Great Spot
Perfect spot for our group of three families with 11 people (six adults, five teens). Close to the beach, parking was a plus, many restaurants and a grocery store nearby. Many amenities provided including beach chairs and umbrellas, an iron, well-equipped kitchen, etc. Communication with Mayra and John was excellent.

Perfect for groups
We were there for our son’s wedding. We were 4 couples and 2 single adult kids. It was the perfect stay for that. Everyone had their own bathrooms and bedrooms. The outdoor pool space was wonderful. We would end the night sitting around the pool. The kitchen seating was great. Had ample seating for our morning coffee gathering. The house was light and bright and very well appointed. The restaurants on the street were great. Very close to the airport. Overall I highly recommend for a big group. The owners were super accommodating and helpful. Great communication.

Amazing home!
We could not have been happier with our stay! The house is very accommodating and clean, had everything we needed with lots of space for everyone! The pool and outdoor space is very nice and clean!The walk to the beach is short, along with many restaurants and bars within walking distance.We would definitely stay at this home again!

Very nice place!
The Villa has a strange setup with the living and kitchen in different buildings but it was very clean and nice. We were thankful for the generator as the power was out for about 24 hours and it kept up very well. The owners were very attentive to some minor issues we had. Grocery and restaurants were in walking distance which was very convenient since we had no car. The fix a trip concierge was very helpful in arranging transportation and excursions. We had a wonderful time!

Let me just say this, "Exceptional!"We had 11 family members share in the celebration of my wife 70th birthday and our 25th marriage vow renewal. The property had more than enough spave for everyone to enjoy themselves with privacy when rest was required. The property owner and the property manager was very responsive and helpful when we arrived on the island.The kitchen area offered the necessary spave for the private chef to prepare and serve13 guest. The food and service was Exceptional. Bottom line, my wife has wonderful memories of time well spent at the property and on the island.Thank you to everone who helped make this special occasion, SPECIAL

Oasis in a Fabulous Location
This little house, set away from the road, is a little oasis of its own with many restaurants, shops and the beach just steps away. We loved eating at Tomate Mexican, Buenos Ayres Market & Grill, and even having a nightcap at the AM/PM! We also preferred the protected cove beach if you cross the street and take the first beach entrance to the west. Family friendly and calm waters protected by boulders. The house had everything we could need and the beds were cripsy clean and comfortable.

Great layout and location
This was the perfect house for our couples vacation. We had a group of 10 and we each had our own room and bathroom…3 were en-suite, 2 were separate. The beach and many great restaurants were within walking distance. The home feels very safe. It also had everything we needed.

Extended Family Getaway!
The property was clean and really had everything we needed. We especially loved that it came with towels and beach equipment. Electricity on the island went out, and the generator took over immediately. Mayra was wonderful about checking in and communicating with us. We also loved all the nearby restaurants. There were two hiccups with the baby. Be sure to clearly reserve the pack-n-play so that it’s available, and New Year’s Eve was tough with nearby fireworks until 6 AM. All other nights were just fine.We would definitely stay here again. Mayra’s communication and attention to detail was excellent.

Excellent Place to stay
This place is an excellent place to stay. Great location, amount of bedrooms and bathrooms were great for our group of 6 people. The owners were responsive when questions were asked. A very safe place to stay. I would stay here again!! My only thing would be to add more comfortable seating in the Cabana, as this is the main hangout for movies, etc.. Otherwise, it definitely deserves a 10/10.

House is great. Well maintained and spacious. Close to supermarket and many, many restaurants. Had just about any kitchen utensils and beach equipment you could want. Beach is just a five minute walk away. It felt very safe--inside a locked fence with excellent house security.

We were a group of 8. The house was a perfect size. There was plenty of space and there was a bathroom for each bedroom, including 3 en suites. The kitchen was about gathering space. We cooked meals and didn’t lack supplies. The beach towels and beach chairs were a nice touch with a short walk to the beach. The best part was the location. Next door, on each side were restaurants. A hotel district was less than a 2 mile walk. The grocery store was also a short walk away. The only time we used Uber was to go to the mall or the T-Mobile district. The owners were friendly and very responsive.

Excellent place to stay!
We just got back from a wonderful vacation! Mayra was there to greet us when we arrived and helped show us everything at the property. Mayra was very responsive and gave us excellent recommendations! The villa was super clean and really has everything you would need. The location is great, being close to the beach, supermarket, and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool and the barbecue grill. It was a great place to stay for our large group of 11. We highly recommend staying here and definitely want to return again!

We plan an annual family trip every year, and this year we chose Puerto Rico. While the house was spacious enough for our group of 12, our experience quickly soured. Upon arrival, we noticed several issues with upkeep: exposed wires from improperly installed lights, dirty bathroom tiles with visible hair and mold, and, most concerningly, leaks in three areas of the house (two bedrooms and the pool room). My poor aunt had to endure nights in a bed with a leak directly above her. Despite our initial complaints, the property manager assured us the drainage was fixed, but the leaks persisted. Attempts to reach out during our stay were met with silence, and follow-up messages after our departure also went unanswered. Additionally, my uncle suffered a severe fall on an outdoor stair that lacked proper grips and materials suitable for wet conditions. We spent a considerable amount on this vacation and were left deeply disappointed by the neglected maintenance and unresponsive management. We would not recommend this property to anyone.

The villa is beautiful—so clean and had so many amenities and things you would need and felt like an oasis! We loved the pool in the evening and barbecue and TV room! The pictures online are nice but the place is so nice and each room beautiful— looks even better in person! Mayra was great and I really liked that she met us at the villa to greet us and give us the run down plus so responsive!!! 787 coffee just a few doors down—LOVED that!! Aldo cafe bistro was so delit! The beach area was nice—there was a little area that was shaded and another more open!

Amazing!
Absolutely amazing! Love this property so much that I would consider purchasing it, if it was for sale. Close to some of the best restaurants and shops in Carolina (bistro café, Ferrari Italian restaurant,Mande restaurant and the famous 787 coffee. This very clean, modern, spacious and charming home is literally steps to the beach. We came in a group of 12 with plenty of room for all of us. Staying at this home was the perfect location to get around easily to everything we wanted to explore on the island. There’s nothing better than having a long day exploring the enchanting island and coming back and enjoying the crystal clear refreshing pool. The property manager/owner was also amazing! Greeting us upon arrival and very responsive on any questions we had. I would rate this stay of 110!

Wonderful stay!
We loved our stay! Perfect location to everything! The beds were super comfy. The pool was the best part! Such a great way to start and end the day! Mayra was very responsive to any questions. Only small issue was the ice machine/freezer was leaking & ac has condensation but we just put towels down and it was fine. I would highly recommend this property and would book again- without a doubt!! Book here it’s amazing!!

Our recent stay was great! Beautiful patio area with awesome pool! The house was very clean, almost each bedroom had its own bathroom which was a big plus! Kitchen area was big, stocked with basic necessities! Plenty Beach chairs were provided with only 1 umbrella tho! Cooler also came in handy ! House is located by a main street but it wasn’t too loud! Short walk to the beach and not too far of a walk to local grocery stores! Overall , great experience !

Great for a group
We traveled for a volleyball tournament and stayed at the house with 5 teenage girls and 5 parents. This was the perfect location for us, since each family had a bathroom. The grocery store is walking distance, and the kitchen was well equipped for our cooking. We also took advantage of the ceviche and italian restaurants next door, and Bistro Cafe, a short walk away. We never had trouble getting an Uber to pick us up, so transportation was easy, but there's also secure space for parking cars. Everyone raved about the pool and the beach. Mayra was an excellent host and easy to communicate with. Overall, we had a fabulous experience and were thankful to have found this spot to stay!
