Emplacement, emplacement, emplacement! Le condo est 1/2 bloc de Mission Bay, Fanuel Park et la promenade.

Ce condo magnifiquement décoré de 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain est au dernier étage et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Le condo est ouvert et lumineux et l'endroit idéal pour séjourner en famille ou entre amis.

La chambre principale a un lit king california et la deuxième chambre a un lit queen. Il y a aussi un matelas pneumatique queen que vous pouvez installer dans le salon et un pack n play pour votre enfant.

Cuisine magnifiquement rénovée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner à la maison. Les équipements comprennent: cafetière, grille-pain, mixeur, machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle et articles ménagers pour la cuisson et la cuisson. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, WIFI, fer / planche et sèche-cheveux. Immense télévision à écran plat dans le salon avec câble et barre de son Bluetooth. Vous ne serez pas déçu!


Il y a une place de parking et des articles de plage dans le garage. Nous avons des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, des planches de bodyboard, des jouets de sable, un chariot, un kayak et deux croiseurs de plage. Tout ce que vous devez apporter, c'est votre maillot de bain!

Le pont sur le toit offre une vue imprenable sur l'océan. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre ou faire un barbecue en famille ou entre amis. Pendant l'été, vous pouvez voir les spectaculaires feux d'artifice de Sea World depuis le toit-terrasse ou votre balcon privé.

Marchez quelques pâtés de maisons vers l'ouest le long de la baie jusqu'au Catamaran Resort (qui propose des locations de bateaux et d'autres activités nautiques), Sail Bay, des terrains de beach-volley, une aire de jeux pour enfants, un parc herbeux et la promenade animée de la baie.

Nous sommes situés de l'autre côté de la baie à quelques minutes en voiture du populaire Sea World, à 10 minutes de l'aéroport de San Diego et à 15 minutes du célèbre zoo de San Diego, de Petco Park et du Gas Lamp District.

500 $. 00 acompte est requis pour maintenir une réservation, le solde étant dû 30 jours avant la date d'arrivée. Si votre réservation est effectuée moins de 30 jours à l'avance, le paiement intégral est dû au moment de la réservation. Si vous annulez plus de 60 jours avant une arrivée, nous vous rembourserons votre acompte moins 150 $. Si vous annulez avec 60 jours ou moins d'arrivée, nous vous rembourserons votre solde uniquement si l'unité peut être réservée à nouveau.

Being able to walk down to a beach was a huge plus for us, to keep the kids entertained. And the fact it's a park on sail bay rather than the over-crowded mission beach, can be a huge plus.

Clean 2 bedroom in a great location.
The apartment is located on the top floor and there is an elevator to assist with bringing your bags up/down or if you have mobility issues. We could watch the nightly SeaWorld fireworks from the rooftop deck and walk to the beach. The apartment is clean and gets a nice cross breeze, no AC was needed. The beach supplies in the garage were very useful (cart, chairs, etc.) Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Would stay here again!

Close to the beach
Very nice home and close to everything. Walking distance to the beach and a place to park which is hard to find. Well stocked home, had everything we needed. Only down side is that it’s on the 3rd floor and no functioning elevator. Coming and going was difficult on my friend who recently had a hip replacement. Be prepared to carry everything up 3 flights.

Late winter 2024 stay at Time to Coast
Previous reviewers have mentioned the bland appearance of the building exterior but one needs to get past that. The building is secure and even though there is an elevator we only used it when moving our luggage. The inside of the condo unit is excellent. Both bedrooms with the adjoining bathrooms are spacious, no tiny 2nd bedroom. The kitchen has all of the necessary dishes silverware and cooking utensils. Plenty of bath linens. In addition to the popular streaming services there is also basic cable TV which is nice for a quick check of the news or a current TV show. Pacific Beach is a very walkable residential neighborhood and this unit is only a block from the bay. It is possible to get a 4-5 mile walk along the bay and ocean with crossing a city street only once or twice. The beach cruiser bikes in the garage were more than adequate though a more serious rider may want to upgrade. We've rented several different units in the Pacific Beach area and this is a condo that we would rent again.

Close to the beach!
Close to the the beach. Nice breeze coming in from all the windows. Kitchen had plenty of plates, glasses and such. Really nice having a driveway parking spot as the street parking can get crazy as it’s near the beach. Owner is extremely responsive and easy to work with. Recommend!

Clean and close to the beach
I’ll be honest, the outside appearance is a bit deceiving. But this spot is located in a quiet neighborhood and the beach is literally a few minutes walk away! Once we were inside we realized none of the appearance outside mattered. It was all very clean and gave off a very homey feeling. It was nicely decorated with each room having a little theme. The kitchen was perfectly stocked with items we needed and the beach items in the garage are very convenient! It was my parents first time staying at a house for a vacation and they truly enjoyed it! Needless to say, we’ll be back here again for any future trips planned!

Beachy Fun!
Everything was as advertised. Easy checkin, great location. We are a family of six so having a condo apartment saved us a ton by being able to hit “Ralph’s grocery” and cook for ourselves. It was a fully equipped kitchen and the space accommodated us beautifully! We enjoyed our 1/2 block access to Mission Bay and 3 min drive to Pacific Beach. The boogie boards and beach toys came in very handy too. While we wanted to ride bikes we didn’t end up having that experience but its nice to know it was an option with amazing bike paths very close by. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Great location! Surprising exterior made me reconsider….
My family stayed for 5days during 4th of July week. Pros: 1. The location and price were great. 2. The condo interior has been remodeled and was comfortable and clean 3. The owner was responsive and the instructions were detailed and easy to understand 4. Netflix access was appreciated 5. Off street parking for 1 vehicle Cons: 1. PB can be loud with the windows open. The location is on a major road with steady traffic. There were loud people and vehicles late into the night. With the windows closed, it was tolerable, but it took a few days to get used to. 2. The exterior of the building was surprising. It is an older property like many in PB and could use some maintenance. I understand that it is a condo and all the owners have to agree, but it could use some TLC. Overall, we enjoyed the place and would stay again.

Very clean!
We really appreciated how clean everything was! Also the extra supplies made our trip really nice. All the beach towels, bikes, boogie boards, volleyball, etc… the inside of the house was also stocked with plenty of kitchen gadgets, etc…made it so easy for our travel across the U.S.! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The communication with the hostess was fast and clear! Everything was smooth!

Stayed here with my family, and was happy with the unit. Very clean place, and close to beach and San Diego attractions. Parking spot available and also scooters out front for rent(Bird, Spin). Everything you could need for a vacation.

Great Family Vacation Launchpad
We loved the condo. It was clean, comfortable, and it was what we expected based on the online post. We were able to walk to nearby beaches, Fanuel Park playground, delicious restaurants, and Belmont Park. We were also ideally located for short drives to Cabrillo National Monument, the San Diego Zoo, and the Birch Aquarium. At the end of the day the comfy couch was the perfect place to relax and plan the next day.

Amazing location!. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great communication from Adrienne. Other than a bit of traffic noise (mostly motorcycles) we did not hear anything from within the complex, very quite and the rooftop patio was wonderful! We had our two teenage daughters but this condo would also be great for two couples.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment has a great layout. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and even had coffee. The living room couch was comfy to lounge on. We loved going on the roof patio for sunsets and stargazing. Slept well on the beds.
