• Inviting Downstairs Living: Features a spacious, open-plan living area, including a comfortable living room with a pullout bed couch, a dining area, and an updated full kitchen—ideal for gathering after a day at the beach.
• Half Bath & Laundry: spacious half bath includes a washer and dryer for your convenience.
• Lofted King Bedroom: Upstairs, discover a bright and airy lofted bedroom featuring a king-sized bed and an en-suite full bathroom. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, and the bed is made for your convenience.
• Screened-In Porch: Relax in the fresh air on your screened-in front porch, just outside is a gas grill for all your outdoor cooking needs.
• Parking: One off-street parking space is included, along with an additional parking pass for street parking.

Everything you need
A great little house that’s close to everything. We parked the car when we arrived and then walked to the beach and everything else the rest of the weekend! Our dog loved being able to join for vacation; she loved the toys and treats. Overall a great stay!

Comfy Cozy Cottage, a Few Blocks From Beach
We stayed a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The cottage was perfect for my husband and I, plus our little rescue pup, Rosie. Spotlessly clean, many amenities and starter items (paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, etc.). Kitchen was well appointed with plenty of dishes, glasses, flatware and serving bowls, as well as aluminum foil and plastic wrap/baggies. The bed and pillows were super comfy and with plenty of blankets. Powder room with full washer and dryer on the first floor was very nice, plus a full bath with shower upstairs, including plenty of towels. This cottage doesn't look like a rental; very homey with tasteful decor and all the comforts of home. The host was prompt with communication and took extra care to make sure we were well informed. It's so very conveniently located that we didn't drive our car once we arrived! Walking 3 blocks, we were on the beach; with plenty of restaurants and shopping just steps away. We would love to stay here again during our Spring and Fall long weekends in Rehoboth Beach. I would give 10 stars if I could!
