Colorfully Quaint
The house is beautifully decorated and set in a peacful neighborhood with a very pretty view backdropped by the Sedona canyons. We enjoyed the stay very much and will look to book the home again when we stay in the area next time.

Well appointed and really clean!
I was impressed by how well the house was appointed , lots of trail information and activities, plenty of towels, fully stocked kitchen, even to prepare great meal, clean linen, floors, and bathroom. The hot tub was top shape, no stain. Really, for a change, this was better than advertised and not a bummer. It is outside Sedona so you need to drive in but the area is quiet, easy to park. I highly recommend it.

Good nights sleep, and nice morning views
We got a good nights sleep and awoke to see a nice view of Sedona in the distance. Sat on the front porch for coffee and got ready for our day. Nice little street, this home was perfect for our group of 3. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to use the hot tub, but I did say more than once, “I could live here!”

The property was just as described. It was very clean and there was plenty of room. It worked well for the 3 nights we stayed there. The proximity to Sedona was good, only a 20 minute drive. The area is quiet and peaceful.

We were here only for one night after a day at the Grand Canyon and dinner in Flagstaff. Check in was uncomplicated with the code box. The place is in a quiet area and it’s easy to relax there. It was only a short drive to Montezuma Castle National Monument. The place is a bit eclectic and is equipped with everything one could need. It was clean and comfortable. We’d come here again for sure.

There's not a lot in the immediate neighborhood but this is an ideal place to get away from it all. Would stay here again.

Perfect little cottage!
We stayed here for a verde river paddle trip. We were only there for one night- arriving around 8:30 pm and then leaving the next morning at 9:30. The cottage was fully stocked with things you need, and you can tell a lot of thought was given to the space. The hot tub under the stars was perfect. I was excited to see that there was a telescope in the house. We couldn’t figure out how to make it work, but there were still plenty of stars you could see with the naked eye. It was quiet, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Definitely recommens this spot!

This little cabin is located in a very low key town. Liz, the manager was very helpful with dining choices and very helpful when I had a medical incident. Her suggestions kept me calm and reassured. The cabin is super clean and beds were very comfy. We basically just slept and showered there. The price and location to Sedona was worth a little drive time (15ish miles). Rimrock/Lake Montezuma even have a couple of interesting attractions. Montezuma Well and Lake Montezuma.

My daughter and I loved everything about this rental! We bbq'd on the propane grill. Used the oven, stove, it had A/C. Her bed was more comfortable than mine, but thats okay. Shower and bath were great, hot tub was amazing. The decor was very "homey". We want to come back soon. Oh. It was fairly close to Sedona and other hiking spots!

Perfect hideaway for exploring Sedona and the surrounding area. The property is perched high above the surrounding area so you get a great view of the canyons and mountains. Everything is clean and packed with comfortable amenities.

Loved the location and the amazing quaint little cottage, which was perfect for our party of 3's homebase during our time there to explore Sedona and the surrounding areas. We would have loved a little seating area/table outside to enjoy a bbq meal, etc. The 2 chairs on the front porch were enjoyed for the beautiful sunrises! Unfortunately my experience with communication could not be rated 5*. The few messages I sent were never replied to or answered...not a huge deal but unusual for my experiences with communication with hosts/property managers. Would certainly recommend a stay at this cottage if you are looking for a homey and quaint stay near Sedona.
