Gorgeous brand new 2BR unit, sleeps 6. Amazing ski location!

Location, location, location! This comfortable new two-bedroom unit (Apt #7) is part of a small (7 unit) apartment complex. It is fully decked out for your ski (or other) vacation! The location can't be beat- it is just off of I-215 and is only 2 minutes by car (1.1 miles) to the mouth of Big Cottonwood Canyon. If Little Cottonwood is your destination, you are only 5 miles from the mouth of the canyon. Park City is easily accessible by hopping on I-215. A parking space is available for your use. Don't have a car? The UTA ski bus to Big Cottonwood Canyon (Solitude and Brighton) literally stops outside your door.

This apartment is recently renovated with beautiful finishes and a full kitchen. Much thought has gone into providing everything you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Everything is clean and new. This unit is located on the lower level, but don't let that scare you off- it is our largest and most comfortable layout. There is plenty of light and the ceilings are a very comfortable height. It doesn't feel like a basement apartment.
Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds will help you rest up for your next day's adventure. If you need a crib, the unit is stocked with a Graco Pack n' Play. The living room has a comfortable sectional with a TV setup with Roku for your entertainment, as does one of the bedrooms. There is high-speed Wifi included for your technology needs. If you would like to cook your own meals, we have a fully set-up kitchen for you with oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge/freezer and microwave as well as all the miscellaneous kitchen tools you will need. We have a Keurig coffee maker with an assortment of coffees and cocoa. If you prefer to eat out, there are many excellent restaurants nearby (Porcupine Pub and Grill is one of our favorites)!

Cable TV is not available, but each of the 55" TVs is setup with Roku Guest access which will allow you to sign into your personal streaming accounts (including Netflix, Amazon video, Hulu, Youtube TV, etc) and will automatically log you out the day you leave.

You will stay comfortable with a thermostat you control- air conditioning in the summer and heat in the winter. Staying a while and need to wash your clothes? We have you covered- this apartment has a full-sized washer and dryer for your use, as well as an ironing board with iron.

We even have a wall-mounted ski rack to conveniently store your skis and poles. If you need a secure place to lock things up, there is a safe as well.

We recognize that cleanliness is a concern at this time. Each unit is thoroughly cleaned between guests. We set up our bedding so that the entire duvet cover and coordinated pillowcases will be washed between every guest, in addition to sheets and towels, so that no surface is shared.

A winter getaway close to everything
This clean, quiet stay was a perfect treat when spending time with family over the holidays. It has beautiful mountain views and is just steps from Alpha coffee, the ski resorts, and downtown adventures too. The only drawback is this unit is a basement unit, so there was minimal natural light. The bright decor did help make the stay comfortable, though.

This was our second stay at the property. Very clean and very up to date. The location is amazing and close to so many things. Jessica the property manager is awesome. I worked remote while taking care of some family business in town. It was my sanctuary for the week. Love the Porcupine Grill nearby. Note that many businesses are closed on Sunday so keep that in mind during your stay and plan accordingly.

My 21 year old son and I stayed here for 4 nights in March. The unit was exactly as described and per the pictures. Very clean and modern. Jessica was super responsive, both before booking, and during our stay when we had a question. I would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Jessica’s place was perfect for our ski trip. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. She also had all the big and little amenities we needed - and coffee and treats to make us feel very welcome. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean and well designed. The beds were really comfortable. The washer/dryer was very helpful. It’s very conveniently located making it easy for us to get to both canyons. Jessica was very communicative. We even had a next door neighbor who was very friendly. My adult kids and I came to ski. It was an easy 20 minute drive to Snowbird and Alta.
The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was easy to navigate (nearby grocery stores, restaurants, etc).

Nice basement apartment in great location
I stayed four nights with my adult son, skiing at Alta every day. The place is very conveniently located, and it's spacious, very clean, well maintained and well equipped. It's on a lower level, so there are no views, limited natural light, and you do hear the upstairs and next-door occupants a little bit. But the lighting is excellent, and it doesn't feel like a basement. Communication with Jessica was very good, and she provided a nice basket of goodies and helpful recommendations about nearby restaurants and other amenities.

Clean, well-appointed, great location for LCC & BCC
Had a great stay at Jessica's 2 bedroom unit. The real draw of this unit is that it is located literally steps from the last ski bus stop before the hotels and major park and ride stop. You can very easily rent this unit and ski BCC/LCC resorts and not rent a car at all (and get a seat when riding the ski bus). The unit itself is very well-appointed. We were particularly impressed with the kitchen. We chose to cook several meals and were thrilled that there was every piece of cookware we needed. Other items to note include a new tv with convenient roku guest mode and a fast internet connection capable of handling zoom calls. The only drawback of this unit is that it is a true basement unit. It does not get a lot of natural light, and it doesn't quite have a "mountain getaway vibe". That was of no issue for us, as we were out most of the day and went to sleep early. But I think it's important to factor that into booking considerations. Being a basement unit, we heard a little noise from upstairs neighbors, but it wasn't a big issue at all. If you value location, price, and being very thoughtfully appointed, this unit will be great for you. Finally, Jessica is a very responsive host. Very clear check-in instructions and incredibly timely communications. Thanks!

Outstanding Cottonwood Heights property
Fantastic experience! The property is exactly as advertised. VERY clean. Well thought-out design. The location is outstanding and very convenient to ski shops, restaurants, and the resorts of Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Communication with Jessica was always fast and effective. I will stay at this property again without question.

Perfect home base for a Cottonwoods ski vacation
This was the best short term rental experience we've ever had. 1. Jessica was a great host. There was clear and timely communication right from the booking to checkout. There was a thorough and thoughtful information packet in the unit with everything you'll need to know to enjoy your stay. 2. The location was perfect. We took the ski bus every day and skied all four resorts in BCC/LCC. The bus stops right outside the property. 3. The place was very clean. The kitchen was super convenient, with great appliances and all the necessary pots, pans, plates, cups, and utensils. There is a spacious laundry room making a longer stay easy. Both bedrooms are nice with built-in closets and dressers. Overall, we thought this was a place perfectly designed and managed for a vacation like ours.
