Low key family getaway
Property was perfectly suited and within a very family friendly neighborhood. Clean & comfortable, accurate description, convenient location, great communication. Quick walk down drive to private beach access was amazing. Brand new bikes delivered for our use. Five stars all the way.

We loved it! Cozy, comfortable, cute. Our 3 yr old loved the bunk beds and watching tv while in bed. The kitchen was clean and had most anything you’d need to make a meal (besides the food). Disappointed that the pool was not heated. The walk to the beach short and through a lively neighborhood. Beautiful beach

The property is wonderful and close enough to everything we enjoy. Great family room / kitchen area. Only negative - back door needs some work. We had a couple breezy nights and the door whistles like a train is coming.

What a great place to recharge while enjoying one of the best neighborhoods on 30A, Gulf Trace Surrounded by Grayton state park and the Gulf this home had everything I needed to enjoy a quiet retreat Bike paths and busy shopping-restaurants were easily accessible and a pristine beach is just a few steps away With great swimming pool/ deck, porches for gathering, and recently remodeled home I made memories of a great FL visit

Fantastic Grayton Beach location!
We had an amazing family vacation at this house! This is an older property that has been refurbished and overall it was perfect for our family. Be prepared to bring or buy everything you will need in terms of kitchen staples as there was nary a salt shaker. Decent amount of dishes and cookware but aging and some could use replacing. We have stayed up and down 30A for years and had no idea this little neighborhood was there (Gulf Trace). We loved it! Small, quiet and very private. The beach access is one block away through the neighborhood - we were on the beach 90 seconds after walking out the door! Best beach access we’ve ever had. That spot of beach is stunning. Walkable over the beach to the Grayton shops but I wouldn’t recommend it with littles 😂 The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Everyone had a TV so no fighting over cartoons in the wee hours of the morning. Plenty of space in the kitchen and dining room. By far the best feature of the house is the pool! The pictures do not do it justice. Very large and we spent hours in it every day. You will not be disappointed! Management company was great and easy to work with. Close to everything. We saw a herd of deer frolicking in the woods behind the house. It was magical! We’ll absolutely be back!
