Charmante maison de plage remplie de soleil vous invitant à visiter les plages vierges du golfe de l'île de Sanibel! À seulement 2 minutes à pied du golfe sur une route privée. Laissez vos soucis derrière, cuisine studio, draps frais, serviettes, etc. inclus. Tout l'accès à la plage est gratuit.
Location de kayaks, de jet skis, de vélos et de cyclomoteurs disponibles. Les sentiers de vélo dans toute l'île permettent d'explorer tous les trésors cachés sur Sanibel, y compris les mangroves sur la baie, les parcs, les sanctuaires d'oiseaux, notre phare, ainsi que de superbes boutiques et restaurants.

Owner deceived us knowing my husband was handicapped as we had to drive to the beach NOT a 2 minute walk as advertised ! Knowing we were unhappy she offered to refund us & then changed her mind & refusing to do so! There was NO grill as advertised ! Will NEVER return ! No broom in house either..

The place was better than I expected. I loved the way it was decorated. The bed was very comfortable! The Host was excellent. She answered all my questions before I went as well as while I was there. She really cares about your stay! I recommend this place for a great get away. You are also just right there at the beach!!! I would love to come back!

The property was really nice. We met some great people staying next door. The room was bright and clean. The screen porch was very nice. The only thing that could be an issue for someone would be the shower is very very small. We loved our stay in Sanibel and would love to stay at this property again.

Relaxing week!
Property well groomed, so close to the beautiful beach. Accommodations comfortable, lacking night stand on one side of bed, and a dresser to be able to store clothes. We found refrigerator much too small at times, one addition that would be great would be a water hose at the Studio entrance as well. Felt like I was imposing on the other renters when we went to wash off sand after the beach, since hose near there door/porch. Would love to rent property again in the near future! We found the photos online not to be accurate to current unit conditions. Unit is tired and certainly the bathroom from a different era. Baseboard trim in need of repair, cabinets peeling, different furniture, etc. Owners price seemed fair but inclusive of all fees Unit was overpriced. We discovered other properties on the water with pools etc.for nearly the same total price. This unit was clean with a comfortable bed and owner did communicate well. Disappointed.

This is a perfect property made us feel at home
This was a great location, host was incredible, and we’d happily stay here again. It is an older property but had all that we needed and the two minute walk to the beach was perfect. Nancy was so helpful when we needed her for questions. Loved the grill outdoors. Only gave it a 4 because could use just a smidge of updating but if it never changed we’d come back.

Paradise found
We had the most amazing weekend ever! The cottage was perfect and in the best location ever. We biked, kayaked and walked our dogs on the beach. But I am happy to report the best part was the new mattress. So comfortable and cozy I hardly could get out of the bed. If you’re looking for paradise and you want to be right by the beach, treat yourself to this treasure. We’re already planning another trip!

Perfect location and cozy room.
This property was so close to the beach and perfect for us and our little dog. Communication was perfect. Because of the beach access, it was never crowded. The property has a nice front porch where you can store some of your beach items or sit with a glass of wine. We will definitely be back.

Our 2nd Stay
This was our second stay at Nancy's property. It was myself, my husband, and our chihuahua. Pros: pet friendly, very clean, perfect size for 2 adults, SO CLOSE to the beach, love the lanai (we like to have our morning coffee out there), beach chairs available, parking right next to the house, and Nancy is so easy to talk to and work with. Cons: Our only con is THE BED. The bed absolutely kills our backs. It's an old spring mattress and I think even a memory foam mattress cover would help immensely. Thank you, Nancy for letting us come again! We hope next year we can bring family.

Perfect Romantic Beach Cottage.
The small cottage was about 150 yards from one of Sanibel's beaches. We found lots of pretty shells there. The cottage is close to several resturants and shops. We stayed 7 days, and it was perfect for 2 mature persons.
