The living room, kitchen, and dining area are open and airy, equipped with a smart TV in every bedroom and living room, excellent internet with both fiber optic and Starlink for redundancy, and a dedicated desk/workstation for those who need to work remotely. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new fridge, stove, microwave, and essentials like a stovetop espresso maker, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar. The house also includes an iron and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Each of the three bedrooms features a smart TV, comfortable beds, ceiling fans, and individual air conditioning units to ensure a restful night's sleep. The unit is named Casa Ismael Rivera, after one of Santurce's most beloved musical icons. Ismael Rivera, known as "Maelo" or "El Sonero Mayor," was born on October 5, 1931, in Santurce. A legendary salsa singer, he was famous for his improvisation skills and his ability to connect with audiences. Rivera began his career in the 1950s with Rafael Cortijo and his Combo, becoming the main vocalist. The house where Ismael Rivera was born and lived is right behind the property, and you can get a tour of his house!
