Situé sur les Waters Edge cet appartement a été conçu pour maximiser la mise au bord du lac magnifique! L'unité est un peu plus âgée mais cela ne vous empêche pas de vivre la paix et la tranquillité. L'unité est également située suffisamment proche pour profiter des restaurants et des boutiques du centre-ville, à seulement 15 minutes à pied du bord de l'eau en ville.


Doté zones ouvertes de vie du régime et manger généreux idéal pour intérieur / extérieur divertissant.

Une pompe à chaleur et cheminée (avec un bon approvisionnement de bois de chauffage) gardent le froid de l'hiver et la suite de salon confortable offre un refuge pour vous asseoir et vous détendre.

La cuisine entièrement équipée est complète avec tout le nécessaire pour préparer vos repas. Ces appareils incluent; lave-vaisselle, cuisinière à gaz, four électrique, micro-ondes et grand réfrigérateur / congélateur.

Ground Level - Entrée, salon à aire ouverte avec 50 TV écran et salle à manger "plat, cuisine entièrement équipée, accès au balcon.
Niveau inférieur - Trois chambres, configurés en tant que roi, la reine et Twin chambres. Chambre des maîtres ensuite, grande salle de bains familiale et buanderie.
L'unité est en bas d'une allée raide courte avec un accès d'escalier à la porte avant des unités. Si quelqu'un de votre groupe a des problèmes de mobilité, je vous recommande de rester ailleurs.

Family Stay in Queenstown
Stairs were not shown (How steep it really was). Had mould in rooms and was quite run down. Going down to the lower level to the toilet for everyone was not ideal. View and location were great.

Let the view take your breath away
The property has age on it , but the views and accessibility to town outweighs this .. Not good for people with mobility issues. But this is mentioned in the description of property.. absolutely loved our stay there and will definitely revisit again . Great amenities with a fabulous kitchen to cook in . Fireplace was a welcome comfort on cold nights .

Leaks!
The location of the property is fantastic and the description is generally accurate. However, we would never have rented this property had we known about the leaks in the property. It wasn't enjoyable sitting in the property during 2 days of rain. The leaks have obviously been there for some time and were known to the owner, causing damage to the floor and resulting in damp and mould downstairs. One of the bedroom heaters didn't work, nor did the electric blankets in the main bedroom. Overall, the property is quite neglected and probably worst holiday rental we have hired in New Zealand. We won't be coming back.

Beatiful views
Our family of five had a lovely stay here. The house itself was fabulous - so quirky and interesting. The views from the house over the water were absolutely stunning - watching Lord of the Rings (we’re visiting NZ so we felt compelled!) with the mountains in the background was surreal! Do make sure that you have read the description about the steepness of the drive - my husband managed it but I would not have been able to manage it!

Expedia should be held responsible not to put up such properties for rent and should provide me a full refund. Mould in bathrooms. Dampness on carpets, water mould on carpets. In accessible road to park car for a car. Everything in the house is old and stained. Holes in the wall covered with tape. I have pictures of how terrible the property is. Except for the view and fireplace rest was horrible. Had to go and buy my own heater for a room. What more can I say. Walls had dampness and smell of mould. It was a hazard. Leak from the roof when it rained in the living room Expedia is full responsible and should be help responsible. I could not move out as full money was paid.

Fabulous Views, amazing stay, great host.
The house was comfortable for our group, 2 parents, son and his friend. The views from the house are absolutely incredible, and we were blessed with the weather so had spectacular views of the lake and mountains every day. The house itself is a tiny bit dated, but this did not matter at all as it was fully equipped with everything you need, including a fabulous wood burner which kept the upstairs nice and warm. Each bedroom also had a heater and very comfy bed. The walk into Queenstown is along the lake and takes about 20-25 minutes, a lovely walk, with amazing views, there are several supermarkets and shopping area a 5 min drive away. Our host Cherifah was fantastic and so helpful, accommodating my extra requests. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thank you for a fantastic stay and wonderful house.

The view is amazing!
Loved every minute of our stay in this beautiful house with lots of character. There is a path right in front of the house leading into town- the most incredible walk along the river. It had everything we needed and was very warm. Driveway is incredibly steep.

Beautiful location
Stayed at this listing with groomspeople for a wedding. Beautiful lake front location with view and access to the lake by short walk. A great deck to enjoy also. Warm house with great heating an well stocked amenities and toiletries.

The view was picturesque, great communal spaces, rooms are well set up and bathrooms stocked. Only downfall was the driveway ~ very sketchy to drive in and out of. Would be hard for unconfident drivers. Almost missed it too. Other than that we couldn’t fault the place. One suggestion ~ if the property is listed as family friendly maybe have a small amount of toys. Again, just a suggestion

A stop on a 4 week tour of south island
Read the property description and it sums it up really well. The property is in a fantastic location and if you are lucky like us and have good weather sitting outside on the terrace is great. Sitting inside is great too. The bbq was out of gas so we did not use it but the kitchen was great. Look closely and it needs some care but look at the view and it is all good.

What an amazing place
Just the place we needed for our adult family trip to Queenstown. The home was spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us while being a short distance from town. The house had everything we needed for the weekend and the views and sunsets are simply stunning. Would definitely come back.

The view from the deck is incredible. You could stay there all day just starring into the distance. The houses accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. The parking of the car was a little difficult down the steep driveway but apart from this it was brilliant

The View!
The view was absolutely amazing! Like the description says, it is an older house and the driveway is a bit tricky, but because we knew that ahead of time (from the description and an email from the property manager) we knew what we booked and the house worked perfectly for our group.

Magnificent views
The property has the best views of the lake and surrounding mountains. There was plenty of room and kept us warm in the colder temperature. It is an older property that needs some maintenance and a deep clean. The driveway is very tricky to navigate as per the description, but we couldn’t find anywhere else to park.

Fantastic.
We had a fantastic stay here. The house itself was excellent. It was well equipped with heating for the cold weather (heaters in every bedroom, heated blankets, heat pump in the living room and a fireplace). The house was in a great location, you could walk into town within 20mins along a path accessible from the house that runs around the river or it is a short drive into town. I hope to come back again!

Room for improvement
The location was good and the view is stunning on a good clear day. On arrival to find it was a steep descent to the property, with an elderly mother and 2 young children it was a challenge with large suitcases in tow A couple of cleanliness issues, cooking appliances and fridge difficult to use, however, managed after a cookie of days. Bedrooms very spacious and bathrooms nicely equipped with basic necessities. It was a nice first time Queenstown experience and we’re very grateful for the opportunity. Many thanks

Superb Place to Stay in Queenstown
We enjoyed our time in Queenstown immensely and part of the reason was our lodging. Many people have posted that the view is magnificent and it is. But the lodging itself is quite nice. The outdoor grill is nice. The refrigerator and stove worked fine. The beds were comfortable and the entire area was quiet, convenient and safe. We would definitely recommend 203-B as a VRBO place to stay when in Queenstown.
