Admirez la vue spectaculaire sur la plage d'Isla Verde et l'océan depuis votre balcon et toutes les fenêtres de ce condo non-fumeur récemment rénové et haut de gamme. Situé dans le bâtiment Marbella del Caribe Oeste (Ouest) avec accès direct à notre plage de sable immaculée et à ses eaux cristallines.

Le condo est parfait pour une famille de quatre ou deux couples. Il comprend toutes les commodités, notamment une télévision à écran plat, le câble, une connexion Wi-Fi haut débit, la climatisation, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un lave-linge / sèche-linge et un mobilier et du linge de maison confortables et de bon goût. Des lits jumeaux XL dans la deuxième chambre se transforment en roi. Les chaises de plage, les serviettes de plage et les bodyboards sont également inclus.

Il y a une place de parking souterrain dédiée et une réception ouverte 24h / 24. Les locataires ont un accès complet à la piscine, au tennis et aux autres commodités des parties communes.

Idéalement situés au cœur d'Isla Verde, les locataires sont à quelques pas de restaurants décontractés, haut de gamme et en bord de mer. Walgreens est juste en face de la rue et CVS est à deux pâtés de maisons. Le vieux San Juan se trouve à quelques minutes en voiture ou en Uber. Séjour minimum de trois nuits.

Lovely condo, amazing view
This 2 BR condo in the heart of Isla Verde was a great home base for our family vacation. The listing and photos are 100% accurate - the view from the balcony could not be beat. The owners really did think of everything - well stocked kitchen, beach supplies (chairs, boogie boards, and igloo cooler, pool noodles, and highly detailed “welcome guides” to the unit and to the area. You can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas right on the beach. Very convenient w nearby supermarkets, restaurants etc in walking distance. 15 min from Old San Juan, 5 from the airport. The owners were highly responsive to all of my communications.

Blissful retreat at Isla Verde.
This oceanfront condo was absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the sunrise over the water every morning was pure amazing. The balcony was perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the stunning views. We loved the direct beach access and the sound of the waves crashing” The panoramic ocean views were incredible, especially at sunset. We loved being able to just step out onto the sand right from condo.

Can’t get better than this!
It was a multi- generational trip to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and all of our first time to Puerto Rico. The hosts, Michelle and Brian were so easy to contact, answer questions and super accommodating! The location was perfect! The beach was amazing, the pool- amazing! The condo was perfect for us! And the beds convinced myself and my mom that we need new mattresses back home! If you are thinking about booking this place, do it! It’s a quick 10 minute drive to Old San Juan, 5 minutes from the airport and a car rental right accross the street! El Yunque is only 30 minutes away too! We loved our stay! Hands down the best hosts I have had with VRBO as well!

Labor Day Escape in Great Place &Location
Casa De Michelle is so very conveniently located and the view is simple divine. You can hear the waves from both bedrooms which is so good for the soul. I was a single mom traveling with three children and was very happy with how secure the facilities were. My kids loved all the options and took advantage of the basketball courts and outdoor workout equipment was enjoyed by all. The beach of course was wonderful and right at your doorstep. I hope to return to this great location and for a longer period of time. The hosts were very responsive which was appreciated.

Hurricane Debby caused our visit to be shortened by one day. That was the only negative this trip ! The condo is beautiful and had everything that we needed for the beach - chairs, noodles, coolers, towels, boogie boards. The linens for bed and shower were very clean and plush and comfortable. The building was secure, clean and safe. The beach views were beautiful. The wall art in the condo was very nice. We had a great visit and are sad to leave.

The apartment is tastefully decorated.Very clean and had beside the usual beach chairs a volleyball and paddle ball equipment that we did not use ,since our stay was very short.Michelle and Michael were very quick to respond to any questions which I greatly appreciated.

Beautiful Place/Frustrating Experience
We loved our trip to Puerto Rico and the condo was as advertised with a beautiful view. Communication during the trip with the owners was easy and fast to respond. Unfortunately, we’ve been accused and charged for damages that we absolutely did not cause. We are an honest family and would have reported damages immediately if that were to ever happen. We’ve been renting from VRBO for years and have never been accused of leaving damaged property. Oddly, we weren’t notified of damages until 3 days after we departed. I have no idea what happened to the property after we left, but we did a full inspection and nothing was damaged. I learned of the additional charge and approached the owner. I was met with a threat that leaving a bad review would result in the same for me. I’ll trust the perfect ratings that every other owner has provided over the years because I believe this experience is important information to share. Lesson learned. We will take photos of any rental as we are leaving in the future.

We enjoyed our ladies trip to Isla Verde. The location was just a short 10 minute drive to both San Juan and Carolina. The view is absolutely incredible and we spent a lot of time between the beach and the pool. The beach was really the highlight of the trip. The general area is fine. Restaurants weren't great but there is plenty in the area that met our needs. Condo was very well stocked and comfortable for the 4 of us. Thanks Michelle!

This condo has everything that you need. The host Michael was very accommodating. This area is very walkable and Uber rides were very affordable. We tried the restaurant Santisimo in Old San Juan that was in the welcome guide and it was wonderful! We had such a nice time.

Family Spring Break!
It was amazing to wake up to such a beautiful view every day. This condo unit was so clean and tidy. I LOVED the pillows on the king bed and the bath towels were sooo soft. We appreciated the provided chairs for the beach and rented an umbrella daily. Instructions are detailed and explained perfectly. We had plenty of starter items so buying things like trash bags, dish soap and laundry detergent was not necessary. Thank you for that! We loved the food all around the area and found the people were amazing. Already thinking about coming back! A large area of the island lost power during our stay (for about 3 to 4 hours) - the elevators still worked and it created lots of deep conversation with locals about what they went through after the hurricanes. Next time we will not rent a car for the week because everything is walkable, and Uber is inexpensive. Thank you for sharing Casa de Michelle with our family :-)

The rental is exactly as described and is in a safe walkable neighborhood! The host was in contact throughout to make sure everything was going well! The check in/out process is extremely easy as we areived after 12am! It was a great bonus to have towels and chairs for the beach! Recommend here for everyone!

Loved our San Juan trip
We had a long weekend for my husband and his friend to do the San Juan 1/2 Ironman race. The description was accurate. We walked to Walgreens and to all of our meals. The staff was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. The condo was perfect for 2 couples. Beautiful oceanfront view. Lots of little extras.....nightlights, handsoap, blender, etc. The ac units in the bedrooms were very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again!

3rd stay at Marbella, great condo
Beds were great (Q and 2t), bathrooms were very good, nice patio furniture, great large tv with streaming, supplemental air conditioning in both bedrooms to help get to temp quickly at night. Be aware, no oven. Be aware, the dryer vents into the kitchen. We recommend doing laundry with the doors open to pull the hot air out. Walgreens is directly across the street, grocery store is a 10 minute walk. 10/10 would stay again
