Welcome to our sunny and cheerful two bedroom, one bath, dog-friendly townhouse nestled in the heart of the Seabright neighborhood of Santa Cruz . Just a block away from Ocean View Park, this quiet retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, with easy access to Santa Cruz’s top attractions. You can easily walk to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk from this home.

The Space:
Please note this is a townhome, and there is one shared wall with the neighbor.
This is a quiet home, no parties or gatherings, and a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Pet-Friendly: Ok to bring along up to two of your dogs. Dogs must not be left alone if they bark
Prime Location:
15-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Boardwalk and Main Beach.
A block away from Ocean View Park- a beloved local playground and park.

Cute & comfortable

Cute apartment with very comfortable beds. Basic, but functional kitchen. Everything clean & maintained. Gets warm late afternoon as sun goes down, but screens on windows, so everything can be cooled off at night. (They also have heat & AC, but we didn’t use either.) I especially appreciated the live plants - made it feel homey.

Nice clean home in a good location

We really enjoyed this cute, clean home. Everything is nicely kept. Nice neighborhood close to a child play park and dog park and walking distance to the beach and Boardwalk. We would come back!

One bathroom

For the $ it should have 2 bathrooms, but overall we liked the place. You might want to explain that the main entrance is on the right of the unit upstairs. I-tried to get in the back door. It would also be good to inform the only way into the garage at first is on the right side. Also you should inform how to use the door code. 1. Enter code 2 . Press button above keypad for entrance. 3. Upon exiting just press button and the door will lock. Overall we liked the little place. The beds are fabulous. Great kitchen, comfy living room, nice view, great tv. 😀

The Perfect Local Getaway

We had the most amazing 5 days at this rental. Walkable to anything you needed, nestled in a gorgeous neighborhood in SC. We're from the west side so it was really fun to stay in upper Seabright. Our pup LOVED sitting on the small deck. We will definitely be back!

Nice visit to Santa Cruz

This unit worked perfectly for us during our recent trip to visit family in Santa Cruz. It was well equipped, and in a quiet neighborhood. The toys and high chair were a nice bonus for our two year old niece, who came over to visit us.

Would have been a great stay but…

the refrigerator made a very strange noise. It woke me two mornings as the master bedroom is close to the kitchen/refrigerator. Tennant in the back unit was very rude. Slamming garage door several times and parked travel van in the middle of the driveway leaving me to drive onto the curb to get in and out of the driveway.

Great stay in Santa Cruz

This unit was the perfect spot for my daughter and I in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to the Boardwalk-15 minute walk. It was also close to some great restaurants. The property manager kept in touch to make sure that our stay was pleasant. Very clean with a well stocked kitchen. Will book again

Excellent Accommodation

Accommodation was comfortable, location convenient to nearby Whole Foods, and nearby dog park. Neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking. Lots of windows to make the place bright and balcony to enjoy the view. Only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is due to un-thoroughly cleaned dishes, pots, pans, and utensils left behind by previous renters.

Great spot in proximity to all that we wanted to do

This unit is well maintained, and has with adequate amenities for a longer stay. Garage parking is a plus. Park just at the end of the street is great for kids and includes a off-leash dog area. Boardwalk is a easy 10 minute walk along with beach, markets and restaurants all close by.

Santa Cruz Getaway

This rental was perfect for our weekend stay in Santa Cruz. It was minutes from downtown and the Boardwalk and 15mins from other local attractions. The apartment was exactly as it was in the pictures and off-street parking was a bonus! The neighborhood was lovely and very safe and just a few minutes walk to the local park. Would recommend highly.
