This beautiful newly built second story Guest House is just a 35 minute walk from The Hill Country Mile. A walkable stretch of locally-owned boutiques, antique shops, restaurants and galleries set in the heart of downtown Boerne, Texas. Enjoy the local shopping, fine dining, breweries, coffee shops, market days, events, a stroll along the river or just stay in and relax while you enjoy our private covered porch overlocking our beautiful quiet neighborhood with lots of majestic oak trees.

This hill country/modern style 2 bedroom, 2 bath house includes a breezy covered porch, fully stocked kitchen with a coffee bar, complementary snacks and drinks, pantry, dining room, TV’s with Netflix, Wi-Fi and full size washer and dryer, making it the perfect option for a longer stay, business travel or a romantic getaway! Master Bedroom with new King size bed.

Guest access:
-Guests have access to the entire Guest House with private Covered Porch.
-Guests will be given a code for the front door before arrival.
-Two parking spots are provided at the far right in front of the garage
-Please no parking in the shared driveway anytime
-Guests must provide number of vehicles along with make, model & license
plate of the vehicles.

The above garage apartment was very welcoming. Very clean. Modernized and well kept. The owner did supply everything we needed, coffee, shampoos, soaps. Everything was there. Had brochures on things to do in the area. They answered every text I sent quickly.

Perfect little getaway!
My sister and I went for a girls getaway, and it was perfect! The place is clean, comfy, and close to Main St where there are lots of shops and restaurants to visit! We saw over 20 deer when leaving the neighborhood the first evening there, and it was a great surprise for these city girls! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Boerne Hideaway
The guesthouse is super clean, and it has a wonderful layout. We loved having the common areas between the 2 bedrooms and each with their own bathroom. A perfect setup! Lester was always very quick with responding, so we trusted that our needs would be met. Simple checkout list was easy to follow. The snacks were much appreciated as well. Overall, just a beautiful stay!

We were impressed at how updated and clean this VRBO was! And the host was very responsive and we had a little glitch that was completely resolved immediately. The host seemed to really care about us enjoying our stay in their apartment above their garage. It was clean, quiet, updated, and had everything we needed. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was very convenient to the cute downtown area.

This was our first time to visit Boerne, and we really enjoyed our two night stay at the guesthouse. The host, Lester and his family live right next door, which was so nice when we needed him to come over and reset the smart TV's password. Great response time, great host! Beautiful guesthouse with everything we needed, including some snacks and drinks. Thanks so much!

This was a restful base for us during a visit to see one of our children. We appreciate the thoughtful amenities that allowed us to walk in and begin relaxing right away-some drinks and snacks, AC and fans running, everything needed to make coffee in the morning. Easy access to everything in the area is also nice.

Nice 2 bedroom. Appears to be a recent build, everything is in great condition and working order. We had a great time with no complaints. Note... It's a 2nd floor apartment. Would not work for someone who cannot climb stairs.

This property was located in a very quiet and peaceful area. Communication with the host went smoothly, with quick response on his part. This was perhaps the cleanest vrbo at which we've ever stayed. The hosts' attention to detail and cleanliness did not go unnoticed and was sincerely appreciated. Motion lights on the stairs to the doorway, and complimentary snacks and beverages were just some of the many extras that made our stay perfect and enjoyable. I enthusiastically recommend this VRBO!

Feels like home
What a wonderful place to stay to see the total solar eclipse for 3 seconds through the clouds! Seriously though, it was clean, comfy and exactly as listed! The location is perfect for going to other places in the hill country. We stayed there a lot of the time though because it was so comfortable to sit and visit with family. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood that had several deer running around, that was a nice bonus. They had some snacks, drinks and a coffee bar. Also movies to watch on DVD and a fire stick to have YouTube and such. Lester is a great communicator, answered texts quickly and made sure we had all we needed. We especially liked having a code to unlock the door, no keys to worry about. We will definitely stay here again!!
