Beautiful, brand new, upgraded 3-story townhome with private elevator to all 3 floors. 6 bedrooms / 4 baths. Breathtaking views. Overlooks wetlands, White Oak Creek, & Kings Creek Golf Course. Take in the outdoors from your screen porch, watching the herons, ducks, & golfers.. Gated community with 2 outdoor pools, 2 clubhouses, fitness center, game room, pickleball/tennis, & basketball. 6 miles to the ocean. Close to shopping (outlet & boutique), top notch restaurants to enjoy. Close proximity to Rehoboth, Dewey, and Lewes. Golfer's paradise. Third floor has expansive owner's suite (king bed) with amazing views & upgraded ensuite bathroom with quartz counter tops, double sinks, walk-in shower, private toilet room. 2nd and 3rd bedroom on the frontside of townhome have a full bathroom. Our extended family of 12 stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. The house is perfect for together time. Location is perfect. It is near shopping and restaurants as well as the beach. Linda is fabulous. She had great recommendations for everything. We would stay again.

Beautiful, spacious, and convenient home!
My extended family and I stayed at Linda's lovely home in Rehoboth Beach 2 weeks ago. We had 9 adults and 3 kids in our group. The layout of the house is great! The primary bedroom is HUGE and was roomy enough for my husband and I to have our 8 year old daughter in the room with us on an air mattress. The kitchen is very large with plenty of room for several cooks in the kitchen. :) It is also very well stocked, and we were able to find everything we needed. The screened-in porch was so nice to spend time in and watch & listen to the birds in the marshland out back. We enjoyed both pools in the community very much, and my uncle really had fun playing pickleball. Be sure to book pickleball in advance with Linda! The elevator was awesome and a big help for my dad, who has difficulty with stairs. Linda was so kind and was easy to reach throughout our week. All in all we really fantastic stay!

Wonderful week in Rehobeth beach! The property was clean and very spacious for our multi generational family. Linda the host was very helpful and provided us with information on restaurants, shopping and much more to help us have the best experience possible. Linda's space is really nice. We needed enough bedrooms for our group of 12 and access to a pool, which this place does provide. The pool was great! The place is very nicely decorated and the screened in porch is lovely. The kitchen is super functional as well. My only complaint is flooring. The carpeted areas are run down and should be replaced. Also the cleaners need to do a better job with the hard floor areas before new quests arrive. Overall for the price and location, this is a great place!

Great place to stay.
Overall great experience. Golf community with pools, pickleball, basketball and other amenities. Safe place to walk and ride bikes with the family. Host is great to work with and welcoming, went out of her way to make sure our stay was a great experience. Dog friendly location. Only thing to be aware of is a 20-30 min drive to the beach depending on time of day and cellular/internet signal was not great but WiFi available in townhouse. Would highly recommend this townhome and all that it has to offer.

Absolutely beautiful dog friendly home
This six bedroom, dog friendly property was absolutely perfect for my extended family. We enjoyed everything about this property from the absolutely gorgeous kitchen to the deck overlooking the golf course, the tennis court, Pickleball courts and lovely pool. The owner Linda was the perfect host and we had a fantastic time at her gorgeous home. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Linda!

Great Vacation
Our extended family really enjoyed this beautiful home. There were 7 adults and 3 grandkids but we never felt crowded. All the beds were very comfortable. The clubhouse and pool were just what we all needed given the heat. The property manager (Linda) was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice on where to eat and what to do on our vacation. A very enjoyable week!!

Best house and host!
We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children and Linda couldn’t have been a better host. She went above and beyond, even providing us a high chair and a walking toy for the baby. The house is gorgeous and we enjoyed the pools and pickleball courts. The back porch was serene and our favorite place in the early morning and later for drinks and games. We would love to go again!

We made a last minute decision to get away for some rest and relaxation and WOW were we pleased! Linda was wonderful to work with, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Property: Folks- the property is amazing and just as pictured. We chose this site because it was close to a golf course, had great onsite amenities (Pickle Ball anyone), has an elevator (say what!!), and is <30 minutes' drive for any and all the things we love to do as a family.

A beautiful property in a very convenient location with amenities close to the beach, great restaurants and shopping. The property is comfortable and fully stocked with all that a guest would wish for on their getaway. Certainly felt like home from home!

Memorable Family Vacation
The property was much more than we expected.The house was spectacular from the 6 bedrooms with very comfortable king and queen size beds and 4 bathrooms, to the beautiful functional kitchen with an island that could comfortably fit 6 people, and the two dining areas and large screened balcony off of the living room and smaller balcony off of the dining room. The patio with gas grill was an added bonus. The biggest amenity that won us over was the elevator that went from the first to the third floor. This was a real blessing for us because it made it easy for my elderly aunt to get from floor to floor in her wheel chair. The community was awesome with two club houses and two pools and grilling areas that we took advantage of. We visited the beach in Rehoboth and the community pools. We mainly cooked in and grilled but on our last night we had dinner at Above the Dunes restaurant. The food was delicious and the view of the ocean and boardwalk was breathtaking. This was a vacation that we will always remember especially because we were able to have my aunt with us. Thank you Ms. Linda Delario. Jeff Davis and family
