Beautiful, quiet rural neighborhood near the tip of the peninsula located between Rileys Bay and Sand Bay. Easy access to everything Door County has to offer including hiking, biking, golf, water sports, shopping, & festivals.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. Rental Agreement: After making your reservation, you will be asked to complete a rental agreement through our property management system to confirm the conditions of your stay.
2. Security Deposit: After making your reservation you will be asked to provide payment details for a $250 security deposit "hold" that will be scheduled one day before check-in and auto-released 2 days after check-out through our property management system. Nothing will be charged unless damage occurs.
3. Cancellation Policy: 100% refund 14 days before check-in, 50% refund 7-14 days before check-in, Otherwise, no refund. No exceptions.
4. Parties / Large Gatherings: No parties or events at the house. Please kindly refrain from bringing unregistered guests into the house. Please also respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday - Thursday and 11:00pm to 7:00am Friday - Saturday.
5. Parking: No parking is allowed on the street or the front yard. No campers or RVs allowed.
6. Pet Policy: No pets allowed
7. Wifi: The WiFi from Door County Broadband is typically fast and reliable although slowness can occasionally occur due to the rural location.
8. Dock: The dock is typically in the water May through September - subject to water level and weather.
9. Listing Accuracy: We strive to maintain listing accuracy through regular updates, but errors occasionally occur. If there is an error outside of our control, we will attempt to resolve, but are not liable.
10. Bugs and Pests: We make every effort to control bothersome insects through measures like regular pest control, cleaning, and trash services. However, pests may occasionally appear due to the rural nature of the property and should not be considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the home.
Management: "Relaxing Rileys Bay Retreat" is managed by TMLE Group LLC and takes no liability for damage caused by you or your guests or local, state, or federal violations caused by your group.
