Welcome to Beach Music 30A - your new vacation destination! Only 4 minutes on bike or golf cart to public beach access which includes seasonal life guards, parking, bathrooms, beach chair rentals.  Also enjoy access to the Blue Mountain Beach Club which features a pool, workout facility and shuffleboard.This beautiful coastal beach home is perfect for making wonderful beach memories! The home is in Blue Mountain Beach on a quiet street just south of the famous, scenic, Hwy 30A. The Beach, Restaurants and Shopping are within walking distance including the popular Blue Mountain Beach Creamery.As you walk through the doors you will be greeted by the open concept living room, kitchen and dining. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up your family’s favorite meal! The living room provides plenty of seating to curl up and watch a movie. A dining area is open to the kitchen and family room. On the first floor you will find a guest bedroom with queen sized bed and shared bathroom. This home includes 5 flat screen TVs with tons of channels as well as fast wifi.The spacious, fenced in backyard includes a patio with sitting area for the adults to enjoy a glass of wine, as well as outdoor games, a grill, and an outdoor shower. Check out the Beach Gear closet, with chairs and beach toys! Head upstairs and you will find the other two bedrooms. The oversized Master suite boasts a king-sized bed, desk area and private bathroom. Enjoy morning coffee off of your own balcony.  The bunk room has a set of twin over full bunk beds with a pull-out twin trundle as well as a private bathroom. The bunk room also has balcony access! Full size washer and dryer are also located upstairs. The location can’t be beat! You are far enough away from the overwhelming crowds of Seaside, close enough for a quick bike ride to Gulf Place or the funky area of Grayton Beach!

Beach access is located at Blue Mountain Regional at Hwy 83 (0.8 miles)

**CALL FOR MONTHLY SNOWBIRD RATES**

No Pets! No Smoking! No Parties! The primary renter must be at least 25 years old with a ratio of one adult over 25 per 3 under 25 during spring break and summer seasons.

-A copy of the golf carts terms and conditions will be emailed upon reservation and will require signatures
**Golf cart is not guaranteed. Should the golf cart need to be serviced, a backup golf cart will not be provided and no compensation given.**
PLEASE NOTE - ** FL law states that any underage and/or unlicensed driver of a street legal golf cart is considered a criminal offense and a $500 fine including a possible 60 days in jail. It’s a very serious offense for underage/unlicensed driving of a LSV in the State of FL.**

Great family vacation house
House was very clean upon arrival. The golf cart was charging and worked great for our trip. The beach gear closet had tons inside it. Boogie boards, at least 5 beach chairs, skim board, blown up inter tubes, multiple umbrellas. The bikes were in working order and came with helmets. Wish the dinning room table would have had a couple more chairs, but we brought down desk chair from master bedroom and made the dinning room table work for our family of 5. There was no salt and pepper or condiments, but had TONS of cooking supplies, crockpot, hand mixers, blender, etc. They gave us two cards to get into the road gate. The orange one didn’t work but after going back to house and trying the green card, that one worked. We loved the Mrs. Pacman game in the hallway. We brought an island chair up and it became a competition area for the week! Loved the house. The ice maker worked as well! That was nice for beach coolers.

Great location, needs a little refresh
We had a great visit to the Santa Rosa area. The house fit our needs and having the bikes/golf cart we’re a huge plus. We loved the location of the house - great access to local restaurants and the beach. I can imagine during peak times it being much harder getting parking at the beach access area though so I would definitely plan for that if you stay here over the summer months. Overall we had a great visit. We had some house issues but the management company did respond quickly with some help. Upon arriving, we found the house to not be well cleaned (had ants). Hair in all bathrooms, sheets needing to be cleaned, dirty coffee pot, etc…We were able to clean up those things on our own but once we reached out to management, they did offer to resend the cleaners (we didn’t accept that offer as we had already cleaned the house). There was a nail sticking up on the back porch that multiple people stepped on barefooted (maintenance came and fixed that) as well as issues in the first floor bathroom (maintenance fixed those as well). We asked for more garbage bags and we told in the contract it said to bring our own. It was great to have the beach gear from the house to use as well. I wish we knew what was really in the closet though as we brought items with not knowing the house had what we brought. An itemized list would have been helpful. The house is used often and just needs a refresh, but is a safe place to stay overall.

Perfect in every way!
This was a trip for me, my two daughters and one’s boyfriend. Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The house was so comfortable, so cute and super clean. It had everything we could’ve needed and more. Beach chairs, umbrellas boogie boards and tubes in the outside closet made things so simple for us. Management was responsive and very helpful. The coffee maker stopped working while we were there and after letting the management know about it, we came home that afternoon to a new one sitting on the porch. The location which is a 3 minute cart ride can’t be beat. Having the golf cart was a luxury we were so grateful for. We could run back and forth to and from the house during a day at the beach so easily. The area is quieter than the other populated hubs on 30a which we wanted, but still a short drive to all of the action and shopping. We will definitely consider this specific house again for our future trips to the Gulf! Thank you so much for a memorable vacation!

Loved the property and location
Loved the property, decor, location and amenities. Golf cart and bikes were in good working order. House was clean, well cared for, loved the balcony across the front of the house, great location, lots of chairs and boogie boards, fishing gear and other toys for the beach, well stocked kitchen utensils, overall a wonderful stay!

Loved it!
Everything was great. Nice home in a nice neighborhood. Loved the beachy decor. Loved the back deck and the the beach supplies in the storage shed. The only problem we had was the listing said it came with 2 bicycles and when we got there, they were not there. We called the property manager and it was a weekend, so it took a while to get ahold of someone and get the situation resolved. Bikes were sent the next day but the code they gave us didnt work. Since we were leaving the next day, we just let it go. But everything else was great and I would still rent this place again. I will just ask about bikes the second I get there.
