This multi-level Mediterranean-style home incorporates elements of contemporary, Spanish, and Italian design. It emanates an ambiance of spaciousness and light thanks to its dramatic white interior, open floor plan, and an abundance of windows and glass doors.

Adding to the spacious feel are the high ceilings and recessed lighting bringing a seamless exchange of light from day into night. Multiple terraces and a substantial patio offer beautiful days and evenings.

The living room is spacious, hosting a relaxing fireplace and two terraces. This 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home features two primary suites; the top floor suite has a king bed with a fireplace in the bedroom and shares living space complete with wrap-around balconies; the bathroom has a separate jetted spa tub and shower.

The top floor suite also features a living room and kitchen space, with every window opening up to the beautiful outdoors. The split-level master suite also presents a king bed in a spacious room, a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a full bath with a combination tub/shower.

The main living level contains the 3 guest rooms that share a full bath with a combination shower/tub and a separate powder room. Two of the three guest bedrooms open through French doors to a large terrace, welcoming your guests or family members. The well appointed guest rooms are set up with a pair of twin beds in one room, a full bed in another, and an office room containing a day bed with a pull-out trundle bed, making it into two twin beds. There are plenty of sleeping options.

The beautifully remodeled kitchen wraps around a large island with informal seating for casual meals or just chatting with the chef while a gourmet meal is prepared on a large commercial grade 6 burner range. Enjoy a coffee beverage from the built-in coffee machine with push-button ease. Dining options range from the formal table seating for 6 in the dining room or informally outside on the balcony at the table with seating for 8. The living room is slightly raised above the dining space creating a casual formality juxtaposed by the rugged landscape viewed through a wall of floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors flanking the fireplace.

From the living room, three steps down lead to the dining room and lovely kitchen, while others ascend to the lower primary suite. Entertainment beyond socializing in any of the numerous settings is offered by several streaming televisions in the living rooms and bedrooms. There is a Sonos system for music enjoyment, and even a peloton for exercise.

All finishes throughout this home are bright and add a clean wide open ambiance no matter the time of day. With close proximity to the beach/downtown area and Montecito, what we think you will enjoy most about this house is the privacy it offers, while still being convenient to all the things visitors love about Santa Barbara!
