- The home is on well water and septic system.
- Well water may taste or smell differently than you're used to, but it is safe.
You'll need a vehicle to get from the home into Round Top and the surrounding area. Consider renting HOSTiE's chauffeured luxury sprinter van during your stay. Ride sharing apps, like Uber/Lyft, generally aren't available in this rural area.

When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

IMPORTANT: For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras at the front facing the driveway. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
Our Pet Policy: We only allow dogs at the property, and 2 dogs MAXIMUM during a stay; 40 lb maximum weight limit. ALL pets must be verified with the property manager!
*Pet Fee: $50/pet for the entire stay.
**Pet Rules:
NO pets are allowed upstairs on carpet.
NO pets on the furniture.
NO pets to be left unattended.
NO using bowls from the kitchen for your pet.
