Disappointing Experience
I’ve stayed at this hotel before, and during my previous visit, the price was reasonable, and I had a good experience on the third floor. Unfortunately, this time was very different. I was placed on the second floor, and the moment I stepped out of the elevator. The hallway was dirty, carpets and doors broken and were stained, and nothing looked like it had been cleaned or renovated in a long time.
The room itself was no better. It had a strong, unpleasant smell, and the bathroom was unacceptable—there were hairs in the bathtub. To make matters worse, the sofa couch in the livin room was covered in stains, making it really gross to even sit on
Overall, I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel this time around. The lack of cleanliness and upkeep is unacceptable. I hope management takes action to address these issues.
