*** PLEASE NOTE, this unit is located in the private basement of the property owner's home. The property owner resides on the upper two floors of the house. The entire walkout basement unit, including the kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, and backyard, is exclusively yours to enjoy. The only shared space is the driveway. ***

Please note that the driveway is shared with the homeowners, so refrain from parking behind any pre-existing vehicles to ensure they are not blocked in.

While having a car is recommended for exploring the area, Uber and Lyft ride-sharing services are readily available.

Upon arrival, follow the sidewalk located on the right side of the house to access the walkout basement patio, where your private entrance is located. Entry is gained via a keypad, facilitating a smooth and hassle-free self-check-in process.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We warmly welcome dogs to our space! However, please note that we only allow dogs, no other species of pet. For each stay, we permit up to two dogs with a one-time, non-refundable $50 pet fee. This policy is non-negotiable.
We have a strict dog only pet policy. There is a $50.00 pet fee and a maximum of two dogs allowed at the property. If you plan to bring your dog(s) along, please be sure it is included in your reservation at confirmation. Unauthorized pets at this property will result in a $100.00 reservation violation fee in addition to the standard $50.00 pet fee. Thank you in advance for both your compliance and understanding of our pet policies.

No smoking indoors. A $250 fee will be charged to guests after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.

We do not provide a washer and dryer.

The $250 deposit is a hold on your card and it will only be charged in the instance there are accidentals/damages that occurred during your stay and discovered after your departure with your acceptance of the additional money request. Airbnb handles the payment processing for us and will become involved if the request is declined.

Easy access to and from I-295. Quiet neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet, new, upscale middle class. It is easy to get to from I-295/ I-64. Close to a wide variety of good restaurants, grocery stores (Publix, Whole Foods) and specialty stores. The rental is the walkout basement. It is spacious, with a full kitchen, bedroom with a double bed. Family room has a large screen tv and sectional couch. The backyard is fenced in which is really nice for pets, but they ask you to take the dog elsewhere to do their business. Good news is that 50 feet from the gate in the backyard is a pocket park with a few dog waste stations which is very convenient. Communication was excellent. I got responses to my questions usually within a hour or so. The only negative was that the bedroom had a musty odor that was tolerable but needs to be corrected. I'm sure a good carpet cleaning will help a lot.

Quick trip
My husband and I were visiting family for a small reunion. We brought our 2 dogs who are crate trained. We were impressed with the cleanliness and decor. The host was immediately responsive when I had to reach out about the wifi and the amenities available made us feel right at home. They have a fenced in yard for the dogs but the host preferred they go in the small park just behind the property when taken out. This was very convenient and not an issue at all. The location was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again! Additionally, very close to anything you would need.....grocery, restaurants, etc

I’m stayed for a couple weeks while moving into a permanent place. What I liked most about the host and property manager was their communication in the beginning as I got settled. Obviously staying for 2 months brought up some minor issues for my initial needs and they were very responsive and attentive to those things

My experience
My daughter and I were in town for the Jeff Cup soccer tournament, great location for restaurants and malls. However, if you are sensitive to strong smells and odors I would take that into consideration. The walls seems thin, I could here conversations and singing also there were lots of cameras everywhere. the location seemed very safe for the amount of cameras througth the unit.
