Padaro Sands est une belle maison de plage située sur le sable sur Padaro Lane. La maison fermée avec 2 chambres et 3 salles de bain offre une superbe vue sur l'océan, le littoral et la montagne. Il a une magnifique terrasse pour se divertir, griller et regarder les couchers de soleil et les dauphins qui passent! La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, des placards, une télévision à écran plat, un poste de travail donnant sur l'océan et une salle de bains privative. La chambre d'amis a un matelas de la nouvelle reine, télévision à écran plat et salle de bain avec baignoire jacuzzi et douche. La cuisine gastronomique dispose de tous les appareils électroménagers Viking et Bosch, de comptoirs en granit et de puits de lumière pour ajouter beaucoup de lumière naturelle. Il est entièrement équipé pour des repas en famille faciles. Le salon et la salle à manger sont bien conçus pour profiter de beaucoup d'espace pour se détendre et dîner tout en offrant une vue imprenable sur l'océan Pacifique. Le salon est coloré et confortable et est équipé d’une nouvelle télévision, d’un lecteur de DVD Blue Ray et d’un système de son Sonos. La maison échappe à un style de vie côtier décontracté et est idéale pour les petites familles qui apprécient le luxe sur le sable ou une escapade romantique pour cette occasion spéciale. Great weekend getaway
The location was superb. We always had access to the beach even at high tide. The hot tub was so relaxing. The train horned about twice a day, but it did not seem very disruptive. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were great. We would recommend it to a friend or stay here again.

Wonderful home on the sand with the ocean as your backyard with a jacuzzi. Very nicely furnished with everything that you need. Relaxing and calming to get away from it all! We loved everything about this home and plan to return. Perfect Zen time :)

Incredible Beach Property. Accessible management. Called at 12:30 AM when we arrived and got the answers we needed. Sent repairman for washer quickly. Offered to reimburse for my receipt for laundry- have not received the reimbursement yet. Other than the washer not working the 1st day, this was a vacation in Paradise. Stunning property and views. If I ever come back to California, I would love to stay here again. Copay enough good things.

Beautiful Beach Property
We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It's small (two bedrooms), but for my wife and I it was perfect. It's finished out nicely and you can't beat the view. You should be aware that the beach at Santa Barbara has tiny tar balls. The property management company provides towelettes that make it easy to remove them. We would definitely stay here again.

I could say a lot about this property and about my stay, but will be brief. The bed linens and pillows are in dire need of updating and upgrading. I took everything off and was grateful that I brought my own. The sofa needs to be replaced as it is very uncomfortable unless you take off all cushions. Bring sleeping masks as both bedrooms are very bright in the morning. Kitchen is nice. View is lovely, of course. Funky house overall that needs work… please be aware that the public will be right out your front deck all day long. Lots of kids, dogs, umbrellas… but very quiet at night. Jacuzzi is nice.

Love the beach!
Great little house for enjoying 24/7 ocean view and immediate access to the beach. We enjoyed the view, the sounds of the waves and weren't disturbed much by the freeway or nearby train tracks. Overall great vacation!

The house is in a wonderful location, although the train can be loud at times. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and things to cook. I wish the windows looking out to the ocean were cleaner. Overall it was a great home.

Carpets in the rooms and the sofa appear dated with many stains (kind of gross to be honest) but you can’t beat the location and privacy. We are former Carp residents and we love this beach house. This was our 2nd visit. I would definitely recommend it.

Our favorite place
This was our second time staying here and it is our family’s favorite place. The house is so well appointed and the location can’t be beat. The beach is truly magical. We spent hours gazing out at the ocean, taking walks at low tide, and watching the sunrise and sunsets.

Great location right on the beach
We enjoyed our second visit to Padaro Sands and liked being right on the beach. The sounds of the ocean were very relaxing and the sunsets and sunrises beautiful. Nice layout of the house and we could see the ocean from the kitchen. Enjoyed going to Padaro Beach Grill for burgers/tacos/shakes nearby. We plan to come again.

The most relaxing setting to regroup, enjoy beach walks, surfing and incredible sunsets! We have stayed at the Morehart's on Padaro Lane in the past... this home was enjoyable- private and just enough space for party of 4. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (highway traffic/sound was a non-issue).

So close to the beach
Lovely stay in a beautiful property! House is on the sand, and Padaro Beach is quiet and beautiful!!! Really loved Tharios (up the beach) for pizza, great dinner and salads, highly recommend. Train is super close to property, but it’s only the Surfliner and Coastliner that use it (trains at 745am, a few during the day and 935pm daily). It was not a problem for us, mostly just kind of exciting. Second bedroom is a converted office (I think), and has freeway noise. Master bedroom is magical. We loved playing with the kids in the sand, and watching them from the deck as well. Great time and nice getaway

Wonderful house and view
This house is right on the beach and we loved everything about it. The Jacuzzi and the rest of the house were very clean. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and the stars at night. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely return as this house is closer to the ocean than the last house on Padaro Lane we stayed at.
