This body of water is home to over 450 species of fish and named a top saltwater fishing destination and the top ten greatest places to sail in the USA and offers 270 square miles of sailing,kayaking,fishing and boating before entering into the Gulf of Mexico.
For those who love boating,nature,water,fishing and don’t want to be stuck in traffic - Port Charlotte provides an alternative to the waterfront communities in Miami,Ft.Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Plus you can fish for snook,redfish,tarpon,grouper,spotted sea trout,stone and blue crabs and many more. You can also enjoy watching dolphins in their natural habitat from the backyard of your vacation home.

Short distance ( 4 mins car drive ) to Charlotte Beach Park, just a few minutes away from dining,shopping,golfing. Easy access to most beautiful beaches in Florida ( between 30 -45 mins drive ):
Boca Grande,Venice,Englewood,Siesta Key,Fort Myers,Naples,St. Petersburg and many more. Siesta Key beach - number one beach in the US is just 45 mins away. Just a “ bridge “ away from Punta Gorda.
Just minutes away from newly opened Sunseeker Resort.

Our property has been recently fully renovated. This quaint, large private pool 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home offers space and comfort and amazing water views. Enjoy the morning sunrise drinking coffee / tea, listening to the sounds of the nature around the large pool. In order to watch a breathtaking sunset,dolphins, do some fishing,or to get nice Florida tan you can use our outdoor patio with lounge chairs and umbrella.
If you decide to make some food at home ( ideal for families on budget ) we offer a brand new fully equipped kitchen with modern custom made cabinets,high end quartz countertops and appliances. Also the view from the kitchen,dining room and family / living room is simply stunning. Preparing a meal will be a pleasure.
All 4 bedrooms have comfy queen size beds. 8 sleeps in total ( including children).
3 bedrooms / 2.5 baths are located on east side of the house - main bedroom and bath is located on the west side of the property. It makes it easier if you want / need some privacy from other guests.

3 week stay

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-week holiday at this beautiful home. Property is exactly as listed and has everything you could ever imagine needing during your stay. We stayed over Valentine's Day and we were greeted with roses, chocolates and fruit as a welcome package from the hosts. We felt very safe and enjoyed the water views. Home is in close proximity to everything we wanted to experience in the area. Beata & Mario are wonderful hosts and very easy to communicate with via text.

Beyond our expectations!!!

Where to start? This property was fantastic. I would give it a 15/10. The interior was simply gorgeous, with modern and updated design, comfortable furniture and all the amenities you could possibly need. My adult children were blown away, saying this was the nicest rental they have ever stayed in. That is saying a lot because they have stayed in so many places across this country and in Mexico. The kitchen was outfitted with anything you could possibly need. The owners had a coffee bar that was completely stocked. Spices and condiments were stocked too. The beds were comfortable, the rooms very spacious and the place was sparkling clean. The owner, Beata, was so kind and a very generous person. She laid out fruit and chocolate for my family’s arrival, which was so sweet and very much appreciated. She was great to communicate with and got back to me quickly with every question I had. This is not a place to miss. I highly recommend renting this home. We will be back! Thank you so much again.

Best place we have ever stayed in.

We were blown away with this property! The home was so clean and very updated. The owners were a dream to work with! They replied so quickly! We have stayed in many VRBO’s and I have never been in one so well stocked with everything we need. It had beach chairs, towels, pool toys and the best surprise fishing poles and kayaks. This was my sons senior trip and all he wanted to do was fish so that is why I choose this home. They caught tons of fish right off the back of the house. I was planning on buying poles but they had plenty already at the home. The pool was amazing! My younger kids swam while the older ones kayaked and fished. There were lots of beds and bathrooms so we had plenty of space. My kids kept commenting on how amazing the house was. I can’t recommend this home enough.

We have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years but this one was exceptional. Very beautiful and welcoming. Our host surprised us with champagne, flowers,candy and fruit for our 29th wedding anniversary and my brother in law’s birthday. We hope to come back next year. Living our Best Life

Wow! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with a sense of awe. First the property is well kept and CLEAN. The amenities are amazing ( large windows, great view of the water, baby grand piano, heated pool). The owners have considered every detail (cupboard with spices, first aid kit, hair dryer, curling iron, even a well organized junk drawer with kids coloring books and games! and if that was not enough, before you are presented with the reminder of the house rules, the most important being, "have fun", the host left a beautiful bouquet of long stem red roses, a bottle of wine, chocolate , fruit AND a thank- you card for staying at their HOME! Our family gathered to celebrate my nieces graduation from High School, and when we left, we all felt like we were ready to tackle new adventures. My sister who was very skeptical about vacation rentals, was amazed. This home far exceeded our expectations.

The property is exactly as the photos depict. The neighborhood is quiet and tucked away yet close to everything needed. PERFECTION

This house is absolutely perfect. There isn’t a single thing missed here. Hosts go above and beyond to make sure you want for nothing. The house was immaculate. The pool was so warm for our winter stay. The weather did not cooperate but we were still able to enjoy the pool on several days. We were welcomed with flowers, champagne, fruit and chocolates! This is definitely the best rental we have ever stayed in. Book it!

Port Charlotte Perfect!

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The home is beyond well stocked, we had everything we needed from a high chair/portable crib for our baby to a welcome basket of fruit/snacks and Prosecco for the adults! Great location - beautiful water views, quiet neighborhood. We used the heated pool everyday, even though the weather was a bit cool. Beata and Mario are wonderful hosts, very responsive to questions and requests. I would recommend their home to anyone!

The house, pool and outdoor area were wonderful. Extremely clean and looked just as advertised. It was quiet and relaxing...just what we were looking for for a small family get-together. Exceeded our expectations!

WOW! This was by far the best vacation rental we have stayed in, and we are frequent vrbo renters. The home definitely exceeded our expectations. It was SO clean, well appointed, and had everything we needed and then some. Beata was such a JOY to work with and clearly goes above and beyond to ensure that her guests are happy. She is extremely attentive and pays very close attention to every detail. The only problem we experienced was...we did not want to leave! Best Vrbo I have ever stayed in

This was absolutely the best Verbo rental I’ve ever stayed in over the years. Beata, the host was so responsive with anything that you needed, there were beautiful surprises when we walked into the door, which was so welcoming, the place itself is amazing, great fishing, great pool, and just absolutely gorgeous atmosphere. I loved this place we stayed for eight days and never even left to go to the beach. Best vacation ever we will be back.

Beautiful, clean, comfortable home. We enjoyed the great view of the ocean. We had fun in the pool and on the patio. We certainly plan to be back. Beata is the hostess with the mostest.

Clean, well-decorated and lovely home with amazing private pool!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous home! The furnishings and decor, as well as the flooring and appliances, all seemed brand new. How luxurious to stay at a new-feeling home! The 4 bedrooms were so nice and comfortable, and the bathrooms were functional yet very well-decorated. AC worked very well on some hot and humid April days! We had fun using the gourmet kitchen, which was stocked with spices and cooking spray, coffee, tea and sugars! The screened-in pool (and patio overlooking the canal) was our favorite part of the home. Also, besides being stocked with linens and towels, the host also provided many beach/pool towels! The washer/dryer was new and very nice. It was also great to have a garage and bikes! Publix is right around the corner, as well as Rita’s Italian Ice which happens to be a yummy spot we were excited to recognize from other traveling adventures - we totally recommend it! We also enjoyed taking a 10 minute drive to Punta Gorda for pickleball courts and restaurants. The host recommended Carmela’s which was fabulous. We also loved Fisherman’s Village and especially the restaurant there called The Pier. Lastly, and probably most importantly, the host was AMAZING with responding to our questions. The response time was sometimes less than a few minutes! The host is extremely accommodating, and provided a very pleasant rental experience. When we arrived, the counter had a huge bowl of fresh fruit, roses and Easter treats - such a sweet and unexpected touch. Thanks for a great time!!

Very comfortable, very beautiful!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was spotless, fully stocked with paper and bathroom priducts, kitchen conveniences, etc. Decir was on point. Beds very comfortable. The garage had bikes, fishing poles and various pool floats, etc. I can’t think of a single thing the owners could add that would be needed. We arrived to fresh roses, fruit and chocolates! House was a 7 minute drive to downtown Punta Gorda. Cute shops and restaurants. My daughter and I loved the chairs in the backyard overlooking the water. Very peaceful.

Enjoying some sunshine

We had a wonderful time at Port Charlotte. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the pool - it was so warm and the view was beautiful. We would highly recommend this house for others.

Wonderful channel front home.

Everything was better than described. Heated pool is a BIG PLUS. Can't comment negatively on anything. Neighborhood is nice and quiet cul-de-sac. Publix about 3/4 mile away. Would definitely go back.
