The space
This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home with polished concrete flooring and cement countertops in kitchen to give the home a unique, contemporary look. The house includes everything you need. Fast wifi, washer/dryer, smart TVs, cooking utensils and more. There is also a ton of amenities for your entertainment including an inground pool, outdoor TV, outdoor firepit, texas themed cornhole set, NBA Jams arcade and Golden tee arcade games.

There is 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and two twin beds. All mattresses are memory foam :)

Each TV is equipped with a firestick. Your are welcome to watch amazon prime video for free under my account. You are welcome to login in to your Netflix and other streaming services

There are beach towels provided for you to use at the pool. There are also board games for you to enjoy as well

Mamma’s with littles - this one is for you :)
The house is so comfortable. The location was perfect for where we wanted to spend our time. The neighbors are very quiet - the birds however, they wake up bright an early ! The floors are concrete, not uncomfortable but mammas if you have littles it is slick in just socks and a tumble is a little more intense. Take a high chair or booster , I forgot mine and it was a smidge challenging at meal time. The house had everything else we needed. Plenty of towels , all of the dishes and pots and pans , toaster and a kuerig. The pool is very fun, good sized and we enjoyed it almost every night. Take water shoes for the pool deck. The washer and dryer are very handy.. the master shower door is a little tricky but it wasn’t unmanageable. We would stay again!

Great location and house! David was an awesome host, very quickly responded to any questions we had. Anything needed was provided and it was close to all the amenities and activities we had planned. The house was very clean, the backyard was a beautiful oasis. The kids (husband included) absolutely loved the video games in the one bedroom. We couldn't ask for anything better! We had a great stay at this property! The neighbor was very friendly and helpful. Although we didn’t use the pool it was clean and well kept. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We will definitely come back!

Perfect stay for a family with teens!
We had a wonderful stay! Quiet neighborhood, clean, and relaxing. We had everything we needed. The floors are concrete so bring slippers if you prefer. The master bed was very comfortable! I brought extra towels and washcloths but there is laundry available. We cooked every night and the kitchen had plenty of supplies for our meals. The kids loved the games in the bedroom and had some friendly competition all week. It is close to base so we were able to get my son without difficulties. Conveniently located to many other attractions and shopping as well. The backyard is beautiful. We enjoyed an evening around the firepit and watched tv outside.

The property was pretty nice, and in a quiet neighborhood. Everyone that accompany me enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. Great location if you’re in town to visit or go to a graduation at Lackland.

David was quick to respond with any questions we had! The house was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable! I have a hard time sleeping in a bed that is not my own, but i must say the master bed was very comfortable. The pool/backyard was a great time! Definitely recommend this place for anyone coming to visit

Family Trip
The property is ideally located next to many shops, restaurants, and activties. The pool is wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed the backyard with our two teenage boys. It is evident that the home was recently remodeled and there are still some spots within the home that need some work (bathrooms, windows, doors). Dave was easy to communicate with and responded quickly when we had questions. All things considerd, we enjoyed our stay at this property.

Great Stay
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. We liked relaxing outside in the amazing backyard, listening to music and watching all the birds that visited. We also got to enjoy the pool, which was nice. The inside was clean and cool and had all the perfect touches, including an instant coffee maker and various coffee flavors, which we appreciated. I’ll echo what other reviewers mentioned—the floors are concrete. That didn’t take away from the aesthetics of the home, and there are rugs throughout. Just worth noting in case you have little ones. Restaurants and grocery stores were close and convenient. And at the end of the day, the beds were very comfortable, and we all slept great. David was also extremely responsive and helpful with all my questions before and during our stay. He even went so far to let me know of a brief wifi outage in the area and the estimated restoration time, though we didn’t even notice because we were having a great time in the backyard. :) I also appreciated the ease of checking in and out. In all, this home was exactly what we wanted, and we would definitely book again.

David was awesome to communicate with, the house was such an awesome vibe that each one of us (adult, teen, pre-teen) loved it, and the location was awesome for us too. It offers everything to make the stay a success, and check out was super easy (we travel alot and those check out protocols can be extensive) this experience was so easy I even contacted David to make sure it was that simple! Location wise you are near everything you would need (even an urgent care- that we had to utlilize) and close enough to the highway that going into downtown, checking out other neighborhoods and even visiting other cities was efficient. Sea World is literally minutes away- but not at all intrusive. The house has thoughtful touches making it both relaxing and fun! Ps.. Play the game Run Cowboy Run if you have time... We'd never heard of it and had fun playing it together after grilling steaks. Like I said, relaxing and fun!

We had a create stay and enjoyed the house during our stay in San Antonio, for our sons Air Force BMT graduation!!!! To bad the weather was not nicer, so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard and pool.

Great little home away from home
Our family of four, including two teenagers, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The homeowner was very attentive and checked in with us after check-in to make sure everything was just right. The home was comfortable and set in a pretty quiet neighborhood with little spots where each of us could relax, including an oversized sectional in the living room, to bedrooms that suited each of our girls perfectly, to some great seating areas poolside in the privacy-fenced backyard. To note for families with small children, the floors throughout are concrete, but there are rugs in the bedrooms and living room. Some extra touches helped make this stay feel like home - a Keurig with plenty of coffee for a long weekend, shampoo and body wash in the showers and even laundry detergent so we could wash a load of clothes. We may never go back to hotel stays after such a nice place! Thanks, David, for sharing your home with us.
