Nice house with a few drawbacks
John was a nice host, he was very fast to answer any questions we had. The house is nice. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped. Beach is a 5 min walk from the house (not the best beach though). There is a fantastic butcher (Cut) just 300m from the house. A few drawbacks: the pool is very small (looks bigger on the pictures), a LOT of noises around the house at night (you NEED earplugs to sleep), water in the shower is very weak. Overall a good experience but I would choose another house next time, mainly because of the noise at night.

Great stay at Villa Roja!
Great stay at Villa Roja with friends. House had everything we needed and within walking distance from some beautiful beaches. The indoor/outdoor patio area and pool make a great location to end the night with drinks and conversation by the pool under the bistro lights. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect weekend stay!
We had a great weekend at Villa Roja! The house was perfect for our group of 10. Location was super central for short drives to other parts of the city. Our only issue with the house was that there’s a few roosters that start crowing at 3am until the morning right outside the house, which made it difficult to sleep through the night. Otherwise we had a great stay and wonderful time!

An Amazing Get A Way
We had a group of 11 of us and we had plenty of room, the layout is awesome, we're a 5 minute walk from a beautiful, safe beach and the owner and manager were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend!!

PR is my new favorite place to visit
I love the beauty of Puerto Rico! The people are Amazing! Very comfortable and beautiful here. The VRBO is nice and clean and fun! The only thing that was an issue is the crowing rooster!

Good location
We have a huge party of 10. The house is very clean. Plentiful of towels and a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. The AC was very strong in every room. We have 2 huge SUVS and they fit well inside the gate. The host was kind to greet us upon check-in to give us the lay of the house. The pool was nice and stayed cold. Would recommend anyone to stay here with a big group as there is alot of space for everyone.

The Best Kept Secret
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a stunning vacation home in San Juan Puerto Rico, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! This spacious 5-bedroom home, complete with a beautiful pool and a cozy TV room, provided the perfect getaway for our group. The proximity to both the beach, restaurants and the airport made our trip incredibly convenient and stress-free. The house itself is a gem. Each bedroom is generously sized, ensuring that everyone in our group had their own comfortable space to relax. The living areas are tastefully decorated and equipped with all the modern amenities you need. We spent most evenings by the pool, unwinding after a day of exploring the island. The outdoor area is a true highlight. The pool is pristine and perfect for cooling off in the tropical heat. We loved lounging by the poolside, soaking up the sun and enjoying the tranquil surroundings. The beach is just a short walk away, allowing us to easily switch between poolside relaxation and beachside fun. What truly made our stay exceptional were our hosts. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly accommodating, kind, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering great local tips and always being available to assist with any requests. Looks good from the outside but small issues that make a big difference
I rented this property for my daughter 16th birthday vacation with close family and friends. The host was at the location when I arrived and gave me a tour of the property and at first glance everything looked good until we walked to the pool area and immediately she noticed a beam hanging and stated she will send someone to fix it (never happened). After going food shopping and putting away all of the food, I noticed the water in the refrigerator isn’t cold. I thought I put too many can soda and water bottles so I removed some but the next day the items were not as cold as I am accustomed to, that night I noticed water leaking from the freezer side and reported it once it happened twice but no one came to fix it and I had to toss out food. One of my guest was brushing his teeth and leaned his elbow on the sink and it fell, my dad who works in construction stated the sink had fallen before and the patch job was bad so my dad walked around to check the other sinks and noticed the one next to it was loose also and another one was clogged. Lastly, one of my guest almost fell on the porch located in the front of the house, one of the wood flooring panels was rusted and a hole was created. Other than all of these issues the place was good place to stay. Pool was great, family room was great for the teenagers ( need updated TV’s. Hard to login into your own accounts), close to the beach and supermarket.

Perfect family getaway
This was our first extended family vacation and this unique home accommodated us perfectly! We all had our own air conditioned rooms and plenty of bathrooms to choose from. Plus two sets of laundry units. The location can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to the beach and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The home also provides beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and coolers which we found very helpful! This home also has a generator and water system so that if the power goes out (which it did twice) you barely notice. So grateful for that!! The host was very sweet and welcoming and communication was seamless. Overall a wonderful experience!!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
This place couldn’t have been better. Was very accommodating for a large group of friends. 5 min walk to the little private beach to watch the sunset and very close to all attractions throughout the city. I would highly suggest this house and will be back again soon!

Group Getaway House
Plenty of room for 6 or more with options for group entertainment as well as solitude if wanted. Close to the beach, Old San Juan and restaurants. Highly recommend Barbacoa right around the corner for lunch or dinner and the walking tour of Old San Juan. We had a group of 6 and this was a perfect location for us to spend our vacation. The hosts were accessible, accomodating and full of local informational tips.

Lovely spacious home!!! We loved this house, there was a lot of dining and seating space, which was exactly what we needed for everyone to hang out but also for everyone to be able to have time for themselves. Lovely San Juan Stay
The property was perfect for the mix of adults and kids (two 10-year-olds and one 7-year-old) in our party. It was centrally located and convenient for sightseeing around San Juan and other places. Everything that was within the control of the property owner/manager was perfect. As others have stated, there is some construction in the neighborhood that makes it a little noisy in the morning. Because we had read this in previous reviews, we brought noise-cancelling earbuds that worked perfectly! The manager's instructions were clear and timely. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone visiting San Juan.

A stay in paradise
We were hosted by John and Mayra and she welcomed us to the property. She proceeded of taking us on a tour of the property and everything was as advertised. Impeccably clean with all the amenities listed. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and a great deal of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive away. Most of us had never been before and enjoyed the indoor/outdoor feel of the house and the range of activities in the area. Be prepared for noise and a few mosquitos, but a great spot!
