Welcome to "Fripp Family Creek House" on Fripp Island! Perfectly situated, close to the beach and amenities, this 5 bedroom 4 bath home sits right on Old House Creek. With a large back deck, screened in porch, private dock and sitting area, you will be in awe the views right from your own backyard. Bring your boat or kayak's and explore the creek. Don't forget the fishing poles, and crab pots and put them to good use on your private dock. The screened in back porch has a sitting area for you to enjoy your morning coffee and after dinner drinks with beautiful views of the creek! The back deck has tables and chairs for your family and friends to enjoy your favorite meals together. When the sun sets, you can hear the waves crashing on the beach right across the way. Walk up the front stairs to your new favorite family vacation home! Fripp Creek house sleeps 12 people and features (4) Queen bedrooms and a Twin bedroom on the ground level. The Queen master bedroom has a Smart TV, a private full bathroom, large closet, and access to the back deck from the sliding glass doors so you can soak in that ocean breeze! The second Queen bedroom also has a Smart TV, ample closet space, and access to the screened in back porch. Next to this Queen bedroom is a shared Jack and Jill bathroom. On the other side of the Jack and Jill bathroom is the third Queen size bedroom. It offers a Smart TV as well as closet space to bring your favorite outfits for sunny beach days! The fourth and final Queen bedrooms has (2) Queen beds, a Smart TV, closet space, and a shared full bathroom right outside the bedroom door.
The Twin bedroom is located down the stairs on the ground floor of the home. There are (2) Twin beds with plenty of room for the kids to have fun and watch their favorite movies with the smart TV, play their favorite games, and have their own private bathroom to enjoy! There is also a glass sliding door with access to the back yard.

The living room has plenty of space for you and your family to spread out and relax after a long hard day at the beach! With cable and Smart TV enjoy family movie night, game night, and much more!

The kitchen area has modern appliances, plenty of counter top space, and cooking essentials to make meal prep a breeze. There is a large freezer in the kitchen pantry. Feel free to use the dishwasher so you don't have to waste time doing dishes on vacation! A washer and dryer are located on the ground level next to the Twin bedroom. There is also a gas grill in the back yard for BBQ nights!

Fripp Island is rich in nature and wildlife and all these things can easily be explored by bike, golf cart, or on foot. This property is located close by all amenities Fripp Island has to offer (i.e Club House, Tennis Courts, Nature Center, etc). Fripp Island is a resort community and use of certain amenities require the guest to have an Resort Guest card.
