With 2-bedrooms, 1-bath, 1 office, 825sqft, it sleeps 6 people and is perfect for your next coastal New England getaway.

The Space:
Accepting 30+ night stays starting Nov 1st-April 30th.

✫ We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

Cleaning: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).

This property is located within a short drive to Newburyport MA, Portsmouth NH, Plum Island, MA, Hampton Beach, NH and Kittery, ME.

Minut is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. There is also one outdoor security camera for your protection. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

Other Rules / Fees to ensure everyone enjoys their stay:
For the pet fee ($100 per pet) - please note that this is not collected upfront so it’s not part of the total amount paid. We will be sending a payment request after the reservation is confirmed/accepted. Also, please clean up after them. We will be requesting additional payment for any extra clean up from your pet. (The pet fee only covers additional cleaning to make sure to get all pet fur by double washing all linens, wear and tear on flooring/carpets and furniture)
