This is a duplex building house that includes upstairs and downstairs units, which are connected by an interior door. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with 2 fully fenced yards. Not only a great overnight space but also a comfortable long stay for those large groups who want to explore the city's great food, breweries, parks, or family reunion. It comfortably hosts up to 14 people. you will enjoy this very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.
It is 3 mins to I-95.
3 mins to I-64
4 mins to Kroger and 5 mins to Whole foods
6 mins to museums
6 mins to Byrd park and Maymont park.
It is beyond convenient for everything you need.
The Space:
This lovely duplex house is very spacious and cozy which including upstairs unit and downstair unit. It fully furnished and comfortably hosts up to 14 people.
The whole house comes with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens,2 separate backyards, 2 separate entrances. Additionally, there is a connection door in between as your needs.
Upstairs :
⭐Bedroom1: It has a very comfortable pillow top king size bed with a smart Tv.
⭐Bedroom2: 1 comfortable queen bed 1 twin bed and with a smart TV.
⭐Livingroom: 65 inches TV with HULU and Disney+, comfortable couch which easily converts to a full-size bed.
⭐Bathroom: spacious walk- in shower with provided shampoo and body wash, hair dryer.
⭐Kitchen: fully stocked kitchen. Gas stove and oven, toaster and refrigerator. We provide pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper etc.
⭐Dining room: The dining room has a large dinning space, which you can enjoy your food with your friends and family.
⭐private patio: enjoy outdoor fresh air and family/friend time.
⭐Coffee bar: Dripping coffee maker with roasted coffee creamer and sugar.
