ABRITEL recommandation
Please find my comments already sent to NOVASOL
" Since you are not able to send (or understand a questionary in french language) , please note followings :
- overall, I am not at all satisfied wit NOVASOL services :
- rental has been painfull because of relation between NOVASOL and ABRITEL (for this rental I firstly book with ABRITEL and then cancel it)
- first rent payment was delayed (july instead of june), so I have to ask you what was the problem.
- Novasol claims for cleaning services payment, wheras I already pay
for it, I have to demonstrate to the owner that this was done,
- Contacts with NOVASOL (phone and internet) was difficult ....
Finally I can recommand this location, even if
- we have found spider web, and under bed soil was not clean
- one of the three showers was out of order
- Wifi was available only monday evening
but by with anyother agency else than NOVASOL, and I will express this feeling to all my contacts.

Regarding ABRITEL, I was previously satisfied when I booked through your company, but this time, relation between ABRITEL and NOVASOL was not clear at the beginning, and I firstly booked through ABRITEL Internet site and then canceled it, before booking through NOVASOL Internet site because ABRITEL do not react rapidly.
Therefore, as I recommand to everyone not to use NOVASOL, I also recommand no to use ABRITEL anymore
