This location doesn't get any better- Old Town restaurants, bars and shops all at your doorstep!

Once you've experienced Old Town, the trolley station is a six minute walk away to explore the rest of San Diego. This house is central and minutes away to beach, zoo, balboa park, downtown, sea world, airport, and more!

Enjoy this historical home that has been recently renovated with our guests in mind! All spaces are contained to one spacious main floor. The open space kitchen, living room and dining room are perfect for entertaining. The entire home has a very trendy and stylish vibe to make you feel right at home. This property boasts three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with two extra stow-away twin size beds. Each bedroom and main area also has their own AC unit and heating unit for comfort and control.

Other things to note:
-Since you will be directly in the hustle and bustle of Old Town, please keep in mind that you may experience noise from the streets. This is a very lively area on weekends.
-The property has been updated with a big screen smart tv in the living room. No cable, but you can log in to all apps and channels with your personal account.
-If you need extra parking (more than the 2 spaces provided) please ask in advance, we may be able to accommodate you.
-Please send an inquiry if there is anything you may need for your stay. We may be able to lend some items e.g.: baby items/furniture, kid’s bathtub, foldable wheelchair ramp, use of a washer and dryer, ect.

Really Cool Property
This was a great property tucked into the middle of Old Town. Walking distance to all Old Town had to offer. The host was attentive to all requests we had, and we weren't the easiest of guests to get along with but he was attentive and courteous the whole time. The next time I go to San Diego, I'm checking to see if Zach's property is available first.

Great place for the rate
This place was perfect for our family stay in San Diego. If you're looking for a nicer place from the exterior this place was not quite what showed in the photos. The inside is much nicer than the outside. There was plenty of what we needed for our stay and the inside was very comfortable.

Great location for socializing. There was lots of nearby restaurants and a cigar bar within walking distance. The location was clean and had plenty of space for an active two year old to run around. Better suited for an adult get away because of the street noise.

Good overall! Plenty of space, central location, nice kitchen. Suggestions: better quality towels—include hand towels and kitchen towels; have warmer blankets available for beds; consider investing in more comfortable furniture in the living room; fix the squeaky fan in the queen bed bathroom; include Saran Wrap in kitchen supplies; and also, find a way to have fresh ventilation in the house—no windows will open on the property. All this said, it was still a good place and Zach was very helpful!!!
