My husband and I have been coming to Sanibel for over 30 years. Our children, now adults, spent many years playing in the sand and surf, and enjoying all that Sanibel offers. We now spend about 12 weeks a year on the island, and consider Sanibel our second home.

3. Guest Bedroom – Has both a queen and double bed and sleeps 4. Newly decorated with coastal furniture, ample closets, ceiling fan, carpeted floors, wood shutters, and 50" TV. This bed arrangement is far superior to many units! The bathroom is en suite.

4. Bathrooms - The Master bath has a recently updated walk-in shower with multifunction shower head and granite countertops. Guest bathroom has full tub and is newly decorated, also granite countertops. Tile floors.

5. Living & Dining Area – Seating for 6, comfortably. Entirely new furniture in coastal décor, area rug, tile floors, 64" TV, books, puzzles, games, and things for kids are provided. The dining table seats 6. The sliders fully open for coastal breezes.

7. Lanai – The lanai sliders completely open for lovely sea breezes and Gulf views! A ceiling fan has been installed allowing you to relax outside even in the hot/humid weather. There are comfortable chaise lounge chairs for your enjoyment!

8. Pool and Beach – The heated pool and powder white beach is barely 50 yards away. It is one of the best pools on Sanibel, and the closest to the beach. Miles of white sand, and world famous shelling await for your enjoyment. It cannot get much better than this! Both the pool and the beach access area have rinse off stations to clean up. Lounge chairs are available at the pool, and we provide beach chairs, noodles, beach umbrellas, and kids toys for your added enjoyment.
