Lakeside Paradise

This beautiful lake front house is a perfect place to create new and wonderful memories. The home is perfect for couples, families, reunions, or special gatherings.

The home has 4 bedrooms; 2 king size beds and 2 queens. It is very comfortable for 8 people. There are 2 very spacious full baths and a half bath. Every bedroom looks out at the lake and there is a wonderful, wrap around porch and a large patio to enjoy the views. The house is completely furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. The home sits on an acre of lakefront property and is 3,500 square feet, so plenty of room inside and out! (Please note that this property is not to be used for parties, but only for the guests that have made the reservation.)

Lakeside paradise is secluded and private. The property is approx. 30 minutes from Charlotte, NC and Rock Hill, SC. Other cities that are close by, are: Gastonia, Lake Wylie, Belmont, NC. You can spend the week just relaxing and unwinding while leaving all your cares at home. Many attractions are within a 30 minute drive: Carowinds, shopping in Charlotte, Rock Hill or Gastonia, Crowders Mountain State Park, The U.S. National Whitewater Outdoor Center, Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, The Charlotte Motor Speedway, NASCAR Hall of Fame, Discovery Place, The Billy Graham Library and many, many more!

Simply Paradise
The property was amazing!! The pictures do not do it justice, extremely spacious, clean, and amazing yard for kids to run around, great lake access, and huge fire pad for the family to warm up around. They also provided large amount of fire wood, full stocked kitchen, board games. True lake house. The host was extremely friendly and helpful! Reached out to us before our trip to let us know to reach out with any questions and quick to respond. If we can we’ll book again when we come back!.

Beautiful and relaxing!
I’m pretty sure that no one in my family has ever been more relaxed on vacation! This spot was amazing! We felt like we had your own piece of the lake just to ourselves and we very much enjoyed it! We jumped in right off the dock and floated around for hours every day. Every morning we sat outside by the fire pit and had coffee. And when we wanted a break from the sun, it was nice and shady there. The house is very spacious and extremely comfortable. Definitely the best stocked rental we have ever stayed in. We are going back!

The REAL Lake Wylie
With all the development that has taken place over the last 10 years there are very very few rentals that actually capture what Lake Wylie is all about and this is not only one of them but a perfect example of original lake wylie. I'm not sure if it is the bonfire, the yard, quietly waking up to deer, the blue herons, the fishing off the dock, lake views from every room, the privacy, or if its the gravel drive, or the location itself, but whatever it is it is magic and exactly what I wanted and remembered about LW. It is a flawless property and I didn't want to leave. The host is not only a great host but a lovely person. I had an amazing time and am already planning my next trip.

Family wedding
We have stayed at quite a few vacation rentals over the years, but this one was special! There is a restful peace in this home. You can feel the beautiful memories that were made there as soon as you walk in. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the extra special touches were very evident!! Best stocked home ever! The backyard was a dream. So soothing and peaceful. Loved the fire pit family time and walks around the lakeside. Just an amazing stay all around! Thank you Connie for sharing your home with us!

This property is truly amazing. The home is spacious, gorgeous and has everything a person needs. The outside is just as spectacular. Between the beautiful lake, watching the wildlife and enjoying bonfires at night, words can't do this property justice. Connie was so very easy to work with and very responsive.

Lake Living at its Finest
Our week-long stay at Lakeside Paradise was lake living at its finest. Our family enjoyed spending time together in the spacious living room with its picturesque view of water and nature...jumping off the dock and swimming along the beachy shoreline looking for mussels...kayaking throughout the peaceful peninsula...and boating on Lake Wylie while taking in the many beautiful sites. The house was stocked with everything we needed and Connie was very attentive and easy-going when communicating with her. This is our tenth time renting a lake house and definitely one we will consider returning to! We had a wonderful week!!

This was our second stay at Lakeside Paradise. We absolutely adore this property. Our little ones have the best time playing on the beach and enjoying the lake. What a peaceful experience. Peaceful Beauty
Juggling two Marines arrival times, plus a 15 hr drive made the arrival hectic; the owner made it all a pleasure. The home is spotless, inviting and comfortable. The location is truly a slice of paradise. From watching the deer romp with our morning tea, to the nesting Osprey while we enjoyed the fire (with ready supply of seasoned and cut wood provided) up until our evening was complete with incredible views from the spacious rooms. Each day was an absolute treasure to spend here. We had 8 family members and there was ample space for all. From family game nights, dinners together, fishing, playing Bocce (a family favorite) horseshoes, corn hole or just reading by the lake alone, this home offers it all. A chance to enjoy time together surrounded by beauty. Woods, water, wildlife all wrapped around a wonderful home. What more could one want? Comfy beds, soothing decorations, fluffy towels, easy floor plan with effortless access to rooms with plenty of supplies provided. Not one room felt crowded or congested, even with multiple cooks in the kitchen. I jokingly said this is the closest I'll ever get to camping. Critters are outside, I'm inside; that's our deal. We would love to visit again. I highly recommend Connie's place to everyone!!

Was in awe when we walked into the beautiful Lake home. It was perfect, spacious, clean and had all the amenities you would need and some extras, which was very thoughtful of the owners! Lake was so beautiful and peaceful, full of wildlife! Fishing was great. Every room has a beautiful lake view! And the owners are very thoughtful. And we would love to come back and stay at their Lake home again!.

My family and I stayed at the Lakeside Paradise for 5 days in early October while attending an event in Rock Hill, SC. The check-in was smooth with no problems. We found the house to be clean, spacious and well appointed. Everyone enjoyed the roomyness of the house as both my son's were working during the trip. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes for home meals. Beautiful views of the lake, great backyard with a huge firepit and outdoor games. For a family get-together, this house is a "10", wish we could of stayed longer! PS: Connie is great host, was very helpful and available!

Best Lake House Ever!
My family (6 of us, ages 15-55) just stayed at Lakeside Paradise, and it truly was worthy of its name. This VRBO is by far the best we have ever stayed at. Connie was fantastic to work with and very communicative. The house was everything we hoped it would be, and it is HUGE! Lots of space for all of us, and fantastic amenities. Everything you could want can be found in the kitchen and laundry room, and the owners provide extra sunscreen, insect repellant, laundry detergent, and supplies for grilling. The bathrooms had extra shampoo and conditioner, lotion, and makeup remover wipes. They had games indoors for us to play and provided a cooler that could be taken down to the lake. The beds are SUPER comfortable, and spacious. But the greatest part of this home is the outdoor area. The lake surrounds the home, and it is absolutely beautiful. The setting is tranquil, with lots of deer and birds, and the area is very private. The owners provide cornhole and horseshoes, in case the water is not enough for you. There is a dock to swim from, or you can get in and out easily from the gradual slope to the water. Truly a lakeside paradise, and I cannot wait for my family to come back again!!
