Nestled on the ground floor, this condo boasts stunning views from the living room and patio, allowing you to walk directly to the beach in under 30 steps. Experience the convenience and beauty of beachfront living with the added luxury of modern comforts.

The interior of the unit has been entirely upgraded to enhance your stay. Each room, including the master bedroom with a king bed and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds, is equipped with a smart TV, ensuring entertainment is always at your fingertips. The living room features a 75'' Smart TV, perfect for family movie nights after a day in the sun.

In addition to these upgrades, the condo offers a light, bright, and sunny ambiance, ensuring a private and quiet retreat. The living room also includes a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space.

For your convenience, the unit is fully stocked with a kitchen, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Beach essentials such as chairs, towels, a cooler, a beach cart, and an umbrella are provided. Upon request, a Pack n' play and an attachable baby chair are available. Fransi and Paul, our dedicated property managers, are on hand 24/7 to assist you.

The unit comes with a designated free parking space right outside your front door, eliminating the hassle of carrying suitcases or groceries over long distances. Simply walk in the front door and out the back door onto the beach.

The complex itself offers a large pool adjacent to the beach, along with a tennis court and BBQ facilities. Its unbeatable location ensures minimal traffic and proximity to local shops, restaurants, and other amenities, accessible by driving, cycling, or walking.

RULES for DOG: Small pet dog is welcome, provided it’s under 20 lbs, adhering to strict condo rules. A nightly fee applies for the dog included in your booking. For those wishing to bring a dog, an additional fee of $50/night is required. Please inform us in advance to include this in your reservation.

All rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancel for any reason up to 14 days before check-in and receive a 100% full refund. While renovations are underway in other parts of Loggerhead Cay and on Sanibel Island, you will still have full access to the pool and beach, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and uninterrupted.

Beautiful Beachfront Condo
Our stay at David's beautiful first floor condo at Loggerhead Cay was cut short by the approach of Hurricane Milton. We arrived on Saturday and left on Monday as David's crew was sandbagging his unit. I would recommend this unit. The location is great, the interior is nicely decorated, the furniture comfortable and the condo is well stocked. David's communication was timely and appreciated. Our only regret is that the hurricane forced a mandatory evacuation of Sanibel. We will return!

This condo has everything you could possibly need to have a wonderful stay on the island. The beds were comfy and they even provided beach supplies. The location of the condo on the property puts you steps away from the beach and the pool. This is the perfect place to stay for a worry free vacation.

Sanibel has our hearts and Loggerhead Cay 101 was the best stay! We will for sure be back!
Upon booking I was anxious as I had never been to Sanibel before and knew Ian was still something folks were recovering from. Our flight also was not arriving until very late and I knew we wouldn’t arrive at the condo until after midnight. I messaged the owner and they responded very quickly that check in would be no problem as there is a door code they would issue me. Check in, in fact was no problem at all. Since we arrived so late, we had no idea what views we would awake to. The views from the main living area, kitchen and master bedroom are amazing. The pictures really cannot do it he condo justice. The beach is right out the back door with direct access to an outdoor shower and washing station. The unit came with everything that we could possibly need. The umbrellas, beach towels and chairs are used every day. We used the cooler a few days, but since we were so close to the beach it was not needed that often. It also came in handy when we went out on a boat excursion with Captain Randy at Tween Waters Marina, shelling and dolphin and manatee watching. The beds were very comfortable and everything was extremely clean. The unit came with a little welcome basket that contained dish soap, a sponge, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and a welcome note with instructions. The property manager, Paul, was extremely accommodating and stopped by to thank us. For a place that has been through so much devastation, the gratitude and kindness they gave was unwavering.

My husband and I totally enjoyed our stay. The unit was the cleanest we have ever stayed in which was very important to both of us. We didn’t cook or really use the kitchen, but it had a keurig and a drip coffee maker which was a plus. The unit itself had very comfortable furniture, and the king bed was wonderful. We would love to come back next year!

Due to the hurricane this unit is completely brand new. Very clean. Great location. Ground floor unit and parking spot is very close. Cold AC, huge tv in living room. Master bedroom has very nice memory foam mattress. No complaints. We would stay again!

The property was newly renovated and had everything needed. The views were excellent and overall a great place to vacation. A very nice extra was beach towels, beach chairs and a beach wagon! We had a wonderful time looking for shells, relaxing at the beach and pool, biking around the island, and eating great food from various restaurants. So glad to see Sanibel starting to rebound from Hurrican Ian! This is our favorite Florida vacation destination and we will be back!!

Absolutely Amazing!
This is the 2nd time we've stayed at Loggerhead Cay, but the first time at this Condo. Hands down, the pictures of this unit do NOT do it justice. The place is absolutely stunning and immaculate. The views from the kitchen, Master bedroom, and the screened in lanai are incredible. When they say steps from the beach....it is literally steps from the beach. They were finishing a few minor touches while we were there and needed access to the unit while we were there. Paul and his property/maintenance team were so kind, and they kept us informed of when they may need to come in to finish some things, and even followed up with us to see if everything was to our liking. Incredible service by him and his team, along with the beautiful condo made us start looking to book this unit again next year......before we even left! There is some construction still happening at Loggerhead, however it is so minimal, and the complex is almost completely finished. It did not affect our trip in any way. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us, and thank you to Paul and team for helping us enjoy our vacation.

We love Sanibel and this condo was perfect - everything about it (including Paul - he was totally on top of everything) was above and beyond. The view is my favorite part it’s so beautiful - huge window and sliders to take advantage of it. We found the furniture to be very comfortable love the couch and mattresses just right. The pool is great also - but the short walk to the beach with wagon supplied by the owner makes going to and from beach to pool to condo so easy. Also had nice beach chairs and the high chair for our little one was great! We had a wonderful time! Thank you!

A beautiful return to Sanibel
We had an amazing stay at Loggerhead 101. The condo was beautiful and just steps away from the beach and the best shelling ever. Everything to make our stay comfortable was there and in immaculate condition. We're so happy we choose Loggerhead 101 for our return to Sanibel after many years at another complex. The condo was perfect..all new and clean. It is steps from the beach and parking. While there is alot of activity around the complex because of renovations from Ian, it was still great staying there. Location was good...but traffic on and off Sanibel could be a problem....be patient. I would definitely come back!

We have been staying on Sanibel for 8 years and this condo by far is the BEST!! Everything was amazing with direct beach access and the ability to watch the sunrise and set. The property manager was extremely helpful and available at all times. This is the perfect condo for a TRUE beach getway!

happy to be back on Sanibel
We were the first guests to stay here after Hurricane Ian. The location of the condo is right on the beach, close enough to hear the waves at night. The condo was light, bright & clean. Dave, the owner & Paul, the property manager, could not have been more kind or easy to work with. Dave responded to a few questions we had quickly. There were a couple of items we thought would be good to have & Paul brought them 24 hours later! Both guys were so gracious & genuinely happy to have us as guests. If every host & property manager were like these 2 all of our travels would be a breeze.

Close to beach, great location. Broken screen door, ice maker not working, no blinds or curtains on sliding glass door made the condo hot in the afternoon when sun came through. Plenty of room for everyone. Twin beds in second bedroom was great. Expensive fee for bringing a dog. Great for families.
