A highlight at Domicilio de Vida is definitely the exclusive fully automatic pool (8x4 m), childproof fenced (fence height 1.30m, with childproof door), with an absolutely picturesque pool terrace, in the middle of nature and with an unobstructed mountain view. Framed by natural stone walls, almond and olive trees, pool loungers, hammocks and the chilled lounge seating area under the pergola offer pure refreshment and relaxation.
When darkness falls, the pool light makes the water glitter turquoise, the starry sky begins to shine, carefree being together with family and friends makes life really worth living and a wonderful day ends with a good glass of wine from the region, paradise can be not be far then.
Biking and hiking, time out and relaxing by the pool, day trips to the Costa CĂĄlida, strolling through the city of nearby Murcia - your options are endless!
The spacious kitchen is equipped with modern branded appliances (Bosch, Siemens) and invites you to socialize while cooking and eating. The adjoining, covered terraces (including a barbecue) are attractive outdoor options for enjoying food with a panoramic view.
The east terrace offers views down the valley to AbarĂĄn and Blanca. The rocking egg sweetens the morning coffee enjoyment and gets you in the mood for the day.
The west terrace offers a 180° view of the mountains and the pool, and relaxation is particularly intense from the Hollywood swing.
The open, ceiling-high living room with wall-mounted air conditioning, comfortable sofas and a view of the gallery, as well as a large, enclosed fireplace, guarantees a feel-good atmosphere and relaxation. The 50-inch flat-screen TV offers numerous Spanish, English and German channels and radio programs. The high-quality sound bar with subwoofer makes enjoying TV, radio or playing your favorite music via Bluetooth an acoustic experience. In addition, there are excellent hi-fi systems in the living room and in the gallery for using CD/DVD.
The gallery on the 1st floor is a work-, social- and rest-zone all in one. The large wooden table with six chairs offers ample opportunities for meetings and workspaces. The opposite chillout corner on pallet sofas is a place for social talks, presentations or just a retreat for reading and relaxing.
The gallery has an exit to the open balcony terrace. There are seats for coffee and/or smoking breaks. After dark, you can marvel at the overwhelming starry sky and the Milky Way from here.
A large and a smaller bathroom, both with toilet, shower and daylight, are available on the ground floor. In the separate laundry room there is a washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and various cleaning equipment.
From the living room you enter the sleeping area with four bedrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a walk-in closet, stool, storage boxes for clothes, yoga mats and yoga cushions. In addition, all bedrooms have natural light, double-hung windows with wooden shutters for darkening, movable window mosquito nets and external blinds for regulating the light.

Bedroom 2: twin beds (easily convertible to a double bed), wall air conditioning
Bedroom 3: single bed

A mobile air conditioning unit is also available if required.
Our guests have free access to all areas of the house. Only a small storage room for consumables is reserved for the sole use of the cleaning staff.
The situation is similar in the outdoor area: with the exception of the small technical room used by the pool service staff, our guests can use the entire outdoor area in full.
Absolutely quiet location above Blanca in the sparsely populated "Campo de Ricote". Wonderful views of the Valle de Ricote and the surrounding wooded mountain ranges. Few neighbors, mostly weekend homes.
The nearest towns to the holiday villa are Blanca (4km, 7.000 inhabitants), Ricote (5km, 1.500 inhabitants), AbarĂĄn (8km, 13.500 inhabitants) and Archena (14km, 20.000 inhabitants).
The nearest major city is the pulsating university town of Murcia (35km, 450.000 inhabitants), which can be reached in just 35 minutes via the toll-free A30 motorway. From the large shopping centers "Thader" and "Nueva Condomina" in the north of Murcia you can easily reach the city center by tram in about 20 minutes.
Depending on the destination, it's about 90km to 110km to the wonderful Mediterranean beaches that can be reached via the good, toll-free motorway connections in 60-90 minutes by car.
The nearest international airports are Murcia at 65km and Alicante at 99km.
The 9.000sqm completely fenced-in private property is particularly attractive for dog owners, so that there is a spacious and safe free-running area for dogs (fence height 1.80m). In addition, there is a separately fenced-in dog kennel with a dog hut.
Free and fast internet is available throughout the house, on all three terraces and in the pool area.
A paved open space of more than 100 square meters enables numerous outdoor activities such as yoga, Qi-Gong, Pilates or meditation.
On the fenced property parking spaces are available in sufficient number and size and free of charge.
