house Staff) were absolutely the best. They spoiled us every minute of our stay. The staff surprised us with a decorated birthday celebration for our son's 22nd birthday. I cannot express how pampered we felt. Everything about the house was wonderful. The ease of getting around the property on the golf cart was great. Manuel, the house manager could not be more accommodating to our needs. The amount of fresh food everyday was overwhelming. The resort area and beaches were pristine. The staff was waiting for our arrival with wonderful appetizers and refreshing drinks pool side. They continued to treat us like kings thru out our stay. The rooms and beds were so comfortable. Anyone who chooses to stay will not be disappointed. Thank-you to Manuel, Anthony, Marisol and Mari. Cannot express enough gratitude for such a wonderful time.

Pretty much everything went great, chef and the girls working at the house are friendly, helpful and there to make you feel comfortable. The other interactions with the drivers, house manager and owner were also easy and efficient. If you expect everything to be 100% perfect then stay at a $2000/night room, otherwise this met our needs perfectly and hope to return someday. Thanks to everyone who assisted us during our stay.

The beach is about 1/2 mile walk so renting a golf cart was savior in getting ton the beach w little ones A Big Thanks to owner and their team for making our family vacay special.

Excellent Vacay Home for Our Girls’ Trip!
Gorgeous, just like the pictures! Location is fantastic, the uber stunning PuntaCana Golf and Beach Club with the Six Senses Spa is just on other side of driving range from home/pool! Would recommend getting golf cart to leverage quick exploration to all of the resorts and amenities within Puntacana (Playa Blanca; La Yola, The Westin, etc). Similar to other reviews, we did experience low water pressure and waning or no hot water in some, but not all, showers. The AC in the lower bedroom rocks! We enjoyed the doors open to the breezes as well. House Manager Manuel was polite, welcoming and available quickly and with wit by What’s App. Chef Alan and House Staff Cassandra and Camilla were all great and very accommodating: meals were delish - especially freshly made morning juices; we never rinsed or collected a dish. The kitchen was their domain! Special shout out to Manuel and Alan for coming to our rescue with the new golf cart!! Would recommend this property to anyone traveling to beautiful Puntacana!

Great Golf Vacation Experience
If you need a large enough home to accommodate friends and Family this 5 Bedroom/5.5 Bath Village is perfect for your needs. From Booking, check-In, Follow Ups and ultimate Check out Leny, the Ladies in the house, Manager Manuel and Chef Charles will make your stay as at home as possible. Cleanliness, Food Preparation and upkeep of the unit was unparalleled. The Close proximity to the La Cana Golf Course Club House and the rest of the Punta Cana Resort & Club amenities was the perfect spot on easy access and enjoyment. Leny and her staff went well beyond the call of duty and my group will for ever be appreciative. Will most definitely return.

An amazing stay. Weather was perfect. View from the house of driving range and ocean was beautiful. Pool was large and great for swimming all day. The house is great for two families. We had 4 adults and 5 kids (5-13 age range) and it was more than enough space. Foosball table outside was a bit dated but made for some nice games during the break from the sun. Short golf cart ride to beach and club pool, which we used a couple days to mix things up. The best part though- the chef (Modesto) and two house keepers (Camela and Eyebelesa). Hopefully spelled their names correctly. The food was outstanding. A mix of American breakfast and Dominican lunch and dinner. Every meal was excellent. And more food than we could eat! and without asking they brought us frozen drinks during the day while we were lounging at the pool for adults and kids. The house was kept clean and they were so nice throughout the trip. It really was a magical vacation. Would love to stay again! Only negatives were the water pressure in two of the rooms was quite low and two of the tvs wouldn’t connect to Netflix or YouTube. Not a big deal. Overall, awesome food, great pool and house and fantastic people making food and assisting us.

Wonderful family vacation
Our family of 12 enjoyed an amazing week at Sunshine II. The staff were just wonderful and the chef provided amazing meals. Although communication was sometimes a fun challenge our translation app was able to assist with this. We loved the proximity to the beach and clubhouse and the decision to book the golf cart was was perfect. We look forward to a return visit!

Amazing Winter Getaway Experience
My family has vacationed in the DR frequently for a week at a time. This is the first time we stayed for two weeks and I was looking for a villa that would include a chef and be conveniently located in the Punta Cana Club and Resort. Villa Sunshine II fit the bill and exceeded my expectations and requirements. The staff was excellent and accommodated our requests and requirements exceptionally well. The two housekeepers, Sol and Cassandra, the chef, Antony, the villa manager, Manuel, the owners, Oliver and Leny, and the driver, Leandro were at our beck and call and always responded quickly to serve us whenever we needed them. The location of the villa in the Tortuga section is ideally located to access the Beach Club by golf cart or by foot. The ocean is visible beyond the golf course from the villa. The vistas from the back terrace areas are gorgeous, overlooking the driving range. We are avid tennis and pickleball players and the tennis center is easily accessible by golf cart in minutes. The villa is well appointed, the bathrooms are in good condition although the water pressure and hot water can be spotty at times. The covered outdoor terrace area always has a nice breeze even during the hot heat in the afternoons. There is air conditioning only in the bedrooms but none in the kitchen, the living areas and the bathrooms. This villa is an excellent value that comfortably fit my family and friends who loved the views, the pool area, and the outdoor living spaces!

BEST beach villa getaway! Sunshine Villa is a MUST!
If you are hesitating to stay at Sunshine Villa, hesitate no more. This house is the PERFECT place for friends and family to vacation together. The proximity to the beach, access to other areas within the resort, and the exceptionally talented staff at the house make it a no brainer. 12 friends stayed at this property and we absolutely loved it. We were warmly greeted the second we arrived. Chef Eddie, Kayla, Kassandra, and the house manager Manuel made us feel so at home. Chef Eddie prepared some amazing meals (we still dream about the french toast). Kayla and Kassandra made drinks for us, kept the house clean, and made sure new towels were stocked each day. It felt as if we were at an all inclusive hotel but better since we could all stay in the same place. The other reviews are accurate with their depiction of the AC. AC is only present in the bedrooms and not in the common spaces, the main bedroom did not get as cold as the others. This was not an issue for us as we spent most of our time outdoors. We highly recommend taking advantage of the golf carts and exploring the gated community. Definitely be sure to ask Leny for the property manager's contact information as he was the main point of contact once we arrived. Manuel is the BEST! I had seen another review that said they did not receive this and regretted it as it caused delays with questions. Overall this is truly such a beautiful home in a gorgeous community. I will most definitely be staying here again!

Honestly the pictures may not do the property justice. It is an excellent home with a terrific view. The chef and the ladies that cleaned the property are excellent. We had such a great time and having the chef on site made the stay really convenient. The food was excellent and they even set up balloons and a cake to help us celebrate a few birthdays. There are so many positives with the location and I just want to point out a few issues. One of the bathrooms had a slow drain in the sink which seemed to be an issue getting cared for by the manager during the stay. Hopefully they care for it prior to the next stay. AC is only present in the bedrooms. The remainder of the house does not have AC. It wasn’t such a huge deal but it’s something you should know. I did not have the property manager’s contact info which I blame on both myself and the property manager. We should have exchanged numbers to ensure we could stay in touch. I mainly reached out to the host who then sent the info to the property manager, so there were delays in communication when needed. Again I take some responsibility for that. The host did stop by and brought Wine to help us celebrate the birthdays, which was a nice touch. Overall an excellent property and I not only recommend it, I will plan to stay again.

AWESOMENESS - TREATED LIKE FAMILY
Property Managers Lenny and Oliver were incredible - great communication, flexible with our large family of 17,and just extremely nice people! When we arrived Lenny and House manager Manuel greeted us with a special bottle of champagne - didn't expect that - what an amazing touch to make all of us feel special! Manuel and Lenny arranged and picked up flowers for me to give to my wife on our anniversary - they were attentive to our every need! Our Chef Francisco, and his assistants Kayla and Cassandra were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING and SPECIAL. These three worked tirelessly all day - breakfast, lunch, and dinner - they were all so AWESOME and SPECIAL - they became our FAMILY - We Miss Them Dearly!!! Chef Francisco is extremely talented - All meals were excellent, tasty, creative, and made to our wishes! The property is EXCELLENT, AMAZING VIEWS, LOCATION, and GREAT SECURITY! After two weeks we did not want to leave, our time was AWESOME and AMAZING because of the SPECIAL people we got to know - Lenny, Oliver, Manuel, Chef Francisco, Kayla, and Cassandra we MISS YOU ALL!!! An Unforgettable Dominican Getaway
I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the exceptional team who made our stay truly unforgettable: Chef Francisco, and the delightful housekeepers Francia and Kayla, the house manager Manuel and our driver Leandro. Chef Francisco’s culinary skills were a true highlight of our stay. Every meal was delicious and showcased the vibrant flavors and unique tastes of the Dominican cuisine. His talent shone through in every bite. His attention to detail, presentation, and the way he accommodated dietary restrictions truly elevated our dining experience.Francia and Kayla, the housekeeping staff, deserve special recognition for their dedication to providing a pristine environment. Their friendly demeanor and discreet service ensured that we felt relaxed throughout our stay. The property itself was a haven of tranquility and beauty. The only thing that disturbed us were a few cockroaches but we understood that this was because we had to keep the doors open due to there being no AC in the main living areas. Other than that, everything was meticulously maintained, and the attention to detail in the design and furnishings was remarkable.Our family trip to this property in Punta Cana was an experience beyond compare. We cannot recommend this property enough, and we eagerly anticipate the day we can return.
