La villa est disponible à la location de 3 chambres à 6 chambres et est entièrement dotée d'un chef privé, majordome et femme de ménage. Le prix dépend de la quantité de chambres requises / nombre d'invités au sein du parti. Le prix maximum pendant les périodes creuses est de 1150 £ par nuit pour l'utilisation de 5 x chambres / jusqu'à 10 personnes - 950 £ par nuit pour 4 x chambres / jusqu'à 8 personnes - 750 £ par nuit pour 2 - 3 x chambres / jusqu'à 6 invités. La villa peut accueillir 12 personnes. La salle multimédia se transforme en une sixième chambre (avec lits jumeaux uniquement) et dispose d'une salle de douche / wc privative. Wifi puissant partout.

Il y a deux très grandes suites parentales dotées de lits de taille Emperor, d'une double vasque dans les salles de bain privatives, de toilettes séparées, de dressings, de ventilateurs de plafond télécommandés et d'un patio / terrasse privé menant de la porte-fenêtre offrant une vue fantastique sur l'ouest côte qui peut être admiré de confortables chaises longues. Les téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque suite principale sont dissimulés dans des armoires.

Les chambres restantes peuvent être composées de chambres king size ou twin (la salle multimédia ou la sixième chambre ne peuvent être que des twin) et disposent toutes d'une salle de douche privative, d'un grand espace de rangement pour les vêtements, d'un ventilateur de plafond et de la climatisation.

Il est important de noter qu'il y a 4 chambres dans la maison principale à l'est de la propriété, 2 au rez-de-chaussée juste à côté et 2 à l'étage supérieur juste à côté. La cinquième chambre est située à l'ouest de la propriété (autre extrémité du pont de vie) et ne convient pas aux enfants / adolescents de moins de 14 ans lorsque vous voyagez en groupe familial, sauf si vous partagez avec un autre adolescent ou un adulte plus âgé. De même, la salle des médias ou la sixième chambre, bien que plus proche des autres chambres, est un peu plus éloignée et convient aux adultes ou aux adolescents plus âgés. Il est uniquement recommandé aux enfants plus jeunes s'ils partagent un adulte ou un adolescent, mais pas aux jeunes enfants seuls.

Construit sur le site d'une ancienne grange de stockage de sucre cette villa est le choix parfait pour la douceur de vivre des Caraïbes en plein air à son meilleur. Élégant mais décontracté, il est trompeusement spacieux et les vues sont à couper le souffle avec des couchers de soleil spectaculaires. La décoration est de bon goût avec une palette de couleurs neutres et calmes, créant un environnement totalement décontracté dans le cadre tropical le plus idyllique.

Trois grands canapés confortables et quatre grands fauteuils pivotants sont disposés sur la terrasse couverte pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Il y a un bar stratégiquement placé avec un réfrigérateur, un évier et des tabourets de bar, qui est un endroit amusant et social si une petite pause du soleil est nécessaire pendant la journée. C'est également un lieu de rencontre idéal pour prendre un verre et grignoter le soir avant de dîner autour d'une spectaculaire table en pierre de corail fabriquée localement.

La terrasse et la salle à manger à aire ouverte mènent à la terrasse de la piscine qui dispose de chaises longues, de tables et de parasols. Les vues panoramiques incroyables de la côte ouest sont clairement visibles depuis la majorité des zones de la maison.

La bibliothèque est bien équipée avec une lecture facile des vacances, des jeux de société et des cartes à jouer. C'est un domaine très utile pour les étudiants qui peuvent avoir besoin d'un peu de temps pour accomplir leurs tâches ou si quelqu'un doit passer un appel privé.

Un court trajet en voiture de 3 minutes vous amène à la célèbre plage de Mullins et les magnifiques plages de Speightstown se trouvent à seulement 3 minutes de route au nord, mais il peut être difficile de vous éloigner de la piscine et du jacuzzi extérieurs On a dégusté une délicieuse bière locale et un délicieux cocktail au soleil.

Les trois employés exceptionnels du chef, majordome et gouvernante assurez-vous que tout le monde a des vacances vraiment reposantes. Idyllic family Christmas
The Old Sugar House was the idyllic setting for our family gathering of 9 over Christmas. It is beautiful and very spacious. The views are amazing, the garden magical. It really was everything we could have hoped for. The showstopper is the huge patio common area overlooking the pool and hot tub as well as the ocean. The house is well located if you have a car – close to many beaches, restaurants and other attractions.Terry, Chris and Bibi were absolutely wonderful – we were so well looked after and fed! Sue and Dave also made us feel so welcome and included! We got lots of local tips which contributed to the truly special week.We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Barbados. I couldn’t imagine a better place!

Best Vacation Rental EVER
You will NOT regret booking this villa. The pictures on VRBO doesn't do it justice. This villa is STUNNING. The Staff and owner are so kind, fun, attentive and accommodating. My family and friends came to bim from the 3-9 Aug to celebrate my birthday and this was the best place I could've chosen. Having a chef really made the experience 1000x better as no one had to worry about cooking. Everything he made was super tasty. The butler (Omar) made THEE best rum punches, even sent us home with a bottle. He even helped us decorate for my birthday pool party. The housekeeper is soooo quick. By the time we finished having breakfast she would've already finished cleaning our rooms, wash our dirty clothes and folded them. The entire staff here was so helpful and kind. They really treated us with love. I will definitely be back. Sue (the owner) was extremely responsive and made ALL my special requests happen even early check in. Five Stars All the Way
Our family of 12 recently had the pleasure of vacationing here and loved every single thing about it. The villa, pool, and grounds are gorgeous and the sunsets absolutely spectacular. The villa is well designed with an abundance of covered areas to socialize and beautiful views to enjoy from wherever you are. There are two different eating areas where our large group gathered and enjoyed delicious meals prepared by Chef Terry and served by our butler Omar. Everyone on the staff team was so wonderful. They were very kind and personable and we enjoyed interacting with them throughout our stay. Omar made amazing Pina Coladas and rum punches which we loved. Communication with the lovely owner was excellent and we really appreciated how she went out of her way to ensure that things were well equipped for our four young little ones and we were all well taken care of. We have only been home a few days and our adult children cannot stop talking about how amazing this vacation here was! Thank you so much for this vacation of a life time!

When we arrived, we we’re blown away. The pictures do not do it justice. The property is beautifully presented and equipped with everything you could ask for. The gardens are amazingly beautiful and the pool and hot tub, inviting. Each room has air conditioning, is spacious and have comfortable beds however, just to mention that most rooms including the communal spaces do have some sort of open aspect so do be aware, you may be visited by a few harmless creepy crawlies. But don’t let that put you off of staying at this luxury villa. The WiFi is great all over the property and there is a Sonos system so don’t forget to download the app so you can have the music of your choice played on the outdoor speakers whilst taking in the far reaching views. Terry the chef, is absolutely perfect. He makes the most amazing mouthwatering dishes at your request. He was available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Omar, the butler is always attentive and always on hand to help and keeps your glass topped up. 🙃 He makes the most amazing rum punch which must be sampled. Ameena and Bibi, the two house keepers are fantastic too. Always with a smile and were very helpful with my elderly dad. Communication with the owner, Sue was great and she always responded quickly with any questions. She was also very helpful with suggestions for our arrival shopping list to make sure we had the essentials for our first evening and following morning meals. We were a good of ten with ages ranging from age 9 to 85 and we all had a great time. Terry informed us that we were the first ever black family to stay at the house in his 15 years of working there so we were very honoured. We are all Bajan by decent and traveled from the USA and U.K. to have our family reunion. We also have family in Barbados who came to visit us there and the staff were happy to cater for our guests. Thank you to the owner Sue and all the staff for making us feel so very welcome and we are already planning our next stay. Absolute 100%. Xxx

Sunsets, rum punch, and delicious meals await you!
The Old Sugar House (TOSH) is a beautiful, sprawling home located on a ridge overlooking the west coast of Barbados with amazing views. Even more spectacular than the spacious 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, is the expansive covered outdoor gallery area with several comfortable couches and chairs, two large dining tables, and bar area where we spent much of our day. In addition, there is a beautiful pool surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas. We were lucky to spend 10 days at this unique home. From the moment we arrived and Omar welcomed us with our first rum punch until Terry prepared our final breakfast, the staff were attentive and made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The housekeepers worked their magic each day as we ate breakfast and did laundry and ironing as needed. Communication with Sue before our arrival was easy. She always responded to questions quickly and offered helpful suggestions about purchasing groceries and beverages prior to arrival. We were very happy with the location, although the beach is about a 20 minute walk away. TOSH offers a very quiet, private stay, while being just off one of the main highways, which makes for easy access to many of the sights on the island. Located about 10 minutes from Speightstown, 15 minutes from Holetown and about 20 - 30 minutes from Bridgetown, we found it easy to get around with our car rental. Highly recommended for a large family gathering or for multiple couples vacationing together. We hope to return to TOSH some day! Enjoy!

Beyond my wildest dreams!
This was a celebration girls trip I dreamed of and planned for over a year, my dreams of this villa did not even touch the reality! The pictures and video show how amazing the villa is but when you see it in person, it is jaw dropping. Sue was amazing to work with in the planning phase, even helped make reservations for the 10 of us for several things before we arrived. We were all so pleased when Sue was there to greet us on arrival, she truly is a superb host! Terri, Omar, Aleena and BiBi took amazing care of us throughout our entire stay, not an easy task with 10 women. Everyone commented on how comfortable everything is, from the beds to the chairs and sofas. I could actually see the monkeys in the trees from the master bedroom shower! Don’t miss the amazing sunsets or watching the monkeys while floating in the pool. All 10 of us are looking forward to our next trip here!

Loved it!!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Old Sugar House. The house is perfect for a large group - it really felt like our own private boutique hotel! Literally, everyone's jaws dropped when we walked in and saw the amazing outside/inside living spaces and the lovely views towards the sea. Everyone was happy with their rooms and we loved the pool and gardens. We were in Barbados with a group of friends celebrating our 70th birthdays and 50+ years of friendship, having all met at University. This house was perfect for us - exceptionally comfortable and a perfect party pad! The staff was phenomenal! Omar and Terry and everyone at TOSH took very good care of us, without ever feeling obtrusive. Such a treat to return from a day at the beach to your clean laundry folded nicely in your room. Every meal they prepared for us was wonderful and Omar made the best Rum Punch. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and very quick to respond to any questions. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

THE BEST Villa in Barbados without a doubt!
Ocean view, large pool, hot tub, 6 bedrooms-all with private bathrooms, fantastic outdoor living and dining areas. What made our week even more special was the villa staff: Chef Terry cooked us a wonderful breakfast and dinner each day, Housekeeper Cherry kept villa clean, but THE best was KEVIN! Always with a smile,he was available 12plus hours a day to make our days special. In addition to preparing our dining tables, serving, he helped us with menus and volunteered to do the shopping. Kevin makes fantastic rum punches and other tropical drinks. He made sure our glasses were always ‘topped off’. Whatever the request, he said yes. What a treasure! None would be possible without the lovely owner Sue. She communicated promptly with answers to our many questions prior to arrival and warmly greeted us upon our arrival. You should look no further than this villa for your stay in Barbados.

Perfect place for a family stay
I’ll start with the fact that part of what made the whole experience so wonderful is the setting, weather, surroundings, etc. The temperature throughout the week was ideal, it was hot but not humid, there was a subtle breeze (no strong winds ever) and the temperature at night was also quite perfect, warm but not muggy. Our group consisted of 10 people, 6 adults and 4 children ranging in ages from 6 months to 4 years old. The house is more than large enough to accommodate a group of our size and to give everyone a nice balance of quiet areas and personal space along with some fantastic common areas to congregate in. The house itself is beautiful and well furnished, the kitchen is nice and spacious and the rooms are all very nice. The covered outdoor space is beautiful and incredibly convenient when letting young ones wander around and avoid too much sun. The furniture in this area is particularly comfortable, including four glider chairs and three spacious sofas. I’d say this is probably the best part of the house. The pool is also really great and even bigger than I anticipated from the pictures. Lots of comfortable, clean pool chairs to use and to enjoy the sunny weather. And finally, the views from virtually any of these places is spectacular, best of all were the sunsets of course. In addition, what truly made this vacation memorable are the people. It’s evident that Sue truly cares for her house and her guests and she made the entire process of booking and then preparing for our trip a seamless experience. She was pro-active with things like arranging rental cars, transfers from the airport, organizing food and drinks for our arrival and even in helping us prepare packing lists. Our house host Kevin was extremely hospitable and he is such a stand-up guy. He went out of his way to make sure everything about our stay was wonderful from accompanying us to the grocery store to preparing refreshing cocktails (at the perfect time). Terry is a wonderful chef and cooked some top notch meals for us all week. Hard to say which meal was the best but some highlights included, bajan style chicken, lightly breaded flying fish, a delicious chicken curry, pepperpot stew and burnt onion rice, etc. Sherry-Ann kept the house tidy and took great care of us all week too. Together the crew made this vacation that much better. Needless to say, it was a fantastic experience and we will absolutely be returning at some point (soon).

Beautiful villa, an oasis in the the sugar canes
We had a wonderful week at The Old Sugar House. The bedrooms (all ensuite) are supremely comfortable and the staff couldn't be more helpful and amenable. The house is in a wonderful secluded position overlooking the west side of the island and while off the beaten track it is easily accessible with several houses nearby. The reception space is very well laid out with lots of different sitting and eating areas with plenty of room to entertain larger numbers. It is decorated beautifully, with quirky contemporary touches at the same time relaxed and tasteful. The gardens are beautiful and on several levels below the house. The wildlife enthusiasts in our party didn't need to leave the garden as hummingbirds flit in and out of the bushes by the pool and monkeys move stealthily in the trees behind stealing the flowers to eat delicately. Terry really looked after us well. He is a great cook and breakfast is not a meal to be missed especially when he is cooking his omelettes. Kevin is charming and gentle makes the best rum punches. Cherry Ann kept all our rooms spotless and ironed to perfection while always smiling. They were all absolutely sweet. We cannot recommend this villa more highly.

The most perfect place
We visited The Old Sugar House for Christmas 2017 and couldn't have been more delighted. The property itself is stunning, in a beautiful location not too close to the sea but easily within walking distance. The bedrooms are spacious and the ample living area is furnished lovingly, as if it were our own home. The pool is just the right size and we spent lots of time in here during the hot days. There are more than enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the patio around the pool. Terry (the chef), Kevin (the butler) and Sherry-Ann (the maid) were brilliant. They made us feel so at home and made the holiday even better. Terry's food was a delight. Kevin's drinks, his service and his chat were perfect. Sherry-Ann worked very hard and did a brilliant job. I cannot recommend The Old Sugar House more highly, we will certainly return in the future!
