Family celebration
We really felt safe in the neighborhood - we are low key people that just wanted to relax and go to the beach. Beach drive was hour away but ok because we enjoyed the pool, fishing and the quiet of the neighborhood. The house was spacious for the five of us and plenty of other attractions nearby. I would love to rent again in the future.

Beautiful home away from home
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Loving the outdoors, we spent most of our time rowing kayaks, riding bikes, enjoying the pool, sitting on the dock, or lounging on the lanai. Easy enough to enjoy since everything was so well-maintained. The beds were comfortable so sleep was sweet. The kitchen was well-equipped and the multiple dining areas so comfortable that we ate all our meals onsite. What few needs we had for shopping were easily met with a Walgreens at the community’s entrance. We highly recommend this property and would return in a heartbeat. Our thanks to Troy for keeping us well-informed prior to our stay and for being responsive to us during our stay.

Totally Enjoyable!!!
Went to visit family and this was the perfect place close to them. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was near EVERYTHING. Groceries, shopping, restaurants. Plus the added bonus of having our own private pool. Plus fishing from the dock in the canal. The house was immaculate had everything we needed.

Great property for families
We enjoyed this home for 4 nights. It was a great location near lots of beaches, restaurants, etc. The home was just as great as advertised and our family enjoyed the pool, fishing on the dock, and just having space to relax! We really appreciated the book that was provided with all the local recommendations, the beaches and restaurants Tim recommended were wonderful!

Summer Getaway!
The house is stunning! Beautifully decorated and spacious with everything you could possibly need. A brand new washer and dryer was definitely helpful for us to bring all our clothes home clean as well! Publix and Walgreens was right down the street and the neighborhood was quiet. The heated pool was so relaxing, even in the summertime! When we wanted to enjoy some social activities and restaurants we headed out to Fisherman's Village which was only a 15 minute drive from the house. We would certainly enjoy staying here again in the future!

Quiet Little Getaway
The home is well cared for and beautifully decorated. The layout is great for families with plenty of space to visit, relax or play. The area was quiet and the home is near the end of a canal. This made the perfect home base for our family getaway.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful, convenient location. A big plus was the ample supply of towels. The ONLY drawback was the requirement that all the towels be washed, dried, and put away BEFORE we left. That was incredibly inconvenient and difficult because we all had to leave the house very early. I think that requirement may encourage people to put used towels away! We DID NOT do that, though. The owner was easy to communicate with and very nice.

Great Stay Exactly like the pictures
I have stayed at a few houses. Sometimes you get to the house the little details let you down. Not with this house. Everything was exactly like I expected. This place was beautiful. Everything in the house worked as expected. All of the amenities were there. The house was clean. The neighborhood was quiet. The neighbors were nice. Troy was very responsive and even gave us a heads up the house was ready early. Everything was great. My family had a great time and plan to book this house again next year. If you are on the fence about this one don't be. It will be exactly what you expect.
