Au cœur de la communauté amish du comté de Lancaster, cette maison moderne de 4 chambres et plus est rurale, mais située dans un accès facile et pittoresque aux villes de Intercourse, Paradise, Bird-in Hand, Strasbourg et Lancaster. Visitez la ville historique voisine de Strasbourg avec ses antiquités, chemin de fer à vapeur, musée des chemins de fer d'État et théâtre Sight and Sound, ou faites un court trajet en voiture à travers les terres agricoles d'Amish jusqu'à Intercourse (lieu de tournage du film Harrison Ford "Witness" et Kitchen Kettle Village. Vous pouvez visiter le parc d'attractions Dutch Wonderland, l'un des nombreux restaurants locaux, ou faire du shopping dans les points de vente, tous facilement accessibles en voiture. Profitez ensuite de la vue panoramique sur le comté de Lancaster depuis le porche avant tout en regardant les poussettes Amish monter et descendre Peach Lane, ou détendez-vous sur le grand porche arrière en observant les oiseaux et la faune. La maison de vacances Peach Lane est une spacieuse climatisation centrale et une maison chauffée. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 12 personnes avec 2 lits queen, 2 lits doubles et 2 futons. Un salon au premier étage peut facilement être utilisé comme 5ème chambre. Les draps sont fournis. Il a 2 salles de bain complètes et une salle d'eau supplémentaire. Serviettes, savons et sèche-cheveux fournis. Il dispose d'une grande cuisine ouverte avec des appareils modernes, dont un lave-vaisselle. La cuisine est bien équipée avec tous les éléments essentiels, y compris les assiettes, verres, ustensiles, cafetière, grille-pain, casseroles et poêles, savons, etc. Il y a des sièges confortables pour 12 personnes et une chaise haute de style restaurant. La buanderie a une grande laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal avec détergents, fer et planche à repasser fournis. Un pack-n-play, une chaise de douche et un élévateur de siège de toilette sont disponibles sur demande.
Le grand salon décloisonné est parfait pour visiter, regarder des films ou jouer à des jeux en famille. Une large sélection de livres est disponible ainsi que 2 télévisions en streaming à écran plat, des lecteurs DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit.
La maison de vacances Peach Lane est située sur un grand terrain de 1,4 acres avec beaucoup de stationnement et un espace pour wiffle ball, faire des grillades sur le Weber ou se détendre sur le grand porche arrière. Profitez de la vue panoramique de 30 miles sur le comté de Lancaster, avec certains des meilleurs couchers de soleil sur Terre!

Great house and host

We, our kids and grandkids had a wonderful stay at Wayne's house. It was a beautiful house and had all the amenities we needed. It is ideally located for the activities we had planned. Wayne is a great host who was very accomodating and quickly communicated to us on any questions we had. We would definitely return and recommend if staying in the area.

Fantastic house in Ronks!

We couldn’t have picked a better home for our stay in Ronks! The house had absolutely everything we needed plus more. It was spacious so that there was room for everyone in our group of eight. There were plenty of games and toys for the children to occupy themselves with. Two very nice extras were the fireplace and the piano. The location was central to many of our activities. Wayne, the host, is extremely accommodating and does whatever he can to make your visit a good one. Lydia, the neighbor across the street, who helps with the house, was so pleasant and really came through for us. We absolutely plan on returning to Peach Lane on our next trip to Lancaster.

Cozy, comfy with views

Most places we stay meet most of our needs. But this home met all our needs. We put an emphasis on HOME!! The views and sunset were beautiful and words cannot describe them. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi! Thank you for letting us make this place home for a week.

Perfect for our family of 8

I couldn't wait to see those beautiful sunsets other reviewers spoke about but unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate. But that's okay, because it's a beautiful area with so much to see. There was a huge field of wildflowers and sunflowers across the road. I imagine it would be overflowing with flowers during the Summer. We loved to hear the Amish coming down the road of the mornings with the horse and buggies. The property was very nice, clean and had just about everything that we could want or need. The grandkids (age 4-8) had so many things to do without even having to leave the house! There was a huge selection of games and books for all ages. There was even a huge collection of cookbooks in the kitchen! The pantry was stocked with all the basics. Everyone loved the firepit out back.The neighbor and caretaker of the house, Lydia, was so thoughtful and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. She told the grandkids about the garden and pawpaw trees out back, which we had never seen before! She also brought over some bikes that the kids could ride on. It's in a great location and was a short drive to everywhere we had planned to visit. You will definitely be glad you chose to stay here. Lydia, you are precious. Thank you for making complete strangers feel like part of your family. We'll never forget your kindness! Great house and location!

Another lovely stay in Lancaster County! house was close to most attractions and there was even lots to do while there! Enough room for the kids to play outdoors and inside. Garage was fully stocked with toys and things to do outside...even a bike for riding around the block! TV/Piano room was well set up and relaxing. Big hill was fun for outdoor play...and the VIEW was beyond description!!

An exciting and peaceful stay

There is nothing like when you have been say and then arrive home after so many days. Well this house had us at hello and we did not want to leave when it was time for departure. Most awesome house ever!

This was our 6th year at this Lancaster property. It is the most awesome house ever. It is big and spacious and it is on a very big property where my kids are able to play sports. The porch in front and back are both amazing. The front porch faces a stunning sunset, with Amish Farms in the background. There is an Amish school house across the street. I’ve become good friends with most of the neighbors. They are the best neighbors I ever had! Horse and buggies constantly go up and down the street. They always wave hi. I love walking up the street to watch the Amish working on their farms. It is such a peaceful place. My kids talk about it all year and can’t wait to go back. We have incredible memories and I am so grateful to Wayne and Lori for sharing their home with us. Wayne the owner responds immediately and always takes care of any issues that arise, which hasn’t been much over the 6 years. Lydia, the neighbor that I love and keep in touch with over the year, takes care of the house. She is just a delight! There are many places to go and see, but really, the house and the surrounding area is enough to give you the best time. I can not recommend it enough. Best place ever! As long as this house is available, we will be going back. We will never find another place like it.

Absolutely enchanting! Our stay was nothing short of perfection. The property itself is stunning, a true gem that exudes beauty and tranquility. The home is immaculate, with a warm and inviting ambiance that made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We were thoroughly impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the entire space. We typically visit Pennsylvania once a year, and without a doubt, we would love to return to this wonderful haven. The front room offers a breathtaking view that is simply mesmerizing. Every moment of our stay was filled with joy and relaxation, creating memories we will cherish forever. In fact, we fell so in love with this place that we would be thrilled to call it our own. Yes, we would love to buy it. It was an unforgettable experience, and we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Another awesome stay

We enjoyed this space so much that we came back again this year! It has a lovely outdoor patio. High ceilings and very spacious living area. A fully equipped and functional kitchen with modern appliances. Easy check in and guests are made to feel so welcomed. Relaxing at the edge of paradise.

The property was impressive. Attractions and great food are close by. The house is well kept; neat, clean, and comfortable. Everything works, and the kitchen is complete with everything necessary for meal preparation. The view is spectacular, and it is complimented by colorful flower beds and plantings that surround the house. The host maintained communication from our initial contact to our arrival, making for a smooth no-surprise vacation.

Awesome view of the Lancaster countryside

Tucked away, but not too far away, we found this home to be our retreat for a few days. We had plenty of room to spread out and spent a lot of time on the back patio relaxing and enjoying the awesome views and watching the squirrels and even spotted a hummingbird! The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of towels and paper products for a large group. We recommend this property and will stay here again when returning to the area.
