Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA.
The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking.
5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott's Addition & more!
Superhost for 3+ yrs & would love to host your stay!
Single family home with off street parking behind the house.
3 bedroom (2 queen beds each in their own room and third bedroom with twin bed) & 1 full bath.
Bath is jack and jill between the two primary queen bedrooms.
Large spacious kitchen with separate dining area
Cozy living room with leather furniture.
The entirety of the property is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet.
We are available via messenger, call or text. Do not hesitate to contact us any time.
We are pet lovers and are dog friendly only (up to two dogs and no cats or other pets allowed). However, we request only house-trained dogs only who are well-behaved and up to date on vaccinations stay with us. We do charge a $50 fee for up to two dogs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your friendly pup!

This location is a short drive or bike ride to many downtown locations. Most of the city is easily accessible within a 10 or so minute drive!

Quiet, Comfortable, Clean
Our stay was nearly perfect. Quiet neighborhood, nearby access to bike bath. Close to downtown Richmond.
House was very clean and updated in all the right places (finishes, furniture, kitchen, bath).
Back yard was great for our family and our active dog.
Communication with property manager, James was truly flawless, they even accommodated a last minute change to our reservation.
Would certainly recommend this property to others.

Nice place for a weekend stay
Nice home for a short weekend stay. It met our group (and our dog’s) needs just fine, and we found a couple of cool restaurants and a great ice cream shop just a few blocks away.

Wonderful Stay!
The house is spacious, clean, and much better stocked than most rentals. The back deck provided a great place to relax during the morning and evenings, and the dogs loved the fenced back yard. As a bonus, there is a well-lit and well-designed walking/biking path within less than a block. The owner communicated often to ensure we were well taken care of. The home is also close to downtown Richmond and an easy commute.

Close to race track
The neighborhood was clean and quiet. Went to the Richmond NASCAR race and were able to avoid a lot of the traffic staying at the house. The bathroom is between the two main bedrooms which wasn't terrible because we were all family but the third bedroom had to walk through another bedroom. Property manager was attentive and responsive, not that we needed anything but in checking in. Would definitely recommend the property

Simply awesome
The house was quaint, quiet, and very relaxing. It was a comfortable atmosphere perfect for family. I had two little ones that loved kicking their ball around the back yard. The house had everything we needed and it made the entire stay stress free.
