Newly remodeled home that has all of the extras that you will not find in other VRBO homes in the area. This house is beautiful inside & out, the location couldn't have been better (quiet, yet close to everything) and the communication with the host was fantastic! He readily answered any concerns we had. We were there when Hurricane Helene hit, and he let us know ahead of time the house was available for an extra day if needed, which it was. Would definitely recommend!

After staying at a few VRBO’S I’ve realized most are pretty accurately portrayed but always seem to look a slight bit better in the pictures. This property is an exception. The pictures do not do it justice. It is much, much nicer, in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to everything the area has to offer. If you’re thinking about staying in the Punta Gorda area you won’t be sorry booking this property!!!

Decided on this Punta Gorda home from the pics and the surroundings. We were blown away once we opened the door. The house is in immaculate condition. The property manager Troy is on top of everything, and is great to deal with as well!! Cant wait to book again

This stay had dual purpose. Birthday getaway for Wife and I and recon of area/housing/community that we hope to transition to in the near future. Troy was available and helpful. THe Home was immaculate , plenty of coffee and spice rack was helpful. Pool and Dock was amazing, allowed for late night fishing. Just be sure to have bug spray r zapper for Mosquitos on dock. Really wanted to take conoes out but didn't have time between rain. Storm Shutter bolts i know are necessary but need to be covered. Pool was perfect and beds sleep like a dream. Shower and tub was invigorating and relaxing. Will definitely stay again if available.

You want to stay here!
We loved everything about this house...from the moment we walked in we could tell great thought was put into every detail. It has a luxury vibe on an affordable budget! The beaches are about a 50 min drive, but there's a cute lil town about 10 minutes away where you can charter a boat for a day trip or sunset cruise, enjoy an array of shops and restaurants, or visit the farmer's market on Saturday's. The kitchen is well stocked and Publix is nearby making it convenient to cook meals you can enjoy inside or on the lanai, both offer a great view. The pool is warm yet refreshing, the neighborhood was great for night time walks or bike rides, oah, and the spa shower and comfy beds with down-like comforters will make you miss them when you're gone! Haha Todd was great, easy to reach and attentive to any cares or concerns we had. We had a wonderful vacation in this home, and I have no doubt you will too!
