Cette maison récemment rénovée de 5 chambres a 6 lits queen dans de grandes pièces spacieuses, plus 4 salles de bains. Cette propriété est entièrement fermée et privée.

Le joyau de cette maison est la terrasse de la piscine de style complexe, avec jacuzzi, chaises longues, cabane couverte, fauteuils suspendus, table de ping-pong et tous les accessoires de piscine dont vous pourriez rêver. C'est la piscine parfaite pour se divertir et profiter du bar extérieur!

La baie et la plage sont à 5 minutes en voiture et cette maison est vraiment proche de tout ce que San Diego a à offrir.

À l'intérieur, la cuisine récemment rénovée est entièrement équipée pour préparer un festin, avec de nouvelles armoires de cuisine et un comptoir en granit, ainsi qu'un tout nouveau plancher en bois personnalisé, aucun détail n'a été ignoré. Profitez de la vue sur la baie et la ville depuis la terrasse privée pendant que vous profitez du temps de San Diego et du grill sur le barbecue en acier inoxydable.

Les chambres sont réparties sur trois étages, donc c'est une grande maison pour ceux qui voyagent en grands groupes mais qui veulent de l'intimité. Si vous visitez San Diego pour un mariage, une convention de travail, une ComicCon ou une réunion de famille, cette maison est faite pour vous.

En bas, vous trouverez une immense suite parentale généreuse avec salle de bain attenante et dressing, qui s'ouvre sur la terrasse de la piscine; l'endroit idéal pour une tasse de café tranquille le matin.

En bas se trouve également une généreuse chambre secondaire avec lit queen-size et lit bébé. La chambre doit être mise à jour avec un lit superposé queen-size, avec des matelas surclassés et des lits suffisamment grands pour les adultes, fin juin 2019. Cette chambre s'ouvre également sur la terrasse de la piscine.

Deux grandes chambres avec lits queen et une salle de bain partagée sont au niveau principal. Et le troisième étage dispose de deux lits queen dans une pièce avec beaucoup d'espace à revendre et une salle de bain complète partagée.

Il y a un grand parking sécurisé et un parking dans la rue.

There was plenty of space for all 12 of us to relax and hang out. Beautiful view!!! Pool and hot tub area were very nice. Plenty of dishes and more than sufficient WiFi for our family. Furniture and / or decor needs to be updated. Electrical outlets need to be assessed as there are several that do not work. TV instructions in the binder should be updated as well for each room. Overall, we had a great time! It was a nice rental.

We had a group of 11 of us stay here for an extended weekend and had a great experience. We loved the central location of the property with everywhere we wanted to go being within 15ish minutes in any direction. The layout of the property as well as pool set up allowed for plenty of room for all of us. The host was very responsive for any questions we had, and we would happily stay here again.

Fantastic location but the house is tired
First the positivesThe location is great and the checkin process was very smooth. This is a true 5 bed with large bedrooms and a great number of bathrooms. Owner is responsive to issues and clearly has good procedures. The negativesThe house is tired, the photos must be from several years ago and there are a lot of scrapes on the walls and areas that are plain worn out. All of the crockery is from different sets and there were only 3 wine glasses, not what you would expect in a house like this. The pool are outside also was in need of a Pressure wash.Overall a d bag, a big, well proportioned house on a great area but the current condition of the house and its contents is very tired.

Good stay with a couple issues
Overall, the property worked well for our group. We loved the location, the pool and hot tub were great, and the size of the property was perfect for our group, with lots of space to spread out. The primary issue we ran into was the number of beds. The posting listed two twin bunk beds but there was only one in the house, our group was counting on those two additional beds and a few members of our party had to sleep on the couches. The house was also very hot when we arrived, and it took about half a day for the AC to cool it down when we turned it on. The living room area remained hot during the day. We also couldn't figure out how to use the sound system in the house + some of the outdoor furniture was old/should be replaced. Overall, I would recommend this rental for location and size.

The house is very well located so that it's less than 20 minutes to nearly all the main sites in San Diego. The neighborhood is quiet. The gated property provides a welcome sense of security. The pool needs some repairs - the vacuum gizmo that must stay in the pool at all times doesn't clean anything. The pool lights don't work. Otherwise it was a great pool and hot tub. Plenty of pool toys. The frig ice maker is broken so we had to go buy ice trays since they weren't provided. The windows need some refurb because not all of them open which was a nuisance since one of the neighbors was loud and we could close the window after opening it. For $11k a week, I'd expect everything to be in good shape and fully working. The pool

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had our traditional family trip on July 13, 2024, for our family of 14, including 3 generations from ages 2 to 77. We had a most wonderful time at this property. Since our trip was on July 13th, we read the review by “Andrea H, dated July 1st” The review was not good (6/10) and we were worried. We contacted Ali and stated our concerns, he assured us that “There is nothing to worry about.” We trusted him and it turned out that he was right! The property is just like he stated on the website. The house has 3 levels, and it is very spacious for all 14 of us. The grandchild slept in the room with bunk beds, and they loved it. The house is reasonable clean, considering this property being so popular and rented back-to-back, the cleaning crew did a good job. The kitchen was great, with plenty and sufficient things needed to cook meals for a big group like ours. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage which is useful. Ali told us about the meat market-Sidsel’s, which is right down the street. They have a good meat selection, and the location was very convenient for us. We had Wagyu and Tomahawk steaks from there and we were not disappointed. The inside and outside dining rooms are another good feature, as there were enough seats for everyone. The pool was nice and clean, since the ocean water was cold, so we had the pool heated and the grandchildren just loved it. One of the highlights is the view of the Sea World fireworks every night at 8:50pm. They were splendid.

This house was in a great location for everything we wanted to do. It has an amazing view. There was enough room for all 14 of us. The pool was amazing! We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and none of them supplied paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash! That was an unexpected perk! It could use a good once over with paint. The outlets/electricity were kind of scary too. All in all, great place for our San Diego trip!

Family Trip to San Diego
The house overall was great, it could use a little TLC. The backyard and pool area was amazing. The bed in the lower level room was very creaky and squeaked all throughout the night with any movement and none of the tv's had cable or would connect to the wifi. On our last night in the house around 4am a loud alarm like noise kept going off in 1-2 second increments with one final longer alarm noise that woke everyone up and was actually pretty scary. Once someone finally got out of bed to check it out it had stopped. After everyone was back in bed and asleep it sounded one more time and then I didn't hear it again. I did reach out to the owner about it in the morning and never got a response. Overall a nice place for a family vacation.

PERFECT house for larger groups or larger families.
It's hard to say enough great things about this house, which was our home base for 10 people, ages 8 to 70, 3 generations of our family, for 8 days. It accommodated everyone easily, with roomy bedrooms and living spaces, an amazing primary suite, and the pool-hot tub was the perfect place to relax and have fun each evening. The location is terrific; most of the places you'll want to visit are short drives away, and the freeways are nearby for farther-out destinations. The kitchen is large, and fully stocked. There is one more point about this house that might be important for some. As a rehabilitation and physical medicine specialist, I pay attention to accessibility and mobility issues (although thankfully so far, that's not a problem for us). San Diego is quite hilly, and it would be very hard to find a house this size acceptable for some with mobility limitations. Here, from the driveway or garage, there is exactly one short step into the main level, where there are two bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen, and a large dining room and living room (with one of the TVs). The lower level, with the primary suite and pool, and the upper level, could be reached by those using a cane or walker, if the impairment is not too limiting. Overall, this is simply a terrific place for a larger group. You absolutely won't be sorry if you stay here!
