The airport is only a 15-minute Uber ride; Condado and Isla Verde Beach are only 10 minutes away. DISCLOSURE: This is a penthouse apartment on the fifth floor. There are no elevators; guests must be able to climb 63 stairs to access the apartment. It's important to keep this in mind when making this reservation. The building does not have a power generator; if there is a power outage, the apartment will be without AC and lights. We will not refund for utility outages. On-street parking is free but limited and is not available overnight. Street parking will get hefty tickets overnight, but during the day, it is free.
