FRESH UPGRADE! Branch new flooring, paint & furnishings throughout! Welcome to this charming oceanfront 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach house and is perfect for your next Mission Beach vacation! Enjoy a signature San Diego sunset on the spacious deck overlooking the boardwalk, or go for a swim in the ocean. The unit is conveniently located 10 steps to the sand and walking distance to delicious eateries, cafe's, and more. You'll never want to leave!

The Space:
*Ground entry
* Bedroom 1 has a queen bed/ Roku Tv (can sleep 2 in bedroom)
* Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bunk beds (can sleep 4 in bedroom)
* Fully stocked kitchen with Beautiful brand 12 drop coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Coffee, sugar and creamer provided.
* Super fast WiFi
*Living room: Smart TV/Roku for streaming options. Electric fireplace console, perfect for evening chilly nights to cozy up by the electric fireplace. Beach views.
* 1 car garage. (NOTE: the garage is a little bit short in length, so a suburban or other large vehicle will not fit)
* Shared washer and dryer with upstairs unit
* Beach equipment provided (beach chairs, boogie boards, kids sand toys, beach towels)
( We also rent out the upstairs unit, if your group is larger then 6 and need more space, please message host for arrangements )

Guest Access:
Check-in is contactless; you will receive a door code 2 days prior to arrival.

The Neighborhood:
The home is walking distance to the best breakfast, lunch and dinner restaurants Mission Beach has to offer. Belmont Park and the big dipper roller coaster are just down the boardwalk. Grand and Garnet bars far enough away but short walking distance.

Parking lot dimension:
About 15 feet in length from washer and dryer to right before the sensor. A good at least 17 to 18 feet if you back up all the way against the garage wall.

Amazing oceanfron vacation rental
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful oceanfront home! It was the perfect size for our group and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The updated finishes throughout the home gave it a fresh, modern feel, and we especially loved spending time on the porches with stunning sunset views. Having a garage was also super convenient. Aaron was on point with communication. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to be back next summer! er

Lovely location!
Perfect spot on Mission Beach! Great host! House has everything you might need for family beach fun. Needs a little maintenance but that ocean air is a constant battle with any home. Beds were comfy, fans were necessary and worked great. Wish the front windows opened to get that seabeeeze.

Great beach front location!
Location, location, location. 5-10 minutes to Pacific Beach food and shops. There's a burger place and a taco place even closer, within 2 minutes, on Mission Blvd. Great unit. Beach toys and gear for use. Large washer and dryer. Don’t bring a big vehicle unless you are an expert at backing up.

I stay in SD frequently- When I stay, my priorities are 1. ocean front, 2. outdoor space 3. parking 4. good wifi to work 5. clean Only stayed 2 nights, but would stay again. Impressed with the decorating, furnishings & amenities - clean, fresh & well appointed. Very nice- & I've stayed in a quite a few ocean front in PB/mission beach. Aaron/mgmt- A++ for communication, helpfulness, friendliness. 1. OCEAN FRONT: yep. Perfect, easy walk to coffee/food. 2. OUTDOOR SPACE: minor minus- view windows don't open, no screen door. The front door/window is very close to the boardwalk so maybe that's why. There is outdoor seating out the front door and to the left. Really a VERY small negative but in case anyone cares- would not stop me from staying again. Only mattered to me as I was going in/out a lot while making calls/working. Beach amenities looked new & plentiful. 3. PARKING: yep. We have a 4Runner- not huge, def not tiny. It fit in the garage to the side of the washer/dryer easily but with little room to spare lengthwise (which was explained in the description). However, we had plenty of room to get in/out of the car and get into/out of the garage 4. Good wifi (I work remotely in health care)- yep. It worked, reliably and fast, even outside. No issues at all. 5. Clean- very clean and well kept, including bathroom, Wonderful overall- no complaints and felt happy and relaxed there. I am so glad I finally got to stay there after seeing it and being curious for so long.

This property is in a great location. Clean and comfortable with great views. The garage is a huge bonus. There is no garbage disposal but there are drain covers. Easy to find and get to. The family upstairs had kids so it did get noisy. Otherwise this a great spot and we would stay here again.

Great beach getaway!
If you are looking for a true California beach vibe, this is the place to stay. Location is great. Restaurants and bars all in walking distance. Great for running or relaxing at the beach. The house was well maintained and furnished. It comes equipped with everything you need. We would stay again.

The home was clean and cozy. Aaron provided everything we needed for cooking and having fun. The beds were very comfortable. We walked and played in the ocean right out the front door every day! Walking distance to good food, groceries, etc. Good neighborhood. The grandchildren had a blast! Wish we could have stayed longer.

We loved this property! Clean and comfortable, plus a great location. It was so nice to have a garage to park our car and store our bikes. Great communication via text with Aaron. Nice touch to have snacks & waters for us upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Spot!
We had a great family trip over the holidays. The house was just as described and the condo was in the best location! Our kids loved being able to jump out the door and onto the sand! It was fully stocked with extra towels, blankets, pillows, and even boogie boards and chairs for the beach. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals and there was ample storage space to keep luggage out of the way. My only suggestion would be a dehumidifier- nothing dried-even after hanging for 3 days, which we know longer dry time is normal for the beach, but even our bathroom floor had condensation on it the entire time. Nothing that was a big deal, just a suggestion. Communication with property manager was fantastic- they got back to us to answer questions or offer suggestions almost immediately! We could walk to numerous coffee shops, restaurants, and to Belmont Park. Everywhere else we went was under 20 min, including the airport. We loved our trip and would book this place again! Great little Lime Green Condo!
