Perfect location for beach goers!
We’ve enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive. It is only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. While the unit was generally great, one bathroom had a noticeable amount of mold, which prevented me from giving it a perfect five-star rating.

Nice Location - Easy Parking
The overall experience at this location was great. It’s in walking distance to the boardwalk. Parking is provided. The unit was nice and clean. There were a few issues that need to be addressed. The microwave door handle was broken. The hallway, bathroom, shower doors came off the tracks and almost fell on me. The bathroom faucets were quite loose. The refrigerator was nice, but the ice machine doesn’t work or it wasn’t hooked up although there was bags of ice in the freezer for us so that was nice. It was a benefit to have a washer and dryer in the unit.

Very nice place!
I stayed in this property for 3 nights for a weekend while visiting my daughter who lives in the areas. It was perfect for my needs. Close to restaurants and shops and the pier. The unit was very clean and well appointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. She was very receptive. I would definitely stay here again.

All was fine. Might mention though that the bottom sheet in the smaller bedroom was either dirty or stained. Small spot but noticeable. Just slept on top of the bed.

Great price, great location and great rental. Well appoointed 2Br 2Ba close to beach, shopping, restaurants and bars. Street is quiet though which was lovely. They made great use of the space. We would stay here again.

Just as advertised and more.
We decided to bring our out-of-state granddaughters to SanDiego for some beach time. The unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is just a few blocks from shopping, restaurants and the beach. It was immaculate and great for us and the two girls. The host provides parking, a laundry area, air conditioning and many other small amenities not even listed, making our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Host was friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great Value. Interactions with the owner could have been better.
Great value. Enjoyed our stay. Interactions with the owner could have been better. Nothing that ruined our stay but enough to be annoyed. The showers didn't have any hot water but we were in a hurry to get the day started so we all took cold showers and reached out to the owner on the drive. Owner responded that they "forgot to tell us the shower valves are backwards" (so cold means hot and hot means cold). Would have been nice to know before we all took cold showers the first morning there. We also tried to do laundry but the washer was not working. Owner suggested giving us access to a different unit the next day but just seemed silly. Would have liked to have a working washer in our unit as advertised in the listing. Owner was quick to respond and kind.

Family vacation in San Diego
We enjoyed our stay at the Pacific Beach duplex. We were glad to have separate spaces for ourselves and our teens at the end of our two week vacation to SoCal. Having access to a washer and dryer was super convenient for our extended vacation. The beds were comfy, separate bathrooms ideal, access to a full kitchen a relief after several hotel stays. The duplex is super convenient to attractions around San Diego and within walking distance of Crystal Pier and many local PB restaurants. We loved Kona's Cafe for breakfast burritos and The Baked Bear for handmade ice cream sandwiches. It was great to have our own parking space as well, since parking around San Diego County can be tricky. If we make it back to San Diego, we would definitely consider a stay in this Pacific Beach duplex.
