Cadran solaire de l'unité Sanibel T304. Vue sur le golfe de trois chambres / deux salles de bains en copropriété. Notre condo a été joliment mis à jour et dispose d'une véritable 3ème chambre à coucher hors du salon pour des invités supplémentaires. Le salon et la salle à manger spacieux découlent de la cuisine mise à jour avec tous les appareils et tout le nécessaire pour préparer des repas pour votre famille et vos amis pendant vos vacances sur l'île. La véranda grillagée est vaste et dispose de nombreux sièges pour se détendre et déguster une tasse de café le matin ou un cocktail en soirée. Juste en bas du couloir est la chambre d'hôtes avec un lit queen et lits jumeaux ainsi qu'une salle de bain complète juste à côté de la chambre. La suite parentale dispose d'un lit king-size très confortable avec vue sur le golfe et d'une salle de bains privative. Le bâtiment est desservi par un ascenseur et nous incluons l'équipement de plage, y compris les serviettes de plage! Profitez des commodités de l'association à Sundial East, y compris plusieurs piscines (une à quelques pas dans le cadre des bâtiments R, S et T), des barbecues et un accès Internet sans fil haut débit. Marchez juste en bas de la plage et profitez des restaurants publics, du bar de la piscine et du spa du complexe. Bien que vous n'ayez pas un accès complet au complexe (piscine avec toboggan, équipement de plage et de piscine et service de ménage quotidien et autres commodités), vous ne paierez pas non plus de frais de séjour quotidiens, économisez sur les tarifs du complexe et pouvez choisir notre condo spécifiquement.

Hurrican Ian precluded our vacation
DVR is not making refunds, despite everyone in our wedding party receiving refunds from the property. We are pursuing legal options. The DVR will not return emails or phone calls. Even after purchasing trip insurance, which they won't share the name of the insurer. I will continue to serve notice on any/all social media platforms and emails to let people know not to deal with this company.

This condo is amazing. The layout is perfect for a family of 6. It's close to the beach and downtown Sanibel. We would definitely recommend. My communication with property management was not good. The person that returned my call was unprofessional (load music playing in the background). He did not try to resolve my concern, he stated "that's the way it is?" My concern was there were only two beach chairs for six people.

This condo was in a great location and was very nicely kept. It was very clean. The instructions from property management were easy and when I needed them once, they were very attentive. Views of the ocean, Sundial is beautiful and there are options for kids to have activities. Would definitely return.

Fabulous Lunch Bunch Gathering!
A group of 5 girlfriends got together for a long beach weekend in Sanibel staying at the Sundial Beach Resort through this Vrbo property. We had a fabulous trip! The condo is spacious and clean with well-appointed, pleasant furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen and a great view! Easy walk to the beach and pool. A flyer on the refrigerator provided beach chair and umbrella rental info that was turnkey, door-to-door service. Parking was easy. The communication prior to our arrival and during our stay with Stacey and her team was excellent. The onsite support was very responsive when we had challenges with the keyless door entry and hot water systems. All in all a very nice condo and experience. Thank you Dream Vacation Rentals!

Amazing location, great property!
We had a wonderful time at this property! It is very spacious and the layout was perfect for our family of 6 (4 kids ages 7-12). The beds were very comfortable (I thought the king was great and my kids actually commented on how comfortable their beds were too). The only thing I wish I would have been better prepared for was the *very* minimal supplies when we arrived (no coffee pods and we had to buy more toilet paper by day 2). Also, there is only two beach chairs and an umbrella and a few balls for use. We bought sand toys and left them there, but know that there aren't many things to use at the beach. Overall, fabulous stay and I would 100% stay here again!

Beautiful and VERY clean. Communication about check-in was great. Beds are very comfortable and the view from the master is awesome. My only suggestions would be to at least have coffee in the unit for guests for the first morning. We didn’t have time to grocery shop before our first night and had to walk to get coffee and groceries in the morning. Also would be helpful to have more bathroom towels on site. On that note we were appreciative that there were beach towels to use. All in all a great stay and I would absolutely recommend!

Quick Getaway
Our group of friends decided on a short trip to Sanibel for the weekend. This property was perfect for the 6 of us. We were able to see the ocean from the balcony and took every opportunity to walk down to the beach. It was amazing to have the beach just a few steps away. The property was very clean and owner/management was responsive when we texted them. We plan to stay here again!

Wonderful condo! Great location!
We had a wonderful experience with this rental! The condo was updated, spacious and well maintained. Cleanliness is one of my biggest concerns when renting a vacation home and this condo was VERY clean! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. There were plenty of towels and blankets. We loved sitting on the screened-in patio and the proximity to the beach and pool was great! We would definitely rent this place again!

Sanibel get away !!
We loved the rental. The location to the beach and the pool were amazing. We did have an issue with the air condition two days in a row the temperature was 76° and 77°. On Sunday a technician came and fixed it. On Saturday we called about more beach towels and they were delivered. But I had asked for more detergent and was told I was given a starter pack and that was all I was getting. We did not rent a car which was a mistake. My friend and I walked to Jerry’s two days in a row to get essentials. That would be our only complaint. We did take island taxi several times. They are a little pricey

Four of us stayed here for a mother/daughter trip and were very comfortable. The condo was great. Covered parking space was a nice bonus. Loved the location of the resort. Would definitely stay at Sundial and in this unit again.

Fantastic Confo
The condo was exactly as described. Perfect for our family of 4 plus in-laws. The layout putting the 3rd bedroom, for the teens, off the living room was great. Used the large screened in balcony each morning and night. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Sanibel getaway
We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. This condo was beautiful and well kept. When we booked we were told we wouldn’t have access to the main resort pool and facilities. This negative turned out to be a positive. the pool and the beach area on our end of the resort away from the main resort gave us privacy to the beach away from traffic and we virtually had our own pool. We golfed two of the courses on the island and had a wonderful time. We took a dolphin cruise and Parasailed. Dinner at doc Fords was excellent..I would highly recommend this resort/vacation. But don’t forget to bring bug spray :-)

The condo was extremely clean and spacious. We are a tennis playing family so loved the accessibility of courts, easy access to beach and uncrowded pool. Bike trails are great for families even with kids.
