Experience the architecture of the 17th century at the iconic adobe San Miguel Chapel (0.8 miles). Santa Fe is also the perfect base for touring unforgettable hiking trails -- arrive at the Cerro Gordo Trailhead in 3.5 miles.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Tasteful condo home in neighborhood close to downtown.
This lovely home was perfectly located within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard district, and even Sprouts. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture—that couch! Beautiful kitchen. We Ubered to Meow Wolf, and another venue, otherwise walked. It was hard to leave after five days. We liked Joseph’s Culinary Pub (in neighborhood), Ikonic for breakfast, Tia Sophia, Cowgirl Cafe, Plaza Cafe on the Plaza, Luminaria. We took the chocolate walking tour, a ghost tour, a cooking class at Santa Fe school of cooking, went to Legally Blond, local theater production, and Meow Wolf, Loretto Chapel. Walked to most.

Lovely townhouse near the Railyard
We spent 2 weeks in February. The home was well appointed, beds were very comfortable, and the neighborhood quiet. We will definitely stay again. The only issue is asking guests to start laundry in the community laundry room before they leave. The washer was in use the morning of our departure, so we couldn't do it.

Reasonably priced and close to town
My family stayed at this property for a week of skiing. It is convenient to the plaza and to the ski mountain. The property was clean and comfortable. It's on the basic side as far as amenities go (e.g. shared washer/dryer and minimally stocked kitchen) but it's a good value because it was reasonably priced for our stay. Management is accessible and responsive.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. We do wish there had been some sort of notebook or binder to refer to, especially in regards to the television. We thought the neighborhood was easy as far as getting to all the important destinations in Santa Fe and a nice quiet neighborhood.

An incredibly lovely place! We spent our 1 year anniversary here for 5 nights and we will definitely be coming back for future stays. The property was extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet and cute and very close to the rail yard and Santa Fe Plaza. Many many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from in very short walking distance. We were absolutely in love with this property and can't wait to visit again.

Perfect Location!
Quiet residential neighborhood with 10 minute walk to Railyard restaurants, galleries and movie theaters. 15 minute walk to Plaza (passing by Mille, a great French breakfast/lunch spot). Condo was comfortable and well equipped. Great shower water pressure. AC worked great downstairs but not so well upstairs on the hot days. But good fresh air ventilation in the bedroom with the twin beds. Beds a bit soft and linens did not really fit twin beds. You have to remember a 10 digit number to lock/unlock the front door. Wi-fi good. Got excellent support from Vacasa after citywide internet outage. Stairway challenging as steps not as deep as normal; not good for my husbands knee. Wish there were more tv options but maybe if we were smart we could have figured out how to stream. Shared laundry space ok, but we did have people leave their clothes in the washer from 5pm til my bedtime. We were there for 4 weeks and even with all the little things I mention above, we would definitely return. Location, location!

Good Stay
We had booked this for 2 nights, but due to weather we choose to come back after 1 night. Stairs to upstairs seemed steep, but ok with rail. It was very clean. Loved the kitchen appliances and sink! I'd love a deep sink like that! Wished the fireplace was gas, would make it so much easier. The wood supplied was wet, so we didn't even try and make a fire. It was close to many things, but I would not have been comfortable walking in the evening. 2 bathrooms def a plus.

Great Santa Fe home base
We booked this townhouse for a long weekend. It was super convenient to all we wanted to do. We really enjoyed walking to the Plaza, Railyards, and a restaurant or two. The kitchen was great for cooking at home and I appreciated the dishwasher! It was also nice to sit by the fire and play games. It was a little musty when we arrived but we opened some windows and it aired out. Also, a few things we noticed were missing that would be nice were fire starter, tissue boxes, and maybe some plastic storage containers for leftovers (but these are minor details!). I would also suggest some cards or board games. Overall, we liked the location and the bedroom set up with a master with one king and the other bedroom with two twins for the kids. We will be back next time we come to Santa Fe.

Perfect for our needs
The property was great ... good location in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access and parking. Clean. Our only issue was resolved quickly by Turnkey - our initial door code stopped working the first night. We called Turnkey (late on Christmas Eve), and they were able to get us back in the apartment, first with the emergency key, and then second with a new door code that worked perfectly the entire rest of our stay. It was comforting knowing that even late on a holiday night, they were able to quickly handle our issue.

Quiet, convenient location
