Appartement lumineux et confortable avec vue, a cote la place Saint-Pierre. L’appartement est grand et lumineux. Très propre, lits confortables. Cuisine complète. À 10 minutes à pied de la place St-Pierre. Je recommande chaudement. Rue tranquille, épicerie à 10 minutes à pied.

Fantastic location
The apartment was 5 minute walk from the Vatican and 15 minute walk to the popular hop on bus route. Good selection of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The apartment was as described and great views from the balconies. The organisation of car collection from airport and meeting the rep at the property was excellent with both friendly and well mannered people. Great property.

Such a Great Experience
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome! It was perfect for our family of four — spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Our 3-year-old keeps asking when we can go back, which says a lot about how much we all loved it!The location couldn’t be better — the views from the apartment are stunning, and the train station is just a short walk away, making it so easy to get around the city. We also loved how convenient it was to walk to nearby restaurants and, of course, grab some delicious GELATO!The apartment was well-stocked with everything we needed and more, making us feel right at home. Communication with the hosts was excellent both before and during our stay — they responded quickly and were always helpful when we needed support.If you’re looking for a party scene, this may not be the right location for you, but if you want a beautiful, relaxing getaway with easy access to everything Rome has to offer, this is the perfect spot. We highly recommend this apartment to any family traveling to Rome — we can’t wait to return!

Ideal Apartment for visiting St Peter’s Basilica
Lovely stay, loads of restaurants and bars close by and easy access to Basilica and the rest of the city.We had an issue with the one toilet seat but the management company replaced it within 48hrs.

We loved it!
Check in was a breeze and the personal walk through was helpful. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We really enjoyed the location of this property and easily accessed the train from the apartment. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Apartment and location!
The apartment was clean and the check in process was smooth and easy. The views from the windows and terrace were amazing (some of the best views we had on the trip!) It was conveniently location near the Vatican and was a quick walk to a taxi stand and the river. There were many amazing local restaurants and cafes very close. During check-in, Filippo did an amazing job welcoming us and giving us great recommendations. We cannot wait to come back!

Fantastic View of Historic Rome Including Sistene Chapel from the Balcony!
My husband, daughter and I stayed 3 nights at this lovely two bedroom, two bath apartment on the 8th floor. Fantastic views from the balcony of Rome and so nice to have a full kitchen. This was the perfect location to see all the sights in Rome. Beds were comfortable. We loved everything about this place. Neighborhood was safe. A few things to note. Check in process is a little complicated with fees to pay in cash upon check-in so make sure to read everything carefully and prepare in advance. Washer but no dryer. Elevator is tiny and could fit two with luggage. One day it did not work and we had to do stairs but it worked the next day.

Short stay in Rome
We only stayed for two nights since we had just finished a cruise in Rome. I asked if we could check in earlier since we disembarked early from the ship and they were super nice in having us check in at noon instead of 3 pm. Check in was made by Valerio who was there 15 minutes before. He was very nice and explained everything we needed to know about the condo. We really enjoyed our stay. Super close to everything to see. Good restaurants nearby as well. Right in front of the San Pietro rail station. The building is very secure. Locked gate to come in the complex and locked door to enter the building. We loved our stay and we recommend it highly.

Love This Place!
We had a bit of a hiccup in getting there but once we got there and got our keys what a great place. Communication was great in setting everything up. It is in a super part of the city. Lots of places to eat close by, especially the bakery just out your front door! It was a great location for us. Walked to the Vatican. I will say they are doing some construction just across the street, so they start early with the work. But we were up and out so it was not issue for us.

This property was amazing. From the start it was stress free and easy. The property is located a few minutes walk from St Peters square and there are plenty of places to stop and eat. The view on one of the two patios was incredible!

Property nicely situated. Bedrooms comfortable. Air conditioning worked well. Nice kitchen even though we didn’t use it much. Living room furniture could be a bit more comfortable to relax on but overall a wonderful place to stay. Ideal for 2 couples.

The property is well located close to the Vatican. The rooms were comfortable and the AC worked great. The balconies were nice. All and all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this place to traveling families.

Ants and bad service
Property manager was difficult to deal with, made us wait 5 hours with luggage and a baby. We paid for 3 days and arrived at 9am on day two. Lots of ants in the place, they offered to spray right away (but couldn’t come to let us in right away the day before) but the chemicals didn’t appear safe for children, according to Google. Not worth the price or service.

We loved this place! Communication with staff was really helpful. Although it was on the highest floor, there was an elevator that was helpful for our bags. There were no issues and we were relaxed. The location was also great and the views were amazing. Would book again and refer to others!

Beautiful Apartment Near Vatican
This was a wonderfully convenient place off the beaten path, but near St Peter’s. Close to the Roma S. Pietro station, easy walk to the Vatican, and another Taxi stand only a block away. City Center is about a 20-25 minute walk, but this neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Several nice restaurants in the area, plus a Carrefour grocery up the street. The apartment is on the eighth floor, so the balconies have nice views of the surrounding area. It was absolutely perfect for our family of four!

Great location and property
This is a great, clean apartment that fit our group of 6 well. The AC worked great with the hot weather and the views from the balcony were beautiful. Really close walking distance to St Peter’s square and you can walk to other main Rome attractions in about 15-20 mins. Grocery store is close and some shops and restaurants nearby too.
